First time I ordered from this location and they dont know how to read orders, they made 4 of my items vegetarian because it asks for each item if you want to change the protein, I checked "no-seasoned beef" apparently they took that as no beef at all. I've been coming to this Taco Bell since I was a kid and it opened up. I can never complain about the cleanliness of this establishment, it's never been an issue which I'm surprised about being that many fast food establishments can't keep up with dirty people. Anyway I don't visit Taco bell much these days as I'm much older and I am also always trying to be as healthy as possible. BUT when it's time for a Treat Meal! I love the Doritos Locos Nachos Tacos!! I usually get the supreme which contains sour cream & another ingredient (which I can't remember, stupid goldfish memory) the regular doesn't contain. The regular contains the usual; ground beef, cheese, lettuce (am I missing something? I feel like I am). I enjoy any food that contains ground beef, but I crave these specific tacos every 3 months or so. I must say Doritos tacos was a damn genius idea. Whoever invented it should get an award. I always come here to munch out with friends when my stomach craves them delicious tacos! It's never made me feel sick after eating there food. This is my 2nd favorite taco place. The food comes fast, and tastes good. But the feeling after the food settles makes feel like garbage.

I know what you're thinking, aren't all Taco Bell's the same? No, they're not. Not all Taco Bell's are created equal. This is the best Taco Bell I've been to in the 29 years I've been eating fast food. Make no mistake, it's not like this Taco Bell is healthier than others, it's bad for your health like all other fast food joints. But if you're looking for a Taco Bell where the chalupa shells are balanced with the right amount of crunch and softness and the quesadillas can be made extra spicy with jalapeño cream, then come here. The staff are also really nice people. The only mistake they made in the year I've been coming here is that they gave me an extra taco. Boo boo. Slow service, but I think I rediscovered my love for Taco Bell again. I ordered a cravings deal. It came with two tacos, a burrito, nachos, and a drink. I took it to go, walked about 15 minutes before eating it and the nachos and taco shells were still surprisingly crunchy and not soggy. There are far way better tacos and burritos in Jackson Heights but every now and then, I just crave for the fast food version of things. The space is really small in here. I walked into the restaurant needing help on ordering via the Taco Bell app for the T-Mobile Tuesday special. The cashier AND manager were NOT willing to help at all and ignored me and took other customers. I finally figured it out and placed the order at 6:43PM and waited for my free taco. More than 10 minutes passed and I proceeded to ask the cashier where my order was. He bluntly said if you placed the order, it will be in the system. 15 minutes passed and still no order. I asked again and asked to speak to the manager because it was useless talking to the cashier. His explanation was this is T-Mobile, it has nothing to do with Taco Bell and that it would be in the system if my order was placed. First of all, T-Mobile is only providing a code for the free taco. Second, I'm ordering ON the Taco Bell app. How are you going to tell me that this has nothing to do with Taco Bell?! This place surprised me I like the service I went a fee days back while craving at night. I got there and some lady was ordering and she had ordered a number but not the correct thing. Made a big order here and is a great place to come too but make sure to check the bag and receipt cause they can forget stuff sometimes. They got my whole order but forgot one beefy 5 layer burrito I mean it is a $1.50 extra on my card but it's ok I took a cab and paid it $15 just to come here and get the food I love this place and food. I went to this location, ordered a regular soft taco with guacamole on the side. I got my bag (was going to bring it home for my family) went home, opened the bag and for some reason there was an empty, CLEAN guacamole container. I lived in Jackson Heights for 9 years. Despite the fact that I enjoy Mexican food, I rarely ate here. Why? Because they have no portion control. I would order a burrito and get a small, limp thing that was half the size of the over-stuffed burrito in the picture on the wall. I finally started to complain and they put more food into it.
