Now back to my order, I got the beef fajita with two eggs over, medium and hashbrowns. The beef had a strange taste to it. On my way out, the manager asked me how I enjoyed my meal. She saw that I hadn't eaten much of the beef fajitas. I explained to her that the beef had a strange taste, and she offered to remove it from my bill, which I declined. I enjoyed the Customer Service, which was excellent. I was promptly greeted upon entry into the building. So I give them an A+ for CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their salsa was excellent. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the beef fajitas as I believe they were about to spoil when it was cooked leading to the foul taste I experienced. GN3

I also got to try the tostadas, the beans had a great flavor, the fresh lettuce and the cheese were amazing. The service was very friendly, as soon as you walk in the establishment, you are greeted by lovely people, it made me feel very welcomed. Something that stops me from coming are the prices....now I know nowadays things are expensive...but man, I personally think some of these prices are outrageous. I took my family of 3, and paid 55$, that's without the tip. I know its debatable, but I would come back a lot more often if it was cheaper! The place itself was very clean and well organized. Love this place!

When we arrived, the dining room appeared to be locked, but someone had left the door slightly ajar, so we walked in. We were the only customers inside, yet no one acknowledged us. After standing there for a bit, I finally told the employee behind the counter that we had a mobile order. She turned around and walked away without saying a single word. A few moments later, she came back with our food--still without acknowledging us. I ordered the $8 Supreme Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich, and somehow it was missing the egg--which seems like a pretty important ingredient for a breakfast sandwich. On top of that, it had what looked like half a slice of cheese and a single slice of ham. Definitely not what I expected. The inside of the restaurant smelled unpleasant and just felt unclean, so we decided to eat in our car instead. Before we left, a customer who had been there before us came back inside to ask for a fork for his breakfast platter. He was told they were out of forks. Hopefully he enjoyed eating breakfast with his fingers. While we were sitting in the car, we watched another customer ride up on a bicycle and try to get into the dining room. Since the doors were locked, they couldn't get in. After trying the door, they simply rode across the street to Burger King instead. Between the locked dining room, the lack of customer service, an $8 Supreme Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich with no egg, the disappointing food, and the overall condition of the restaurant, this was easily one of the worst fast-food experiences I've had. I won't be back.

I got their number 9 which was a burger and my partner got the chicken. I was exited at the curly fries cuz of how much hype they got but was a little disappointed when they weren't all that. Don't take my word for it cuz it might just be this location. (5 or 6/10) The burger... Omfg the burger. Big (-10/10). I have no words. It was just pure disgustingness. The chicken was probably the best out of our order. Overall just decent chicken. (7/10) Overall experience is a (6/10) For this being my first Jack in the Box experience i was very dissatisfied.
