I hadn't sat down to eat at a Taco Bell in I don't know how long before this past weekend. Don't get me wrong..I eat Taco Bell all the time..but just through the drive-thru. It's probably been at least 7 or 8 years since I had..and I mean, I haven't regularly done it since the late 90's. A lot has changed since the late 90's. The old school bright retro look of the interior has been replaced with a more subdued, darker, palette of colors. Gives it more of an intimate feeling. Not a bad atmosphere overall..just nowhere near as "fun" as it used to be. Anywho..as for this specific location..service was..interesting. I approached the counter and there was an employee standing behind it. I was waiting for them to give an introduction or a welcoming of some kind..but they didn't..so I said hi..they still just awkwardly stood there..and then they starting looking behind them at the menu. Further confused..I stood there for another couple of seconds and then remarked "Umm..are you ready to take my order?"..they looked at me in kind of a daze and just said "yeah". So odd. I ordered my normal Taco Bell go-to: 2 cool ranch Dorito tacos with no lettuce, a Frito burrito and an order of nachos. The food came out pretty quickly and was made exactly how I had ordered it. The Frito burrito was really good..packed full with all the ingredients and had a good balance of fritos and nacho cheese sauce to allow for a great crunch but not be too dried out by the fritos. The nachos were as good as they usually are. They gave a decent amount of cheese with them so that we a nice rare surprise from a Taco Bell. The tacos tasted good. The shells were a bit brittle and cracked and kind of fell apart when I started to eat them..but they still tasted good. Overall this was a pretty decent location. Outside of the odd interaction with the person at the register..the place was clean, the food was up to par with some of the better Taco Bell fare I've had. Asked for extra chicken on a quesadilla got charged and it had like 6 pieces on it. Tried to call up there started at 11pm it's currently 11:30pm 27 full ring calls with no answer. I'm calling all the way till 2am idc I'm petty and have time. Honestly they're lucky I don't feel like taking the 10 minute drive up there and throw this food back through the drive thru. read more

I ordered on the app & picked up in the drive-thru. I got a Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos taco & my free senior drink (Baja). My order was ready right away & I received service with a smile. My only complaint was that the taco had a scant amount of shredded cheese. I'd return here for another visit. read more

customer service is non existent at this location. I witnessed a customer having an issue with the app. he received 0 help. associate said it's not my job. after the customer (a veteran) left the employees in the back were talking loudly about how stupid he was and it wasn't their fault he couldn't read. I would have left had I not already gotten my food, which wasn't very good. The only reason I ate here was i was in a hurry. these folks have no clue that the customers pay their salary and when the customers stop coming so will their paychecks. read more

Unfriendly staff. Drive through window employee never said a word. Food was not wrapped well and falling out. They FORGOT the nacho cheese that went with the nacho cheese fries. Price is outrageous for the food and service you get. read more

This was my first time at this location and I was very disappointed with the food quality. I ordered the steak burrito and it was the worse burrito I've ever had. The ingredients were not fresh and the meat was chewy. They charge for sour cream, onion and tomato that should've come included in the price. Overall my experience here doesn't qualify for one star since I couldn't eat any of it. I would not recommend spending your money here but go to a real Mexican restaurant! read more

Went through drive thru at 1:07 am said opened til 2:00. Lights on 4 cars in parking g lit and I counted 3 employees I could see. I sat at the speaker for 6-7 minutes with cars behind me and I pulled up he opened the window and said they closed early due to short staff???? Really. Nit buying g that this time. Very rude staff. We ordered 3 crunchy BEEF Tacos, no cheese, add rice. Was given 3 crunchy tacos with rice and lettuce only. I went back in to correct their mistake, being as they might've misheard us. I specified we wanted beef , just no cheese and add rice, the lady rudely tossed the bag on the counter and sent me on my way. When I checked the bag, they made them the EXACT same. This time we went back in for a refund at this point and they seemed even more annoyed. They then tried to say they "substituted our beef out for rice" , and was given an attitude again before they fully corrected the mistake. read more

Ordered Chicken Soft Tacos about a month ago and everything was fine. Ordered them again 2 days ago and the quality has suffered noticeably. The soft tortilla shell is now like a thin piece of cardboard that breaks easily. And the amount of meat put in the taco is less as compared to a month ago. Felt as if I was just chewing grass like a dairy farm cow. I will not be returning for at least a year- and then just to see if the quality has gone back to what it was. this place is a joke!!!! every time I go here rather it's 3 pm, 8:21 pm , or 10 pm You pull through the drive thru and are told they are closed due to short staff!! everywhere is short staffed but they still are open getting through it. and what really gets me as someone who knows all about how Taco Bell is staffed and the operation is ran behind the scenes. when you have 3 cars in the parking lot that are all employees inside .that's is not short staffed! This taco bell has been great, I've never had any issues with orders being incorrect, they seem to be able to handle rushes very well and the quality of their food seems great. Nothing is sloppy and they seem to really take pride in their work. read more

Definitely the best Taco Bell In Hamilton area never once has my food been bad or order wrong, their always quick and cordial with excellent food no matter how late in the day it is. I would recommend this Taco Bell over all other food places near by including goldstar/skyline, mcds, Wendy's (worst Wendy's ever), frischs, penn station, second to panda king in the strip across the street. read more

They will not inform you when you order or have it posted to give you notice. When I questioned the price..They first acted like they had no idea about what i was talking about, they denied and tried to switch me to a cheaper item, they then said it was their choice and were not going to honor the advertised price!! They charge an additional 27% or more.Happened with ghost burritos a few months back and on the double beefy cheese burritos today! Beware of their deceptive practices!! read more
