I am not so happy with my experience today and I was definitely looking forward to coming here…read more I ordered 8 traditional wings, and 8 bonus with two different sauces. The first time the order came out the sauce for the boneless wings was on the traditional wings and vice versa. Then after 15-20 mins the order came out wrong again so I had to send my food back. There was no I'm sorry your order was made wrong/ keep these while we work on your order or compensation for the fact it took 2 times for my order to get sent back to come out correctly the 3rd time. Each time the bartender kept asking me (with an attitude) what was made verse what should have been made. I don't know anymore shoot all I'm trying to figure out is why I don't have 8 Caribbean jerk wings in my face right now. When I first ordered the food it was only 3 other people there with me so I'm not sure why the order kept being messed up and why it took so long to get the food. After the 2nd send back it was maybe a total of 10 people there and I seen a few people send food back to the kitchen. Unfortunately I think I will have to take another break from visiting this restaurant.

I always have some sauce left over on the bottom of the tray. Not an over powering amount but just enough. The flavors are just out of this world. I get Hot Buffalo and Teriyaki. The Teriyaki is incredibly sweet, and the Hot Buffalo is the perfect combination of both. The Wings: Uniform in size. Nothing too big or too little. Easy to cut with a fork. Perhaps more breading on the outer layer but doesn't bother me. They hire high schoolers to cook these in the back so they don't always get the temperature right but rarely an occurrence for me. The Ranch: a great compliment, it's not wing stop ranch but it's damn close. The Waffle Fries & Cheese: pretty unique combo. I love the idea of using waffle fries instead of your standard French fry. Unfortunately the cheese hardens up and doesn't fill up a full layer on top, for both reasons I would stick to a standard size of these instead of a basket of them. Plenty of excellent beers on tap. Inside is a great atmosphere and surround sound is some of the best I've heard in a sports bar. The patio area is pretty underwhelming. The TVs are all on one half of the room so depending on your seating you may be turn around the whole game. Otherwise there isn't anything they can do about it. We could have just shared this platter for our lunch if we had known the amount of food that came with the dish. The portion sizes were large. It had two heaping mounds of hummus, ample warm pita bread triangles, thick cucumber slices, hardy carrot sticks and spicy pepperocinis all over a "bed" of kalamata olives. The presentation was beautiful and the taste was delectable. My sister had the "Rod & Reel" lunch special, which is a choice of soup/salad and 1/2 a sandwich with a side. Her salad was a meal all by itself. She ended up taking home part of the salad and all of the sandwich. I tried the Willow sandwich. It's a delectable mix of avocado , lettuce, tomato , smoked turkey and mayo on ciabatta bread with a side of blue tortilla chips. I too, took my sandwich home because I was full from sharing the hummus appetizer. Everything about this restaurant was appealing to me. The staff and service were friendly and accommodating. Because the restaurant originated in Montana, all of the pictures and decor reminded one of hard-working people on an expansive ranch with animals and surrounded by family and down-to-earth friends. Our waitress was very friendly and was very attentive. The biggest downside just came from the food. My chicken pesto pasta was pretty bland and flavorless.
