This was really bad lastnight. Online pickup order. Did not receive one of the chicken bowls we ordered, no utensils as ordered, and the chips were absolutely horrible rubber and inedible. Extremely poor quality this time. And we spent $65 for this! read more

The food is awesome. The price is very reasonable. Their app is lacking customized choices. Example-cheese & sour cream on the side. Heating leftovers with dairy ruins it. Staff always friendly. read more

Quite literally the worst chipotle known to man kind every time I go here it's one terrible experience after another. They're lucky all the other food in Harrison sucks so people are forced to go here. They refuse to give you more than a scoop of rice and half a scoop of beans. Don't get me started on the guac and queso. The bowl is usually covered in food and debris. Terrible. -5/10 if I could give it that. Pathetic if you ask me. read more

Ordered 3 chicken bowls and a burrito online for pick up. Disgraceful the portion size and certainly this location is taking advantage of folks who aren't watching over them . 2 of 3 bowls were half full and the burrito look like a junior size. Never been this dissatisfied and apparently is common at this location after reading reviews. read more

I ordered 8 meals and found pieces of plastic in 2 of them. Literal garbage in our food. I took them back to the store and the manager(Austin) said he would refund the meal. He did not refund the meal... I asked multiple times for a manager to contact me. After 2 reviews and 3 contact me forms, I was offered reward points to cash in for free entrees that expire in 30 days. It would seem that Chipotle doesn't care that there was garbage in their food and are fine to lie about refunds and management is fine with this and isn't interested enough to contact me about the problem. You decide - do you want to eat here?!? FYI: I have filled out their form multiple times. You get automated replies. Talk to their bots on the phone and they literally tell you their people are too busy working to talk to you. read more

This chipotle is the worst. We just moved to Harrison not long ago and get chipotle at least once a week. it's the closest one to us now and I've run into multiple issues. They're always behind on pick up orders so I go in and order now. I Just left because they're out of chicken and multiple other items. Such a shame read more

I kid you not, the chicken burrito I picked up was basically all rice with a few globs of sauces. Quite possibly one of the worst Chipotle experiences I've ever had. read more

Terrible service. Order was supposed to be ready at a certain time and waited 45 minutes to get it. While there they announced they were out of bowls and guacamole. Will never frequent this poorly run restaurant again. read more

The place was actually very filthy . Staff just standing around. The guy that did my food was on top of things and nice. My chicken was cold. I hope I don't get sick. Management needs one person on top of cleaning tables and floors and prep area. Discouraging how dirty it was. You can do better. read more

I should have left when I noticed the filthy door glass on my way in. Once inside the floors were also very dirty but I still didn't leave. As I approached the counter I noticed the messy bins and food everywhere. A young man took my order, not once smiling or showing any personality that would welcome a customer. There were at least six or eight people behind the counter. None of them friendly or smiling. I ordered salad. The portion was decent, the meat (carnitas) portion was also sufficient. With no extras I was charged over ten dollars for my salad. Once I sat down and started eating I noticed how ... wet ... it was. I tipped my bowl and could actually pour water out of my bowl. Upon going back to the counter it appeared to have come from the lettuce container. I attempted to bring it to the attention of a staff person and was told to "hold on" more than once. The cashier was completely inept, I had to tell her how much change to give me. Chipotle used to be one of my go to places. They declined over the past couple of years and this location is a bust. No one should eat there. Ever. From start to finish this was a horrible dining experience. read more

Fresh, flavorful food and friendly, efficient service made it a great stop overall. Portions were generous and everything tasted made to order read more

The employees were behind so they kept the main door locked. When we entered the side door we were met with "we don't know when your food will be ready." This was after they lied and said our food was ready via the app. Clearly this store just cares about their metrics vs the customer experience read more

