I just stopped by to eat at this Taco Bell. I ordered at the kiosk because it almost blocks your entry into the restaurant. The order cost $21. When the order was brought to the table it was 1 taco, 1 chalupa and 2 sweet teas. I told the staff I had ordered 2 fries with nacho cheese. They said if I pressed the "ADD" button to order them that meant to put it on the taco/chalupa. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT? At every other restaurant "add" means add fries to your order not to your sandwich. I asked for a refund because I'm not paying $21 for that order. They couldn't refund the drinks. The refund for 1 taco and 1 chalupa with a few seasoned fries and nacho cheese sauce was almost 13 dollars. Seriously, 13 dollars for a taco & chalupa. I won't be returning to Taco Bell. read more

Taco Bell in Harrison is a danger to its customers. On the rare occasion they can get your order correct, this is how they serve it. Burnt so much it's rock hard and ashes away when you put a fork in it. They served this to my family knowing it was most likely for a child. read more

I hate giving one stars, and I never review on this app, but I can't ignore the horribleness that is nightly Harrison Taco Bell any longer. I ordered two soft taco supremes. (See the photos for what I received.) Forget ALL the core missing ingredients... why is the meat watery and why did one taco randomly come with wilted lettuce? Absolutely disgusting. My 6 year old could make a better looking taco if you put her on the line--blindfolded. read more

Last week I called the Harrison, Ohio Taco Bell (513) 202-0285 and spoke with Todd. I complained about the cinnamon twists that seemed to have been fried in who-knows-what and had zero taste of any sugar or cinnamon. Todd assured me that he would look into the matter. Today I again ordered the cinnamon twists in the hopes that Todd had resolved my issue. I WAS 100% WRONG in assuming so. They again tasted like they were fried in last years' oil and sweetened with onions ! I dare anyone in the Harrison, Ohio area to try the cinnamon twists and NOT AGREE with me ! Joey B. read more

Good Morning, Or is it? My friend, Connor informed me of some very disappointing news when I woke up today. It would appear he has recently come down with a very concerning case of food poisoning after visiting the Taco Bell Harrison location. It should be noted that Frailey is in peak male condition. He is a regular patron of WPAC. The same can no longer be said for Taco Bell. Immediately following his visit, my friend has been succumbed to constant defecations and vomiting. The duration of which is still to be determined. Personally, I always believed Taco Bell got a bad rap when it came out that their processed food had the same meat quantity as dog food. "Yeah," I thought, "that sounds about right." But people seemed to be in an uproar at the time. The experience described above would suggest Taco Bell shares my sentiments. That they are disinterested in the well-being of their customers, even to the point where they actively serve food that causes their customers to have it coming out both ends. Sanitation, improper handling, quality control, you name it. Could be any number of issues to sort out but let's be honest probably all that lead to this outcome. Was there a week ago - visiting from out of town - ordered 2 burritos totaling $4.58 from drive up window and gave her $20.58. Got the burritos handed to me fast and (shame on me for having something on my mind) drove off as I was going to meet a friend. Was about 5-10 mins. away when I realized I never got my change of $16 ( which I needed for later. So I stopped, checked everywhere in my car and no $16. I drove back to the window and told the girl, who apparently did not remember, she spoke to a guy at the counter (?manager) who not once lifted his head up to see and told her o tell me that they won't count the registers until night shift. So I tore off a piece of my bag, wrote my name and # and said they will be over $16. (unless other mistakes made) and to call me. Tried to call when I got back to the house and no phone listed, so I contacted the main Taco Bell and submitted a complaint. Stopped by later that evening and spoke with night shift manager, who was very nice, didn't know about it until they brought her the paper and I asked her to call me when she counted the register. At know time have I received a call from either managers NOR from Taco Bell complaint line. Those were 2 expensive burritos What has happened to good service or at least an apology? 10554 Harrison Ave, Harrison, OH 45030 this location is poor. Every time I have been here there employees have had a bad additive. Always slow, some one could be on a 30 minuet lunch brake and be done with it by the time you get your food and they could have no one in the lobby or drive through. Don't know how they are even still open with this kind of poor service. I literally watch 5-8 people leave just because of how slow of workers they are. read more

I have been eating Taco Bell since they took over Zantigo's resturant back in 1986 and my wife can confirm that I have many GPS'd. I placed a dine in order for myself, my daughter and my grandson and didn't get everything. When I went back to the counter, the cashier told the mgr. I did not receive an item. he told her to check my receipt to make sure I ordered it. She verified it that I had. While I was at the counter, I ordered another taco and I asked the cashier to please call me when both items were ready so I only had to come back once. After a few minutes, she came out somewhat embarrassed to my table and stated that the manager had told her to come out and check my food bag and make sure I didn't have the item I stated that was missing. When she went back he walked to the end of the counter and asked me what my name was. I told him Rick and he said he thought I was Eddie and he walked away - no "I'm sorry" or anything. When my missing item was ready, the cashier put it in the bag with my taco and started to bring it out. Another guy told her I didn't order that taco and took it out of the bag. She said I did and if he was taking it out of the bag then he needed to deliver it to me. When he brought me 1 item, i told him that I had ordered the taco also that he had taken out of the bag and left behind. I had to go up and get it myself. I felt sorry for the cashier but the other employee / manager was unapoligetic and offered me nothing - not even an apology. I will continue eating Taco Bell, just never at this location again. I don't need to be embarrassed or harassed over a $1.99 item and then have the same scenario repeat over a $1.29 item. This manager needs to be fired or at the very least, demoted and retrained. read more

My girlfriend and I eat A LOT of Taco Bell. This one is 4 minutes from us but unfortunately after trying it 5 or 6 different times and it being absolutely awful we drive all the way to greendale. read more
