I gave three stars because of their menu. Taco Bell has healthy options and many offerings are vegetarian and have vegan ingredients. Theoretically this could be a decent place to get a meal. However, the service is single star. No one seems to care if your order is right. And they seem to thrive on getting it wrong. We called the other day to ask about the vegetarian offerings on their in store kiosk. Couldn't get any information on the phone. But we were told not to come to the store as they only had three people working and they couldn't get orders out. If their employees tell you not to come in, where does that leave your patronage? Like I said, the menu shows possibilities, but management and staff don't seem to care that their attitude and lack of effort are running people off. read more

i just left the taco bell in two rivers and let me tell you, it's 7pm on a saturday and they had 2 WHOLE workers. with that being said they still did an AMAZING job trying to handle every situation. i was waiting inside for about had an hour. i witnessed a lot of rude and uncorgile customers and some even yelling at these workers. but yet they still remained calm. i can't say they stayed positive i mean if anyone was in that situation it would be hard to stay positive. over all the energy in there was kinda rough but i have been to this taco bell plenty of times since opening and it is honestly the best taco bell i have ever been to. so yea it took a bit and there were only 2 workers but the food was still top teir and there service was still impeccable read more

Went back because hey it's Taco Bell. Who doesn't want to go there once in a while. Once again disappointed. It's just the managements fault Here's a little list: -woman's Bathroom is nasty, small stall door was messed up so it's hard to shut and even harder to open. -Employees have no customer service skills. They only do it through drive through and kiosk, they barely say anything for either one - when using the kiosk they don't give you your drinks unless you as for it. Which it took 5 minutes for someone to see us standing there waiting. -Drink machines often are out of the juice for sodas. - the food isn't that good, my burrito was like wet. The staff don't listen and are unprofessional. Twice in the past week I've gone through the drive thru and both times the orders have been incorrect. The first time I ordered one chicken quesadilla and it tasted like mold so I had them make me a new one with a refund. The second tasted like barbecue sauce. Today I went through again and I ordered a party pack of soft shell tacos. I received a party pack of hard shell supreme tacos. I had ordered ahead on the app, had originally chose drive thru but since that was busy I went inside (which was fine by them). Once I was inside I had to wait 20+ minutes for my food. There were 3 workers at first before a 4th came in. Even though they were busy they spent more time complaining about it and pacing around the kitchen than actually making food, one of them also was coming up to the counter apologizing left and right instead of helping get the food done. Once the 4th person came in one of the other workers went outside for a smoke break instead of helping get all of the orders done and getting people through the line. I'll go into the drive through and it will be ready in their system. Not this time. They told me to wait 10 minutes for it to get into their system, so I did. I place an order via the app, They were out of an item automatically substituted with chips and cheese, The person working didn't even have the decent seed to tell me that they had the substitute it, When I noticed it and asked about it he goes well that's what it is. Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have ever had the chance to eat from. Regardless how simple a customization may be (no lettuce) or a standard part to a normal order (chips and cheese), they can't get it right. Tonight, tried them again...bad idea. Ordered 2 make your own boxes, 3 drinks, and Cinnabon through the app. We received a half pump barely in the cheese cup, but since there were no chips included I guess it doesn't matter. It is sad that I can't frequent this location because of the continued times of falling short. Not the worst experience ever last night, but every time I go to this location, something goes wrong: they never fail to ask if you want any sauce packets, then never put any in the bag. I always make the mistake of not checking my bag to make sure they're in there before I leave. Also, last night I had ordered their new toasted cheesy chalupa box, and asked for chicken instead of beef (there was an up charge, no big deal), but they still put beef on the chalupa, but chicken on the taco it comes with. I was very disappointed as I was of course looking forward to chicken on the chalupa ( especially since I paid a little extra for it too). Overall, they never fail to do at least something wrong each time I have gone there, so always make sure to check your stuff before you leave there! read more

Went through the drive-through today and, as always, the workers are stoned off their asses, practically in different universes. We roll up to the first window and the guy just stares at me while I hold out my money to pay. 10 seconds later he goes "AHHHHHHHH" and then takes the money to give the food and some change back. After trying for an hour to find a sit down place where I didn't wait in line to get a table I gave up. Taco Bell would be breakfast as a last resort. Who knew Labor Day was the day every one goes out to breakfast, I stopped at several places off the highway through 25 miles and every one was slammed with people waiting. I opted for the steak am crunch wrap. A tortilla filled steak, cheese, eggs and crunchy hash browns. Over all it was ok and crunchy but I wanted a real sit down place. A few months ago I would have said this is one of the worst taco bells I have ever been in, and I visit a lot of them. Since then however they have been through a few total staff clean outs. It would seem they may finally have it right. I have recently visited twice since hearing about the staff wipe outs and both visits were very pleasant. The cashier paid attention to the order and was very friendly. The crew preparing the food did so quickly and accurately. The tables were clean as well as the floors. After being refused service by McDonalds on 5/15/2019 at approximately 1:27AM by a manager with no service training, Taco Bell to the rescue. Our order was taken with patience and understanding. They helped our indecisive partners choose something to their liking. The crew was very well put together. It looked like a child size drink much less a medium. Also, we got no napkins. We got 20 packets of sauce, no one needs that much.