Buckle up. I agree with the other negative reviewers. This Chipotle sucks in every way imaginable, especially in kindness and portion size. Today, however, was the last straw for me, and I'll NEVER be back. I walked into Chipotle at 11:30am, and I was told I wasn't allowed to order. I was told to "order online" (for this store) if I wanted food. Weird. Odd. Confusing. Why I went back to my car and placed an online order, I'll never know--but I did. I guess I just really wanted guac. Either way, I returned inside to pick up my online order at the designated time 15 minutes later... only to find my food wasn't there. There wasn't food there for anyone. Zero bags on the shelf. 10 people waiting. Now it was noon-ish... and 10 people waiting for online orders turned into 30. Not only that, but they were now, all of a sudden like magic, taking walk-ins. I watched 50-75 walk-ins get served in the hour plus, I waited (and 30+ others) waited for their online order. Why did I wait that long for crappy Chipotle? Two reasons: #1. The employees can't stop, pause, or refund online orders. (What bozo green lighted that?!) If I paid $20+ for tacos--I want my effing food. #2. When I asked the manager why he was serving people live (when he turned me away) he got snotty stating, "I'll lose my job if I don't take walkins." I said, "What about me? I didn't get served as a walk-in ." His reply, "We weren't serving food then." *Insert any meme you want here.* Make it make sense. So! I got his name (if he didn't lie about it) and stayed out of pure spite. What I saw was maddening: People abandoning orders. People stealing orders. People waiting for their online orders got in line, got served, paid (again... so twice now) and left before their first (online) order was even made. A pregnant woman waited an hour for her food. They didn't even bump her to the front of the line or try to help remedy the situation for her. Oh, and there were no apologies, no explainations, no empathy, and of course, no refunds. In fact, they kept that online ordering ON. (I kept checking from the app.) However, the manager did boomingly yell at the top of his lungs on three different occasions that there was now no steak, guac, or fajitas--but never an I'm sorry. Good times. Good times. read more

some how you can only get a quesadilla if you order it online. Never had this happen at any other location.

Disgusting. The store, the food, the work ethic. Terrible. Store was covered in trash, almost every soda was out, employees left a mess while closing down the lemonade towers. My friend spent ten minutes just waiting at the empty counter to get her food ordered... wasnt even greeted or asked what she wanted? They just pretended like she wasn't there. No lime or cilantro in my rice. I couldn't finish my meal because I was gagging. Threw away my food and spent more money at a different fast food place. I feel like i have ecoli now. read more

I am a regular at the new Granville OH location... they usually do a good job for a new store... the last 2 times I was there, however, they had the typical staff of 5 ppl, but the same person was making the food and working the register... this really slows things down... if it continues, I will be switching locations read more

Ordered & paid online. Picked up sealed bag, drove home, 45 minutes away in Greensburg, Indiana. Got home and was very surprised to find that my burrito was hardly a burrito! It was more like a chilito from Taco Bell. Honestly, half the size of a normal burrito, it was mostly tortilla! I will now only walk into the store and watch them make my burrito. My mistake I didn't look in my bag before I left the store. Very disappointed with this store. read more

Ordered bowls and burritos online. When I got the food: no salsas, no chicken, no fajita veggies. If you didn't have over half the ingredients for my order than you should have canceled it. I paid online so when I complained I was given 3 free drinks... no. Drinks are 100% markup for restaurants. If I pay for something and don't get what I pay for then I should be reimbursed. read more

Don't do pickup from this chipotle. I don't have big hands and this is what I got. It's supposed to have extra rice and extra el pastor chicken. Glad I paid for extra to get a Taco Bell taco read more

Small portions. Ordered double protein and got half a spoon. Brisket was overcooked and dry. Not a good location.

The service is amazing. It is one of my favorite places to eat after a long day. It is my favorite chipotle that I've ever gone to.

Buyer beware: If place any type of online order, whether for delivery or pick up, it WILL be late, possibly cold, and/or wrong. It's unbelievable how many times they mess up our order. Today, my delivery order was placed at 6:12pm, with a 60 minute estimated delivery. Then I got an update that the order would be late (7:38-7:48). Then it was pushed back to 7:58-8:08. Then it was pushed back AGAIN to 8:58-9:08, and it was finally delivered at 8:45. Two and a half HOURS after I ordered it. This happens almost EVERY TIME. Buyer beware! read more

Horrible experience Ordered food do 20 on Wednesday for delivery today Saturday 4-25 Stopped in to store this morning to confirm delivery and order and told all good. They called us 30 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered and they said no delivery was planned yet the young lady this morning said it was good to go! You cannot call store which is horribly when trying to find order. Glad we we spend $280 for absolutely horrible derivatives and being lied to One star is too much quite frankly Spend money elsewhere read more

Horrible service. The ginger girl is always rude and gives you little serving amounts

