I prefer cheddar, but this cheese was rich and flavorful, not the cheap stuff made with oil instead of milk. The refried beans had a unique taste, almost like a hint of cinnamon. Chips and salsa were sufficient. My beef tostadas were quite good, with flavorful meat, crispy tortillas, and better-than-average guacamole.
