Although our server was kind and got our order right, she was in no hurry and not very friendly. I don't know if she was not allowed to serve butter with bread or not, but we didn't get any (after my husband had to ask for bread,) but I suspect that if butter had been included it would have been rock hard. I'm well aware of rising operational costs and how trickle-down works, and I'm no stranger to restaurant and kitchen work, but details matter. It's the little things that matter.

But when the same issue happens twice, the least I expect is an apology and good customer service--not an attitude while telling me to make another trip to correct someone else's mistake.
