The service here is excellent. We had a party of 8 and I did not get my food. The manager came apologize offered a salad your a side while I waited. When it did arrive, after a pretty good house salad, it was cooked correctly but it did lack some seasoning. A little would have made it perfect. The baked beans, in my opinion were really nice. The ribs, again for me are really nice, not overly wet the way I like them. If you like more you can ask for it. Burgers are good, again a little seasoning would go a long way to perfect. read more

We had a wonderful experience at Kickback Jacks on sunday afternoon. The food was AMAZIN!! Had spinach dip, fried pickles, wings and steaks. The spinach dip was definitely the best i have ever had. The steak was cooked to perfection, Wings had a great char. Our waitress, (Sophia) did a great job!!! She was fast and always knew what we needed before we asked. She was also super friendly and attentive. The only thing I have to make a note for improvement was, need more bartenders. There was only one bartender for the whole restaurant. . Came here while visiting on vacation and had Caitlyn on the patio as our server. Worst service ever, drinks took 15 minutes to hit the table. She forgot our appetizer and when our entrees hit the table she never checked on us once until we were almost finished. She then asked if we got our app... If it's not on the table then no we didn't get our appetizer. Good food and nice lunch specials but not the best service. I also asked for extra ranch not aware there was an upcharge for ranch. Wide menu, lots of good beers on tap, some good specials, too (and note, most places do not run specials on Saturday but they had them in both food and drink). The three of us had-- the turkey flatbread, hot honey chicken sandwich, and rib-eye. All of us had fries as the side (I will say, even though they had lots of sides offered, none were especially appealing to any of us, thus all fries. They had small side salads, some other greens but nothing that was too appealing. Onion rings? A soup?) Portions were plentiful. My wife and I, more often than not, eat about half of what we are given and take the rest home, but both of us ate mostly everything, except a few of the fries. The chicken on the sandwich was huge, tender and tasty. Nice amount of the hot honey sauce, also. Son liked the steak; I had a bite of it and it was quite tasty-- a good steak for that price point. I was visiting Tennessee and decided to try this place with my family, who lives there. It had just opened so we knew it would be busy. We got there and yes, there was a wait. But the line went pretty fast. They had many employees working well together to get everyone taken care of, seated and fed. We ordered appetizers: pretzel sticks and fried pickles. They were awesome!! The pickles were perfect, just enough breading and a great tasting pickle. The pretzel sticks were amazing!!! They were cooked to perfection. Light salty crunch on the outside with a good breading in the inside. The cheese was perfect consistency with great flavor and was a perfect match for the pretzel. We also ordered the strawberry salad. It was delicious! We ordered the grilled wings. Great flavor! We also ordered the Chicken Tenders platter. Delicious!! Since we loved the place so much, we went back!! Two more times during my stay. During those visits we ordered the pickles again and the amazing pretzels. One of the three times we went, they were out of the pretzels. They said they are very popular. But the next day when we went again they had restocked. We also ordered the Firecracker shrimp. This was good but not fabulous. We had the chili, which was very tasty. Not spicy, but very good. We also had one of the burgers which was awesome. We also had The carnivore flatbread. That was really good too. We also tried the fried wings. These were good too. Everything we tried was great! The servers were very friendly and helpful with menu decision making. Came to Kickback Jack's for the first time after hearing positive reviews about the food. We were seated promptly, but had to wait almost 10 minutes before our server came over. This should have been an omen was what to come. We ordered 10 dry rub wings, an order of boneless wings, and an order of fries. Our wings were brought out by a different server promptly with no fries. Our server didn't come check on us until we were 3/4 way through our meal so told her to forget about the fries and to just give us the check. This took another 20 minutes even though she wasn't waiting on any other tables at the moment. In regards to the food, both sets of wings were very good. We requested to sit out on the patio that overlooks the parking lot with peek-a-boo views of the mountain range in the distance. I've always had consistently good food and service here. Even when they are really busy I've never had to wait long to get a table. They have a bar area as well as indoor and outdoor seating. Went to enjoy the trivia on November 16, after a bit of having a good time we were approached by the "manager " i'm assuming that told us we needed to keep it down. Now keep in mind there were around 10-15 Packer fans that were there for their game and were extremely loud, at no point were they told to " keep it down".. none of our party were drunk or being inappropriate just cheering when we got a trivia question right.. needless to say we will not back which is very unfortunate, have always had good experiences there, in my opinion if you can't handle people cheering on winning a game then maybe you shouldn't have those types of things at your establishment! read more

Overall, the food was good. Emily was our waitress and she was super nice. The hostess at the front was managing the busy hour fairly well. My only complaint was that our food didn't arrive to the table at the same time. The food was good, but waited an hour for it to come out. We ordered when we ordered our drinks and asked that it come out in order, the wings as an appetizer, then the salad then the meal. It all came out together, an hour later. The server apologized and blamed it on the kitchen . The manager came to talk to us, offered to comp something due to the inconvenience. Apparently the food had only been put in 13 minutes before, so big mistake on the server part. We got our drinks right away. I ordered tea, it was definitely old, had that weird tinned flavor from sitting to long.. My friend ordered a cup of hot coffee, also old and cold, she sent it back. The Server said he'd make some fresh. We ordered the nachos per recommendation, don't bother, they're weird, and don't taste good. I got the seafood platter with generous portions of flounder and small (but not popcorn) shrimp. Half of my fries were inedible, hard and dark brown.
