It's the only donut store in town. Well, there's one other little one, but that doesn't count here in this convention. Yes, Leesville Donuts have many donuts, but they're not extraordinary. The people are quite kind. Heck you can even get a pink pastel or lemon yellow tee shirt there. The Biscuits and Gravy are good too. They've been around a long time, and I don't mind them at all. I do think that it is the best choice to get a quick breakfast in the morning, as well as the best place to get donuts at a drive thru window locally, and for that hurrah! : May I suggest they add bacon maple syrup donuts to the menu? I have nothing but great praise for this place. If you want donuts? Then this is the place to come! They offer a varieties of different types of flavors and every one I tried has been spectacular. It's fresh, soft, and just enough sweetness to satisfy that sweet tooth. My favorite was the blueberry donut. The glaze on the outside was not overly sweet. One bite and I was hooked. The blueberry was perfect. It was so good that I had to share with coworkers to spread the love. Customer services was phenomenal and I would highly recommend this place. I never thought donuts could be bad but honestly these are not great. The donut holes were so greasy we couldn't even eat then. The regular glazed were about the same. We actually loved the raspberry filled and Bavarian cream. This is a cute little donut shop in Leesville. My sister and her husband like to come here for breakfast. She raved about the biscuits and gravy and the donuts. On our way back to Dallas we decided to stop for a quick breakfast. My hubby and I each ordered the bacon, egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwich and my sister ordered the sausage biscuit. I was disappointed that there was one slice of bacon and hardly any egg and cheese. While they skimped (in my opinion) it was good. And the bacon was a thick slice. The donuts were good. Standard, but good. I was blown away by the customer service. The employees, especially the boisterous middle aged woman, were friendly and passionate about their job. This is an average donut spot. I purchased 4 regular Kolaches for my 2 girls, on the way home my girls noticed that the kolaches had jalapeños in them, they broke the other 2 in half to see if they had jalapeños also which they did, I went back and the very nice cashier told the owner the situation and she refused to replace them because 2 had been bitten off and the other 2 were broke in half. I ended up having to buy 3 and was given 1 free. I'm very disappointed in the lack of accountability and customer service the owner provided. I wish I could give 0 stars. read more

A friend and I arrived around 11 am and there was still a great selection of items. I had never seen "pine cone" donuts before! There were sweet and savory options and EVERYTHING looked great. This place can get pretty busy, but that's understandable since it has the best donuts in town (if not, the state). I discovered this place from reading an Airbnb blog on "Places to Visit in Leesville". They have donuts coming out every 5-10 minutes so everything is really fresh! (Most donuts places are baked the day before. It's refreshing to find a place that bakes donuts right in front of you!). My favorite is the glaze and the blueberry donut. But they also have a delicious, savory breakfast croissant (get the sausage, egg, bacon, ham, and cheese croissant!). Though the line can be long sometimes, the staff are very nice and hardworking. Yes we stopped here before they closed at 12pm! I was elated as I consumed the maple eclair. Dunkin donuts has nothing on this donut shop. Actually they should take some pointers and maybe learn to make theirs moist and filling as the one in leesville:) My sweetie has been a fan of their sweets and brought me to get some goodies. We ended up getting, get ready: blueberry donut, maple eclair, lemon donut, sausage biscuit, bacon, egg and cheese croissant, and a bottle of water less then 11 bucks! The quality for the quantity we received was great! I devoured the maple eclair and needed a break before eating any more lol. My honey loved the blueberry donut and lemon as well. When your moaning saying, "oh my god" after eating a donut you know it's good lol. I tasted the kolache it's pretty tasty and a bit of the bacon egg and cheese. Overall it was a good experience.
