On a recent church trip, we decided to stop here and eat. It was a disaster. A bus full of heathen casino-goers also decided to stop here as well. It was full blown pandemonium. Savages who would rather throw money into a slot machine as opposed to an offering tray were running everywhere. I implored my wife Peggy to finish up her Sausage McMuffin so we could return to the sanctity of the van. I also had a Sausage McMuffin with hash browns and coffee. This proved to be a mistake as before we could make our escape, the combination of pork, cheese and coffee ran straight through me like the gamblers run straight through their pensions! Unfortunately for me, there's only 1 stall in the place and I nearly ruined my Sunday's best! My dry cleaner wouldn't have been happy with me Monday morning. If they expanded to 2 stalls, I'll be willing to revise my review to 5 stars. I highly recommend stopping by here, just hope there are no savage gambling addicts there. read more

I've honestly always had great experiences at the Jasper McDonald's. The food is usually fresh and the orders are correct, which is why this stood out to me. We were asked to pull forward while our food was being finished, which was no problem at all. When our food was brought out, I immediately started checking the order, as I do at every restaurant. Before I had even finished looking through the bag, the employee who brought it out started rolling her eyes, throwing her hands up, and telling me I needed to leave and couldn't sit there. She had literally just handed us the food. I continued checking to make sure everything was there, and she then walked behind my vehicle, looked at my license plate, and appeared visibly upset, throwing her hands up again. I understand employees are busy and trying to keep things moving, but customers should be allowed a minute to verify their order before driving away. Honestly, I'm a very unproblematic person and avoid confrontation whenever possible. Her behavior genuinely caught me off guard and made me uncomfortable. I've never had an employee react that way to me simply checking my order. It was honestly frightening. This was disappointing because every other experience I've had here has been positive. read more

The wait is ridiculous, then the employees get a nasty attitude when confronted about their inefficiencies and the manager just ignores the situation in hopes that the problem will resolve itself. I would give less than one star if possible since I have had multiple issues at this location...the employees are just awful. read more

we arrived at McDonald's at 10:46pm it is now 11:33 pm we have sat in the drive threw for over 30 of those minutes waiting for them to take our order never did so we pulled up and then told us to pull all the way to stall one 20 minutes has passed and they have given 15+ cars their food all we ordered was two chicken sandwhiches a large fry and a Dr Pepper. read more

All workers had attitude in a bad mood, also there was food missing and drinks missing after supposedly getting everything, and after I asked them for the missing food and drink one of the workers snatched the receipt out my hand and made an ugly attitude face. read more

I didn't end up eating at this McDonald's due to the reasons below, so I can't really speak to the quality of food. The soap dispenser in the bathroom had no soap. There appeared to be urine on the floor a leak in the urinal going towards the drain. The hand sanitizer dispenser on the outside of the bathroom was also empty so, God only knows how filthy the hands are that are making the food at this McDonald's. read more

Mcdonald's in jasper tx is way overpriced with horrible service. It took 24 minutes to get them to take the order in the drive-through and 10 minutes for one large coffee, and I had to go inside to get it. They forgot to make it, and the manager had the audacity to say, "No one had time to be making fracas." Then charged us for another drink even though we already paid. After all of this, they gave us a small instead of the large we ordered. I will never be seen in Jaspers mcdonald's again. read more

they forgot our food, and they were hollering at us. and they forgot a bunch of others food. there's one guy named steve that was trying to help and he was about the only good worker. the blonde headed girl with a ponytail and a lady at the window were screaming at us to move and kept complaining. it was stressful, and chaotic. my mom got an instant headache. read more

This McDonald's in jasper Texas is worth visiting if you want to wait a long time for your meal while exploring the filthiest of the interior. How the owner of this relatively newly remodeled interior manages to screw up McDonald's recipe for common fast food is beyond me Edit after the meal. The hamburgers are horrible here. This is the slowest unorganized McDonald's I've ever been too. We ordered a chicken nugget kids meal and only got apples and fries. Took 20 mins for them to bring it to the table. read more

Horrible service and stupid old lady up front. I had them remake my iced coffee because it was nothing but milk and sugar and they handed me the same exact thing. I tell them this is just as bad and she popped off and said "baby just try it I barely put any creamer in it." I just left. read more
