Food is always good but the service is so slow. Not much for FAST food. Workers are nice but when I go through a drive thru I expect my food to be done quicker read more

Friendly service, we dined in and got to listen to their team work as they served the drive in, deliveries, and us. It was like a team sport! I love the huge vegetarian menu, and my black bean crunch wrap was superbly tasty. Kristof appeared to love his equally. We had some fluffy mandasi-like donut balls light coated in cinnamon sugar and filled with some light custardy thing. Delicious. We are bringing you some of them Lillian . Their recycling prompts looked good but when I dove into the process they could improve a few things. I'm supposed to collect them in a box and then print a label and mail it via UPS. I would prefer to recycle them in the store right now. I wonder how many people mail them - there are some incentives to do so. But, almost all we had was in paper wrappings or able to go in the county recycling. read more

Taco Bell - Vegetarian, happy us, recycling - Tacos Near Me - Holmen, Wisconsin

Crew member was on the phone by the front doors. I thought she was on break until another employee came over and yelled at her in front of customers. Continued yelling at her as they were walking back to the kitchen area. Could have been handled more privately. Very uncomfortable. While eating, 4 people, an elderly couple and two other individuals came and went without being waited on. Comments while they walked out were "We can't get anybody's attention" and "This place is terrible. No one acknowledged me." There were at least 4 people in the kitchen. There's no excuse for this. Disappointed. read more

Very good service and attitude of the staff was great. The food was warm and tasted good for a taco bell. There was almost no one there. In the past the service wasn't good but it has changed read more

Time and time and time again, coming here through the drive through and this woman has such a negative attitude. And it's always the same girl that gives me attitude. I wish I had gotten her name. It's really annoying to deal with, the management really needs to take control of their mouthy employees. It's disgusting to deal with. Leave your problems at home instead of bringing your negative attitude with you to work. The first thing she said to me through the speaker this time was "is there anything I can help you find on the menu" in a nasty tone, and I replied no I was just waiting for you to greet me. She snaps back "I said something 48 seconds ago" I had been at the menu for maybe 15 seconds at that point. So she says "well what can I get started for you" I told her how about a better attitude, have a good day. And left the drive through. read more

This Taco Bell is terrible. I've tried to go there for breakfast three times, and been unsuccessful each time. One time I was told they were short staffed so they just decided not to make breakfast that day. The other two times, even though it was after 9:00am, they were not open yet. I knocked on the door, someone let me know, and they looked at me like I was an alien when I asked if I can place an order. Place is very clearly terribly managed. I simply won't go here any longer, and I just drive to the Onalaska Taco Bell. read more

I am a regular at this Taco bell and usually always order 1 cheesy gordita crunch, with chicken instead of beef. I have consistant problems on this absolutely simple order. For Example, I ordered this and received half chicken half beef which would kill someone with beef allergy. Another example came today when I ordered and received my taco, it was completely dry and didn't have any sauce inside the taco that it normally does. The atmosphere and vibe are always completely off when I pull up to the drive thru window, constantly greeted with workers giving 1 or two word responses during their interactions. I was even shorted money at one point which I understand, but no sense of accountability was shown, as I left without any sort of "sorry about that". read more

If I could give negative stars I would. It was really horrible, our whole food order was incorrect and when we went in to get the correct items they were not only disgruntled but they gave us the wrong food again!! Besides the food being completely wrong and quesadillas being uncooked, the line went on forever and it took us an hour to get our app order!! We will be bypassing this tbell from now on. Head to Onalaska if you want your food correct and quick. read more

i had to wait 40 mins for two tacos. very disappointed. taco bell is my go to for when i'm hungry but never have i ever waited 40!! mins for my food read more

Without fail- EVERY SINGLE TIME- they forget something in my order. Doesn't matter if it's 10 items or 3 items. I'm always missing something. Eating out isn't cheap and I'm sick of paying for items I don't get. I've called the store before and they really don't care. This time it was just a cheesy Gordita crunch but I've added it to my little tally at home and this store has ripped me off $47 dollars as of current. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Three of us stopped inside to order lunch around noon. We looked at the menu for several minutes, trying to figure out what to order. Finally a young man came out and we asked if they gave free drinks to seniors, like our local Taco Bell does. He checked with another employee, and informed us that they didn't, but the La Crosse stores do. He then told us they only had the two of them working, and we would have to order from the kiosk. After several attempts at using the kiosk, we grew frustrated and asked for help. He told us that management had informed them they couldn't help customers with that. We ended up having a great lunch at Senor Villa's in Onalaska. read more

Every time I've gone to this taco bell, it takes a good 20+ minutes to actually be given my order. I went there tonight and waited over 20 minutes before they handed me my one, singular taco, and it was completely cold. The service hasn't been bad, and they do apologize, but this is every single time. I'm guessing this is a staffing issue since there's usually only two people in there handling the drive thru and the dining. But it's still pretty ridiculous to wait almost 30 minutes for such small orders. Especially since majority of the time when I'm waiting so long, it's never actually busy. This location needs to get itself together. They used to run fairly well, but now it's never worth going for. read more
