Waited 15 minutes after ordering for someone to tell me one of the items I ordered was no longer available. Why not take it off your menu then? Food just thrown together. Just sloppy in the bag. I like Taco Bell, but this location is awful. They can't ever get the orders correct, the workers taking orders through the drive through are snarky, mean, and cannot be nice to save their lives. I continually try to call to talk to a manager, but they won't answer their phone. Just baffling, they need a better manager and people who actually know how to run a chain restaurant. When you're handed a bag with 4 tacos and it feels like entire bag---including several sauce packets---weighs about 6 ounces, you know you're about to eat dinner and still be hungry. Have tried this Jasper location 4-5 times over a several year period and EVERY TIME they act like the meat filling is worth its weight in gold. Maybe a large tablespoon of meat filling. Quantity of cheese if hit and miss but you will get more cheese than meat. So if you can fill up on 4 tablespoons of meat, a large handful of cheese and 4 taco shells, this is your place. Good and decent Taco Bell location. We stopped by here for a lunch-snack last week and had a good experience. We didn't go into the restaurant-went thru the drive thru. We got the nacho bell grande and it was pretty good. Of course after your eat this stuff...well it gives you horrible gas and so with 3 people in the car...you can imagine. Stopped by here for some food before heading to the mountains. Only used the drivethru, so I can't speak to the facilities inside. Our order was correct, so no complaints there. Will NOT be going back to this Taco Bell. I was forced to order at a "kiosk" and it took 5 minutes to navigate and order 3 soft Tacos which would have taken 3 seconds to ask for verbally. Then I waited an additional 10 minutes for my order despite the fact that i was the only person in the restaurant. I have always liked eating at Taco Bell. With that being said my husband and I went to our local Taco Bell to eat today, the place was somewhat busy, that's fine, but the place was not clean, the tables had food all over them, we ask the girl behind the counter if someone would come and clean off the tables, 10 minutes later she came out and wiped at the tables, and didn't wipe the food out of the seats, then after she got done she went and started making drinks for people coming thru the drive thru, she didn't wash her hands,and even stuck her fingers in one of the cups that had ice in it. The guy that was taking orders went and got the broom out and swept two little spots and put the broom up, there was still food on the floor. Will not go there again. read more

Food ok old sauce on outside of packs. Part of my order was a 12 pack of tocos posted for $13.00. I was charged $13.99, when I question it they said taxes. That is higher than local rates ,and I was charged taxes again on end of order. Watch your money here!! read more

It's a fast food establishment, so I'm not sure why you would have high expectations. The times I have been here I have had no issues. I tend to visit during non-peak hours, so I can't tell you what to expect during peak times. The food is satisfactory, and you can't beat the price. read more

Every time we eat there be it drive thru or walk in, there is a problem. The burritos keep getting smaller, the tacos has less and less in them and with the exception of a few employees who seem to be doing their job. The rest is either goofing off or on their phone at the counter. read more
