Being the closest Taco Bell by a bunch (and since Del Taco closed), if we want Mexican fast food, this is our only option...and now we give up. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! We have complained about incorrect orders to the location, on the ap, and to corporate and they almost ALWAYS get the order wrong (in last 10 visits over last 1 1/2 yrs theys got it right maybe twice. Currently we are eating someone's door dash order (according to the label on the bag) instead of what we ordered. I've tried talking to the manager where, after bringing in the food and the correct receipt, they argued that I was trying to get free food from them (brought back what they gave me to show it was wrong, but didn't matter...they don't make mistakes). I've also been told someone would call me back and they never do. They clearly don't care or pay attention so we are DONE with them. Don't know how they can stay open with their total lack of concern towards the customer. Why couldn't it have been them instead of Del Taco that closed? STAY AWAY and always check your order before you leave (even if they will just accuse you of trying to get free food). read more

Terrible service waited at the counter for over five minutes. Nobody came then flagged down somebody that finally stopped and said oh we don't have enough people. You'll have to order on the kiosk that there was nobody there or sign would've been nice. I do not recommend this Taco Bell poorly managed. read more

My son and I went through the drive thru this evening to grab a quick bite from the local Taco Bell. The drive thru service was fine, but the food was not..3 beef soft tacos were crunchy hard to the point of not eating the last one. One of the nacho crunchy tacos was completely broken in half and the burrito was cold. I get it's fast food, but when you have to spend 30 bucks on it I believe that the food should be better. Among the worst Taco Bells in the western hemisphere. The food is Taco Bell, so no surprise, but prices are always higher than other locations and the service is very slow. The most recent visit I had to deal with the old guy at the counter, he may think he's dunny, I found him annoying and rude, commenting on clothing, people's tattoos, etc. Then they gave some guy's order that he had been waiting for to someone else. Hungry kids after school. Went through drive through. Tried to say hi to the woman at the window and she ignored us. Got home. One whole order (over $10) missing. Chalupa combo. Called. They could care less. Said come back. We live a ways away. I asked if I could get a refund or something. I need to go to the store apparently to get that. the food is always great and the service is always quick but there's an older man (can't say gentleman, because he is most definitely not) working there named Ryan who is consistently rude. i was in there one day and i heard him chewing out some young barista from the Starbucks across the way about how his son at burger king is now out of job because Starbucks bought out the burger king? I didn't hear all of it but he seemed incredibly rude and unprofessional. the next time i went in he was rude to me and practically slammed my order on the counter and didn't even acknowledge me as a customer. I have never run into a problem at this tacobell until tonight. I just wanted to have a black bean burrito because for some reason meat isn't going well with my stomach lately and its been making me feel sick and my boyfriend wanted his quesadilla and his burrito. We decided to door dash it because its late and we just wanted to stay in. Then we finally get our food after waiting a good 30 minutes when it's literally down the street from us which I found insane since we have door dashed from that taco bell and its never taken them that long no matter what time of day. Anyways we get the completely wrong order with our receipt on the bag, like can you not check and read. You are getting paid $20 an hour now to screw up and not care about your job. I only care this much because I work in fast food and have for a bit now. For someone who deals with constant door dash orders 5 days out of the week it's really not hard to do the bare minimum of your damn job and check the order and I could care less how late it is, I do it and my coworkers do it without any problems all the time. Hire some people who are actually willing to provide a basic service and who don't do less than the bare minimum. read more

This place really cares about cleanliness!! Which is very VERY important!! Most taco bell restaurants are semi messy, semi dirty in their restrooms, their tables & chairs. I like the fact they really make the effort to keep it comfortable, clean & well maintained! Their food is made perfectly here & is always delish! I am actually impresssed. I like this taco bell. It's always clean and even tho they have a pretty high turn over like most fast food type places, they seem to maintain a good employee pool of nice and smiling workers. The food was hot and fresh tasting as you would hope to have it. The moment a table is left, there was someone over cleaning it for the next customer to use. They have several variations of Baja blast which is a personal favorite in addition to the federal Pepsi branded standard selection. I will of course be back and I recommend this taco bell to anyone who is in the area and wants to make a run for the border. (us old people remember that slogan) read more

Ok- it's 10:25 PM and we need some fast food on the way to Tahoe. Car is full with kids and pets so we need a quick meal and cannot stop at a sit down restaurant. So it's time to ring that bell! Taco Bell! We don't frequent the Bell often however this location is very good or as my daughter would say " it's the bomb" first time stopping at this location. Not only were the ingredients fresh but the drive thru guy was the most friendly and efficient fast food employee we have ever had the pleasure in dealing with. Usually it's not the case. I don't have his name but the guy working 4/27/18 at 10:25pm drive thru window shift needs a raise and a promotion- or at the very least the employee of the month plaque. I've been coming to this Taco Bell for years. They've always had great service compared to other Taco Bell locations. I no longer live in the area but continue to drive out here specifically for the amazing service they provide. I have a special type of order that often gets made incorrectly unless I come here. Typical Taco Bell food but the cleanliness and customer service were stand outs. Alexander is an excellent engaging person to take your orders. The tap charge card terminal actually worked. You also have the option of ordering online or using a kiosk for orders. The design is quite nice inside. Although it is rather small there are partitions and clean lines which make it very comfortable. On a Sunday afternoon it was interesting seeing a variety of solo dads on probably visiting day. Some seem quite new to being solo with kids (miserable) and others quite adept at interacting and caring for little ones. read more
