The young lady at the window was very sweet and had great customer service which u never see at any jack n box. The cook there has no buisness being a cook. Why he isnt a GM is beyond me. He came to the window and told me he made my sausage croissants fresh. They were the best Ive ever had. He was polite, curious and respectful. This cook had better customer relation skills than any fast food manager Ive dealt with. Great to see someone going beyond and above. If this guy isnt promoted quickly I might just steal him for my restaurant in Beaumont. Awesome job to the both of you.

My order was almost correct, I asked for loaded mashed potatoes and they gave me regular mashed potatoes. Our server took back the tacos, but it took forever to get the correct order. Our server told us the manager had to go back there and make it, but it came without the ranch dressing she asked for. We also ordered a chicken alfredo to go and that wasn't even done when the check was brought. I couldn't even give my mom any of me food because she eats her steak well done and mine was rare. As I am writing this, we still don't have the to go order, but we got cake. Let's see how much longer we can sit here to wait for our to go order...this should never happen at an establishment. I've been in the service industry 19+ years and this is ridiculous. I know this place is one of the few places in Brookland, but at least have a good sense of hospitality.
