Taco Bell is a great place to get food for late at night. Especially after you have been drinking, it hits the spot. They have great tacos and burritos. I like to catch their combo deals, as you get alot of food for cheap. The grilled cheese burrito is my favorite item they have. It goes perfect with a mountain dew baja blast. I wouldn't get taco bell and compare it to mexican food places. It's just some solid fast food that stays open late to satisfy your late night cravings. read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after multiple bad experiences at this Taco Bell location, it's clear the issues here are not isolated. Time and time again, my orders have been wrong, missing items, or completely messed up. What's worse is that when I've tried to address it, the staff has either refused to remake the food or denied any kind of refund. This isn't just my experience--others I know have dealt with the same problems. The attitudes of the employees are consistently rude and dismissive, like customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason they're employed. It's honestly baffling how poorly this place is run. While tasty, but quite salty there was barely any filling in our meal package tonight. We ordered online, the exclusive dinner for 4 which consisted of 4 tacos, 2 quesadillas & 2 crunches as well as 2 small servings of chips that had a cinnamon flavor. I was here yesterday and ordered some bean burritos fresco and black bean Crunchwrap fresco. I'm vegan and Taco Bell os one of the few places you can get tasty vegan options on hazlet. There was a miscommunication and the Crunchwraps were beef. I didn't realize until the second bite. I took them back inside and the lady at the counter, forgive me I didn't catch her name, took them back no fuss and gave me hot and fresh black bean ones, as well as two coupons for free tacos to make up for the mistake. It wasn't entirely on them, I should have double checked the screen at the drive thru in the first place. Free tacos aren't much but the gesture was appreciated and I'm thankful for her help. This is the third or fourth time I've been to this location and every time I sit in the drive through for about 20 mins or so and something is always incorrect. If you know when your rushes are, add more staff on. This time I was missing my cheesy roll up and my mini chicken quesadilla was made with beef and missing the sauce. Was just here for 20 minutes and was amazed how hard the young lady, Brianna, was working... she was taking orders, sweeping the dining area, checking the garbage, checking bathrooms, and going non stop for the 20 minutes I was there... the place was so clean, you could eat off the floor...and I am sure it looks that way due to Briannas hard work... This location is poorly managed where as the average wait time is 45 minutes to an hour for tacos! Something needs to be done soon or they should tear it down and put a White Castle on that location. The bathroom and restaurant is very clean, however the employees. The employees are very unprofessional and slackers. I ordered two items and I had to wait for over 20 minutes. Honestly the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. It is the closest one to me unfortunately. The freeze machine is broken more often than not, you could be sitting in the drive thru line for a half an hour, and you always have to double check your order when given to you; it is oftentimes missing items. Drive thru always floods after a rain storm. Service is slow. Will not return.

Food is delicious. Service sucks though and drive thru is the slowest one around. On one occasion, my boyfriend and I ordered two #8s (3 tacos) and the guy said he would ring us up for a #3 (3 taco supremes) instead because it would be cheaper since we wanted to add sour cream. The bill came out to be way more expensive than our usual two number 8s. On another occasion, the server Justin working the drive thru, shorted us $4 in change! total was 15.34 and we gave him a $50 bill and were only given back $30.66..... And on one other occasion, the server rang us up for taco supremes instead of tacos charging us more money and even repeated "2 number 8s?". Finally, when you say extra sour cream, they up charge you almost $2.00 and don't even add extra sour cream. They really should hire new people and quit trying to scam everybody! read more

ive been a customer here for over 25 years ..this past year 2017 up to date . feb.20 , 2018 has been the worst food preparation i have ever recieved here at this location i wouldnt feed a stray dog what they are serving customers waddds of dough and empty taco shells empty nachos i can easily buy a plain bag of tortilla chips at wawa next door if i wanted such a dry cheap gazzzeldi - unethical meal ..also the lettuce stinks like it was sitting next to a rotten head of lettuce or they are not sanitizing the holder at food prep properly ..where the old lettuce was day before .. if you are going to skimp on food prep ..please close this taco bell or sell it to an owner who can serve the customers proper preperation of the chain of taco bell ..so sad to see such poor food prep being served to paying customers ..that is straight up dishonest services.. read more
