I had the grilled chicken sandwhich with fries and a drink and my husband had the original whataburger meal. The resturant was clean and the waitstaff was great After sitting down to eat and enjoying our meal for around ten or fifteen minutes we hear would sounds like yelling coming from the kitchen. My husband was seated to where he could see the door and the counter. He said to me "this is about to get interesting." A police officer walks in and the worker who was yelling said " i am a grown man and i can leave" and the officer let him know he was being detained. The worker's mom showed up and it was an out of hand situation. Because the cop, mom and worker were discussing the disorderly conduct charge next to my car we were not able to leave for fifteen minutes after entering the parking lot. I felt the situation could have been handled differently. Maybe send the worker home and once he is calm let him know that he is being fired or written up. By the way, we ended up with four cop cars in the parking lot.

This proved to be a mistake as before we could make our escape, the combination of pork, cheese and coffee ran straight through me like the gamblers run straight through their pensions! Unfortunately for me, there's only 1 stall in the place and I nearly ruined my Sunday's best! My dry cleaner wouldn't have been happy with me Monday morning. If they expanded to 2 stalls, I'll be willing to revise my review to 5 stars. I highly recommend stopping by here, just hope there are no savage gambling addicts there.

We were asked to pull forward while our food was being finished, which was no problem at all. When our food was brought out, I immediately started checking the order, as I do at every restaurant. Before I had even finished looking through the bag, the employee who brought it out started rolling her eyes, throwing her hands up, and telling me I needed to leave and couldn't sit there. She had literally just handed us the food. I continued checking to make sure everything was there, and she then walked behind my vehicle, looked at my license plate, and appeared visibly upset, throwing her hands up again. I understand employees are busy and trying to keep things moving, but customers should be allowed a minute to verify their order before driving away. Honestly, I'm a very unproblematic person and avoid confrontation whenever possible. Her behavior genuinely caught me off guard and made me uncomfortable. I've never had an employee react that way to me simply checking my order. It was honestly frightening. This was disappointing because every other experience I've had here has been positive.
