Hit and miss today. I wanted a place to chill for a bit and since there was some sort of event in downtown Harrison, Wendy's was my target. Easy parking and the young lady at the counter took my order and it was correct. Nuggets were hot. Junior Cheeseburger Deluxe didn't have any cheese. No ketchup in either dispenser at the counter, so I let the young lady know. They did have a few ketchup packets remaining. The dining room was decently clean with one table that needed attention and some food on the floor by another. A half hour later, the ketchup was still empty. I had such a bad experience at a Wendy's in Camp Washington rhat I had to come here and give props to this wendys. Yes, sometimes my fries are stale and taste like a microwave, but the cashier are always friendly and help me get what I ask for without an attitude. The restaurant and parking lot are always clean enough and there are never any grease-soqked buns, plus when I have special requests the cooks go above and beyond to make sure what I ask is followed through. The cashiers also never stop me in the middle of my order to yell at someone else without muting themselves, thank you for being so great Harrison Wendy's. read more

Make sure you check your receipts before leaving. I ordered a jr frosty with the free frosty keychain coupon and they charged me anyway. Now I'm wondering if they've been charging me the whole time and the coupon is just a scam. read more

We came through on a Friday for lunch with a large group of students who need extra help. The staff was friendly, fast and kind. As soon as their money was put away the food was ready. I love Wendy's. This is not a sarcastic statement. It has awesome food, and will never forget the first time I had a Baconator. It was at this location! But that time was in a drive through. The food may be good, but the condition of the interior is horrible. I went inside of this Wendy's for the first time today. I think it may be due to the location, but the floors are extremely slippery. And the workers could not care less. The floor did not look wet, but it was extremely slick. There was only one wet floor sign, And when we told the manager about the soap suds near the bathroom making the floor even slicker, they decided to solve it by mopping it, adding more water. Now the floor was absolutely drenched. I was traveling with two elderly members of my family, and we were very concerned that they would slip, so we had to help them walk to and from the restroom. The person working the register was also rude, and tried to finish our sentences when we ordered. He acted like the annoying kid from the Polar Express. All in all the worst Wendy's I've been to. TLDR: I'm a big fan of the food, but dangerous slick floors and rude workers ruined my experience. read more

Yesterday I got two plain grilled chicken breast for 2.50 each today the tried to charge me 4.79 each...........then the guy tried to tell me I didn't get them for that price the day before and wanted to argue about it! I never write reviews, but this is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to in my life. They failed to give me my drink and medium fry that I had ordered and when asked for them, I was given an attitude. I asked for sauce 4 TIMES and still was not given any and had to come back. I asked for ketchup for my 3 fry orders and was given 4 packets? I don't understand how hard it is to get a fast food order right. I have never gotten an order that was correct in the numerous times I have gone here. Literally the most appalling customer service and unsanitary employees. My family and I walked into this Wendy's on our way home from a long day at King's Island expecting to order our food, eat it, and continue on our trip back home. However their were some roadblocks along the way. Upon walking in, a man wearing no uniform or name tag greeted us and asked the other woman at the kiosk to take our order. We started with the first order and he added a drink that was unneeded. The second of us ordered and the same thing happened. By the end of all 6 of us ordering, the man had added six medium drinks to the order that no one actually asked for. Oh, but this is NOT the end of this story. One of the orders included a 10 piece chicken nugget. While waiting on our food, we noticed that the same man who had added the unwanted drinks, was touching the chicken nuggets with his bare hands. Let's also not forget that his hands were literally filthy and look like they could swoop out of the sky and pick up some fish from a swamp. I think this Wendy's has potential to grow and prosper. Could not have had a better experience. Service was equal to a five star establishment. One wouldn't compare a fast food chain but the people working today were that great.
