I ordered the fried avocado with chicken and my son got the fajitas. Mine was ok. A little disappointed. Beans were barely warm avocado had good flavor just needed to be fried a little longer. My son got the fajitas and enjoyed them a lot. We aren't use to having sausage on our fajitas, but he loved the flavor. The hot sauce was heavy cilantro. I can usually pull it over to the side or even eat it if it isn't a lot. I couldn't even enjoy to salsa. What couple of bites I could get were very good. Service was very good. Chips and salsa were sufficient. My beef tostadas were quite good, with flavorful meat, crispy tortillas, and better-than-average guacamole. Quesadillas were also good, though not particularly exciting. Good service (we were there at a non-busy time). Haven't yet had better Mexican food in the Madisonville area.

The food is made right the first time and served in a timely manner by smiling faces. We were warmly greeted when we walked in. Not a half-hearted effort, they sounded sincere. The staff worked as a team. They were quick and efficient. No bad attitudes. No whining. You could tell they cared, they took pride in their work. The food was delicious and everything we hoped for. Isn't it funny how eating a Blizzard can bring back so many good memories? That's why Texans love Dairy Queen. It is what this location is all about.
