Our waitress warned us about three large parties that just came in so we placed our orders almost immediately after arriving. Because of this, we got our food very fast and it all tasted great. I loved the maple chipotle sauce but wished they had it more often. While the place looks a little dated, there's plenty of space and I like coming here. read more

We placed a food order somewhere between 1:30 and 1:40ish and we received our food over the course of 2:09-2:30. Asked the server for mild bbq sauce on side for dipping and received a very spicy sauce covering the food, it was so spicy my dad was unable to eat at all because he has a health problem so he can't have anything spicier than mild bbq. One person from our party did not receive a salad that she ordered. The server was eating donuts while we were waiting for our meals. When we got our meals they were all cold. Part of our party left 20 minutes into waiting for their food. Nice atmosphere though. Terribly disappointed at my first time being in one of these places. It was ass. I ordered a cheeseburger and chicken tenders. You would think since they mostly serve chicken, they would be good at it. I was wrong. Almost nobody was in the restaurant when I ordered so I'm not sure why my food was so shitty, it's not like they were slammed. Our latest experience with them is nothing short of incompetence. Will they blame the door dash driver? Will they refund items without telling you? Place is ridiculously slow. Tuesday night so nothing special. Plenty of parking places. Arrived at specified time given online which was 30 minutes after order placed. The ordered consisted of wings and chicken sandwiches which is their specialty. I was told it would be an additional 15 minutes. I was not given an apology or offered a drink while I waited. Customer service, I placed an online order and before I could make it to the establishment my toddler had fallen asleep. I called the location and asked them if they could instead run my order out to me since my toddler was sleeping and I was told no because they are to busy tonight. Pathetic service. We waited 15 minutes before we even got our waiter to get our drink order. Instead of bringing the drinks out right away he ran out other people's food. He finally brought the drinks out in styrofoam cups. Other people had regular cups. When we finally received our wings they were Luke warm at best. He didn't come to check on us so we walked to the front to pay. The cashier suggested we sit down to wait for our server to come back, as if we were children. This was surprisingly my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the small boneless parmesan garlic wings and my friend got the small boneless honey bbq. We split both of these with delicious sides of ranch. The portions were quite large for a small and I even had leftovers as we also got an appetizer of potato wedges with cheese. I loved how we were surrounded by all sports games that were on throughout the day and it was a great place to just hangout with a few beers for the afternoon. We hung out for about 1.5-2 hours watching games and catching up but we could tell our waitress was getting a bit annoyed as she kept coming over every 10-15 minutes asking if everything was okay and if we were still good. A bit of overkill for me. Regardless, I would definitely go to another BWW again! read more

You can't go wrong with wings! Food: The one thing I like about chain restaurants is that the same flavored wings will taste the same whether your in Hawaii, Texas or here. The food is consistent to all of the other Buffalo Wild Wings I visited. Decor/Ambiance This establishment is huge compared to other BWW I visited! The walls are filled with flat screen televisions. This is a great place to watch sports. I have been here numerous times and have always had an enjoyable experience. It gets crowded around 6, but they did just open up a party room so there is more seating options. The customer service is great. My son and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings last Sunday - he was in the mood for pretzels and I was in the mood for nachos. We got sat right away and our service was awesome. We ordered pretzels, wings, nachos and a side of onion rings. Yep - appetizer city. I do like their nachos - my only complaint is that they need guacamole and pickled jalapenos, not fresh ones. We have lived in Harrison for just over 5 years now and BWW is the only option in town so we have to go there. Not anymore! The continuous poor service and management of this place will never get another filler of mine. Last night I waited for over an hour to get my food. Other families at my table were done eating before I got my food. All the tables that were seated 30minutes after I ordered had their food before me. This is my son's favorite restaurant, which he affectionately calls "The Game Place." The food here is always fabulous, the service friendly and impeccable (even when busy), and the restaurant is always clean. I highly recommend the Honey BBQ Chicken Sandwich, though the burgers are awesome too. My husband loves the wings, for which it's best known, and the grilled chicken wrap is also delicious. Food is kind of pricey, we prefer to carry out just because they seem to be crowded a lot. I had placed an order over the phone. At the end of the order she said it would be 20 minutes and our food will be ready (6:15pm). So I arrived a couple minutes early and she said it wasn't ready yet but it would be up in a minute. So I stood waiting 10 minutes went by and then after 20 minutes I was told my food was ready. So she is showing me all my food ( 2 small orders of wings, 1 snack size order and a wrap with fries), and there is no Asian zing salad. I ordered it with the sauce on the side and she said they put the sauce on so I'm waiting now for a salad with the sauce on the side. So I sit back down for another 20 MINUTES! Waiting for a salad, while the rest of my food was sitting on the counter getting cold. Finally my salad is done and she puts it in a bag without showing me and of course when I get home there wasn't any sauce or dressing! The whole reason we ordered a carry out was because I have a newborn and we didn't want to bring him out and I didn't want to be away very long so I thought I would be able to get in and out quickly. Instead I waited 50 minutes for cold food and a salad without any dressing or sauce. Cold fries are gross and wings of course had to be reheated which is not the same. This is definitely the best location we've been to. The food is always served hot and tastes amazing. The servers were very friendly and checked on us regularly. It's super nice they have tablets so our kids can play games while we wait for our food. This location gets very busy in the evening so we like to go at lunch time. The bathrooms were very clean and the outdoor patio is a great place to enjoy your meal. read more

It's usually a fun atmosphere with tons of tvs for watching sports. Wings are a staple for us but let's be honest, bdubs food leaves a lot to be desired. Everyone knows that. However, after my nieces school spring concert, a group of 15 of us headed down the road for a bite. We were quoted 25 minutes. We waited almost an hour and no one even updated us during that time. We also watched empty tables sit. I am in the service industry so I get that sometimes the kitchen is backed up or a server can't handle being double sat. BUT someone should have come over and let us know what was going on. We sat with screaming kids for the whole time, until we finally just left. The food and service was good at the Harrison, OH location. However, the drink prices were absolutely ridiculous. For a 12oz Twisted tea I was charged $7.50, anywhere else I go..it is $3-$4. My friend had a frozen drink, it cost $9.00. I used to love BW3's, sadly I will NOT be going back. I will be supporting local businesses for here on out.
