worst Taco Bell I've ever been too. picture this I get a one hour break from work everyday, today I decided to go to Taco Bell. I ask for a 9 dollar box with a flaming hot burrito a chalupa and a taco with a large baja blast. well to my surprise my drink isn't a large I got a supreme burrito instead of my flaming hot one, and my taco was stuck to the paper so bad I couldn't even eat it. the only thing in my order they got right was I wanted my chicken chalupa to be a beef chalupa. I don't under how it's even possible to mess up an order that bad without just giving me a completely different order but they managed it. overall terrible experience and I will not be going back any time soon. read more

I visited this Taco Bell after I got off 45 to get some gas. On a Saturday at dinner time, this location was near empty, and I got my food within 5 minutes. I liked the self checkout terminals they have installed in the front for maximal customization of your order. Besides all that, the food is just like how you would expect it from Taco Bell -- after all, it is a chain and the production is fairly standard. I will definitely stop by again if I'm taking a long road trip. read more

Ok, so I feel funny about reviewing a taco bell, but I've got to give this place some props. This little bit of land used to be one big dusty truck parking lot. Over the last few months, it's been spiffed up and a sparkly new taco bell stands where there was once just dirt. It actually makes the whole area look nicer, which is saying a lot for a Taco Bell. The hubby and I often stop in Madisonville during our trips to and from Dallas. We usually go to Texas Burger, but seeing as we'd just had Whataburger the day before (we are obviously health nuts) we thought we'd spice things up. You know, think outside the bun. Taco Bell had plenty of parking for our truck and boat trailer, and there was plenty of grass for our doggie to do her thing. I had the chicken quesadilla and a beef gordita for dinner - both tasty! Although I was disappointed that the spicy chicken burrito is no longer offered... My husband ordered just about everything else on the menu and I think we only paid about $.48 total. The wait was a bit long, but it was a bumpin' night in Madisonville. Overall - great stop and this Taco Bell is a nice little addition to the fast food chains in Madisonville. When you're just passing through - which is what most people do in Madisonville - a quick bite is all you need. Taco Bell does the job well. read more

How do you go about reviewing Taco Bell? I have to say that I had a chip on my shoulder for many years about Taco Bell, assuming it to be pretty awful quality and bad service. That all changed a couple years ago when I went through one in Austin. It was because of that visit I realized that Taco Bell had taken to heart a lot of the criticism of its product quality that had been circling around for years. Also, I discovered service at Taco Bell is shockingly higher than average than pretty much anywhere else. I'm assuming training is very hard line about high-quality customer interaction. I've never been to one where there isn't a genuine salutation at the window. Surprisingly excellent. The food has gotten much better as well. read more

Horrible service. Employees could care less about the service. At 9:33 pm I was told that they are not allowed to make any more tea! They were out completely. No ice in the lobby machine at all. We were there for a good 45 min and they never filled it up. Nasty restrooms literally dried pee on one of the seats. Soap dispenser was hanging open with the empty bag of soap on the floor. Paper towels scattered on the floor. Wishesd I had taken pictures and posted. Most empty tables were not cleaned. Crumbs and cheese on most tables. Booth seats were torn and had cuts in the padding. Two guys ahead of me, already ordered, and nobody else inside... The girl that took my order did so by making zero eye contact, and using the fewest number of words possible. Whomever it was that gave me my order, tossed it on the counter then ducked off, never even saw him/her. Poor Service and Messed up order. I drive all over Texas due to my work, due to this I use mobile ordering. Upon picking up my order (the chalupa cravings deal box) I was informed that "we don't offer that deal here but since you've already payed we will let it slide." I wasn't too miffed by this odd interaction. But then I was given my food and I drove away. I replaced the chalupa with a Gordita which had been placed in the bag upside down so when I tried to pull the first thing off the top all the lettuce and cheese was left in the bag and the meat dumped in my lap and on my car. Maybe this to was forgivable had they not left an item out! So not only was I told my order was wrong they didn't even give me some of it. I am thoroughly under impressed with the service. Also I always get a water with the deals instead of a fountain drink so between the missing cinnamon twists and the water there really wasn't much of any discount to buying it as a package.
