From Michigan and stopped by this chipotle while driving to vacation down south. First of all, I always order steak and they said they ran out. Whatever no big deal. But what really ticked me off is that we had to wait for white rice and I saw one of the workers pour a huge load of salt on top it without even measuring it. As soon as I ate my order, the rice was ridiculously salty... I'm a big chipotle lover and I have never experienced this. The rice was also hard and crunchy as if it was not cooked thoroughly. Absolutely disappointed. Online ordering is pointless and workers are slow. This has happened the last 3 times I have been here. I was hoping it was just a one time thing. Not at all. I have ordered in advance every time and showed up right on time. I have had to wait for my food for over 15 minutes over the recommended time to show up. And once waited 40 minutes for my food to finally come out. I would be a little more understanding of they were completely packed with customers but the restaurant only had 4 other customers in there that walked in after me. To add to the long waits the portions though pick up are less than when you go through the line. read more

They are SLOW every time I come in here and I always order ahead and still end up waiting at least 15 mins past my pick up time for my order to come out and then it's usually made incorrectly on top of that. I have never been disappointed in chipotle until today. I went in and the worker clearly did not want to be there. She was very rude and was rolling eyes and just did not want to be there. I feel like if you don't like interacting with people you shouldn't work where u will be doing so. I gave this Chipotle a shot even though reviews were clear about them running out of food. It was all that I read and still it was busy with customers. No line, that was a positive but they were out of some proteins (meat and beans) and the wait was 10 minutes. I was surprised by a comment that they are only allowed to portion out sour cream in the to go cups to the half way point. In order to get a full sour cream, we received 2 half filled cups. Love Chipotle, however I find this location very inconsistent. One day it's great and portions are good. The next time they rice is undercooked and the portions are tiny. Chipolte food is very good and the people are nice. But online ordering is a NIGHTMARE. They are 0 for 2 with me. I placed 2 different online orders a week apart. Both times there were major mistakes. The first time my 2 chicken bowls had ZERO chicken on them. The second time I asked for Extra black beans and got ZERO. Plus the portions when you order online are super small. My sons Chicken burrito looked like a burrito from Taco Bell. He won't eat Chipolte anymore if I order online. Do Not Order Online ... By far the worst Chipotle I've had, and I eat it at least once a week in various locations. The service is abysmal. There is very high turnover. The lines are always out the door. While that may seem like a good thing, it's really because they are slow. I can only attribute this to poor management. It's frustrating because the next Chipotle is 15 miles away. I really want this one to succeed. There was a time when they used table salt for the chips rather than their typical sea salt. The chips were coated with salt and disgusting. I'm certain that's not policy when sea salt runs out. Always inconsistent food portions. I typically get double chicken. I'm a fan of Chipotle for sure. I love their food, and they have by far the best salsa and guacamole over the other 2 similar restaurants. This location is always very friendly and they make you feel glad you chose them. Location is a little small, so the line is typically out the door or close to it, right around lunch time and dinner time. That is the only reason for the 3 stars b/c it is a problem - we typically leave when its like this, because the last thing I want to do is get my food and there not be a table to sit at. read more

The food is amazing, but somehow I hate this location every single time I walk in the door. The people that work here (for the most part) are rude and loud. Almost always they're talking (inappropriately) about terrible things or bad mouthing someone else... it's tacky and annoying. Food has been cold the two times I've tried this location...staff if very friendly though

I arrived at the Harrison Chipotle at exactly 11am this morning. The door said they open at 11am. There were at least 10 of us waiting for the door to be unlocked. Patiently waiting. Waiting for the 6 or so employees to finish their cigarettes at the side entrance. I can only assume the time on the door was wrong because the 6 or so employees were NOT happy to see us patiently waiting. At 11:02 a kind, smiling employee ran to the front to let us in and held the door for us patient customers. We walked to the front of the line. we waited another 2 minutes so they could get everything ready. Perhaps the employees were not told the place opened at 11? A young, unshowered, sweaty girl with a large open sore on her forearm finally started to dish out the food. She was very annoyed we wanted food! Perhaps she had low blood sugar and needed food herself. Maybe she was being forced to work there by the government. Maybe she was there to gather information about american eating habits and report it back to the alien overlords. One can only guess. But I was absolutely certain she was not happy about dishing out food. Soon I asked for open sore to put some peppers and onions in my bowl. Open Sore said "It will be another 8 minutes". Well, at least they got to smoke their cigarettes. Who needs peppers and onions anyway? Certainly not paying customers! Who do they think they are? Showing up with money and demanding food!? What the hell!? SO lets get back to the 6 or so employees. Where did they go? Open Sore had no one to help her! Finally, an angry lady came to the front and started angrily throwing chicken on the grill. She must have had to capture the chickens this morning. I know I would be angry if I had to spend a Sunday morning luring chickens to their deaths. By the way, where does the chicken go after they cook it? The bin that used to contain chicken had charcoal briquettes in it. Well I finally got my bowl and headed home. My mouth was watering in anticipation of that first bite. I would NEVER go back. I ordered 8 items, and give the order to them 24 hours in advance. They lost the order and still had me wait 20 min. and the Manager, never came out to apologize, she made the cashier do it. It was my daughter's birthday. Just very unorganized, poor management. I love chipotle but this location is in need of better management/staff. I went at 5 pm tonight, their was only a family of 3 in front of me besides a family that was ordering. They only had 4 employees on the food line and 1 other guy was in charge of rice and the grill area. A manager was outside doing an interview. The one girl was in charge of doing the entire order including rice, salsa and cheese. The other girl was supposed to be filling the food up because they were low on everything but was slow and the girl doing the orders ended up grabbing it and speeding up the process. When it was the family of 3 turn to order the girl had to stop to taking their orders because she had an online order that she had to do. Mind you I had no idea where the slow girl filling the salsa and cheese went. So she finally got back to the people in line probably a good 5 minutes later. My that time customers were getting mad and a couple had walked out from behind me. 1 guy left and went out and spoke calmly to the manager saying that this was a ridiculous amount of time considering only a few people were in line. The manager continued on with the interview and did not bother coming into help. It was finally my turn to order. The girl was skimpy with everything so I had to keep asking for extra. I had asked for chips and salsa and the salsa was not even half full in the container. The chips ended up being undercooked and to salty. The chicken was burnt to a crisp and black. When it was my time to pay I had to wait another 3 minutes to have a cashier wait on me. Overall should have been in and out in 10 minutes top considering the few amount of people in line but ended up being 20 plus minutes. The line was out the door. I don't know if they need better management or what because I have been to other chipotle stores and they are way better with better food and service. I will go out of my way next time to avoid this location. read more
