I tried two of their versions of a kolache, which they spell different signifying the difference from a traditional kolache and their version. First was a ham and cheese with jalapeno and the second one was a boudin. Both were really good but I preferred the boudin but that's just me. I also bought an apple fritter which my wife enjoyed.
