My husband and ate at the Whataburger in Jasper and it was our first visit in a very long time. Let me start by saying that the food was fresh. I had the grilled chicken sandwhich with fries and a drink and my husband had the original whataburger meal. The resturant was clean and the waitstaff was great After sitting down to eat and enjoying our meal for around ten or fifteen minutes we hear would sounds like yelling coming from the kitchen. My husband was seated to where he could see the door and the counter. He said to me "this is about to get interesting." A police officer walks in and the worker who was yelling said " i am a grown man and i can leave" and the officer let him know he was being detained. The worker's mom showed up and it was an out of hand situation. Because the cop, mom and worker were discussing the disorderly conduct charge next to my car we were not able to leave for fifteen minutes after entering the parking lot. I felt the situation could have been handled differently. Maybe send the worker home and once he is calm let him know that he is being fired or written up. By the way, we ended up with four cop cars in the parking lot. read more

This place has been here forever. Over the years it has changed alot. Especially the prices! It is too expensive. But they are really the one now, these days where the burger is still somewhat close to the original size when first began.... the service is hit or miss. Depends on who's working! I guess you get that everywhere . read more

The workers do not have the brain cells to simply pay attention to simple information like only ketchup means only ketchup not mustard and ketchup. If you cannot understand that then how can you graduate from school. read more

Excellent food, but somewhat confusing menu layout behind counter. Still has soda fountain available in lobby without the overly complicated electronic soda machines other places use. Lobby looked clean, but tables hadn't been wiped clean, so our meal adhered to the table. 24 hour service very helpful, as we were hungry after spending hours at local ER. read more

This place is a total joke. My first time there, the crew was loudly arguing in the kitchen. The second time I went there, on a Sunday, a totally unprofessional attendant named Nya proceeded to argue with me about my order. I said I don't need your bad attitude and walked out. We ordered three things. Two salads and a large coffee. We waited in line for over 45 minutes, and the service was horrible. None of the food was made when we got up there. Neither was the coffee. There were two lines fool of cars and no food was given. I'm so disappointed in Jasper's food. read more

Stopped by on our way through town and decided to eat in. Worst idea ever! Ordering took forever. Cashier couldn't upgrade size of kid drinks without deleting entire order and starting over. Cashier got really confused when I tried to pay with the app. Major confusion with the numbers. There was another table with our same number and it took forever to figure out who's food it was. Drove through and got a number two and asked for cheese, ketchup and mustard only on the burger. They gave me a fully loaded burger with onions. I am allergic to onions so it could have been detrimental to my health to eat it. When going back through I waited 20 mins for my burger to be redone just to get cold patty's, cold cheese and a case of food poisoning the following day. This location should be evaluated by the health inspector. read more

This is the worst experience we've ever had at a whataburger. Waiting an hour for cold food, hearing employees argue with customers, hearing employees tell customers that if they want their food correct they need to go home and cook. I just don't understand. I get covid and all, but I feel like places are using it as an excuse for poor customer service and employees being rude to customers. I never get pissy with the employees because usually they work hard, get little credit, and make too little money to deal with assholes all day. But this was absolutely appalling. I don't foresee us coming back to this whataburger as we would rather just drive an extra half hour to get better customer service and hot food. read more

My family and I went to this Whataburger and we went through the drive through. To start off, they were extremely slow. We ordered our food and it was about ten minutes until we got up to the window. they gave us our things and we left. We were going through our orders when we discovered that nearly all of our orders were wrong. Even if the orders were correct, they still would have been horrible. It seems like an employment issue and that workers are not driven to give correct service at all. read more

I've been driving for hours just stopped for some quick food..... HORRIBLE ‼‼‼They charged me for sauce, which I would understand if they actually give me the sauce and she said it was in there. Absolutely horrible service. Employees are more interested in having fun & socializing with each other than even trying to provide service. Took about 20-25 minutes to get my order with only two ahead of me. All personnel had-a militant attitude, they waited on people because they had to, not out of desire to please anyone, and it was easy to see it stemmed from the manager... never go back here!!! read more

If you want horrible whataburger this is the spot! COLD food, rude and lazy employees. We went through the drive thru and after 30 minutes we got to the window and Alexis didn't even know what we ordered. I told her that we got a number 1 and a number 2. She asked if I got a whataburger with only cheese and ketchup. I said no and repeated what I ordered. She then rung me up for my order and handed me the order with the cheese and ketchup burger. Excellent food and customer service. Mia was very friendly and pleasant. After our meal we ordered apple pies and cinnamon rolls to take home, and she made fresh ones for us since we had an hour travel time. We go to this Whataburger a couple times each month and the one hour drive is always worth it. I highly recommend it. read more

They're the SLOWEST and RUDEST place in town. I literally dread coming here. I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt but nope not anymore.