Location: It's located in Harrison next to Sports Clip. There is tons of parking and a few parking right in front of Chipotle. Service: Service was fast but no one smiled at me on this cold rainy day. I would have appreciate a bubbly hello and smile to brighten up such a dreary day. Food: It's the same at all Chipotle restaurants. I noticed many of the foods were not restocked like the brown rice, peppers and barbacoa. I literally got the bottom bits of peppers and barbacoa. The serving size was generous. I got globs of sour cream and guacamole on my bowl. I did have to ask for more lettuce since they only added a little to my bowl. Price: It's also the same price as other Chipotle restaurant at less than $7 for a bowl. Overall, it's hard to be disappointed because the food is on point and the price is reasonable. read more

Let me start this out that Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants. Ordered online, went there to pick it up. Got our order home and found the burrito wraps were very small, the insides were anemic to say the least. Tacos were ridiculously small and the bowls only 3/4 the portion it should have been. What a waste of money. I've provided a few pics. Forgot to take a picture of the bowls. Disappointed. read more

Amazing! Under new management and it shows! The food was fresh and the portions generous! It was busy for lunch.. but it was worth it. This Chipotle is as good as the California Chipotles! I highly recommend it! I'm definitely returning... you should too! read more

Literally the worst chipotle. They give you a half scoop of any meat. I'm paying $10 for 4 pieces of chicken, rice and cheese.

This chipotle location does not know what their doing and is the slowest working people i have ever met.

I love Chipotle and this is the closest one to where I live so I come frequently. Somehow this Chipotle manages to have the smallest servings in the history of the chain and are frequently out of random things. Also by far the slowest Chipotle I've ever been to as well, and don't even try mobile ordering unless you want a half empty bowl. read more

My review is similar to all the others I've read over. It may feel like why continue posting the same review, I think bc Corporate needs to step in and help this location. One time we were going through the line, and they did not let us know they were out of cheese until we asked for cheese. We asked if they'd at least substitute the Queso (which we had not previously asked for) and were told No. Who wants a burrito or bowl without the cheese. I informed them they need to let others know ahead of ordering that they were out of cheese. The biggest and most frequent complaint is with online ordering. The order is always wrong, the portion is very very small, and when you call to mention this, you are not offered a credit. You are told to bring the item back. I have sent 2 emails to Chipotle main HQ. No response. Save yourself the headache and choose another location. read more

Harrison OH Chipotle is hands down the worst. The staff was incompetent and rude! They were put off by us daring to have the audacity to even ask a question. We asked if we could get double meat. Which we've done before. Her response was "No." When asked why we couldn't have double meat, she said and I quote, "It would be too hard to figure out." When reminded that all it involves is simply adding more meat, she turned from being the world's most incompetent employee to being the world's most disrespectful and rude employee. To the point we ultimately just canceled our order and went somewhere else to eat. We would have spoke to a manager, but they had NO manager on staff. They left the place to be run by rude clueless teenagers. Despite being Chipotle regulars they lost our business FOREVER!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!! read more

if I could give a zero star I would! Employees claimed they were not taking in-store orders making everybody do the ordering online. I went to chipotle today to pick up food for my family and they were out of guacamole which OK no big deal. However, when I got up there after a long wait, they were out of rice, I asked the girl if she was just waiting on it and if they were going to have more, she said no because the dishwasher is busy. Your main item that you put in your bowls you are out of? Every time I walk into that particular chipotle they're out of some thing and people are rude and they are very slow. I will never go back again. read more

I placed an order for pickup. I arrived a few minutes before the pickup time and my order was not there. I waited around a while until one of the employees noticed me, then said my order wasn't there. "Oh. It must have been stolen." My response "okay...that is not my fault." Eventually, she decides to go in the back to see about getting it remade. I've waited 15 mins at this point. Meanwhile, I have a husband waiting in the car with a crying baby. And I watch numerous people in line get there food made. Eventually, an employee comes up with bags of food to put in the to-go area. I look at the names, and mine is not there. Again. We are running late for an appointment at this time, and so I leave. I had been waiting for 40 mins for mediocre food to begin with. I call the store to ask about a refund and here "oh. Your order was here. It just had the wrong name on it." And don't worry-- they took my money but can't refund it. Now, a month later, I'm still trying to get my $23 back. read more
