Three star is for the fact that this place is packed out and they don't have enough servers. I feel sorry for our waitress. We have a party of 15, and she was given and entire section by herself along with trying to train someone. On a Saturday night, this is not ideal. She has done amazing for what she has done, but the service has been slow. Not her fault. Realize when your most busy hrs. are. We called ahead and they told us as long as we were here before x time that we should be fine--they get busy after a certain hr. If you know that..... Why would you not have more of a waiting staff? Service at this location is never good. Last two times I've stopped to dine in here, my waitress was unfriendly took my order wrong and my order of fries was about a half order of fries. The most recent time the waitress was very sweet but not attentive, sat waiting to order drinks for about 10 mins after being seated then after ordering, our food comes out with the wrong wing sauce and finally when my boyfriend was almost done eating our waitress comes over to finally refill empty drinks and I ask for the right sauce and get an "oh the food came out how is it?" after she had walked by multiple times having seen our food out and me not eating read more

Go there quite a bit. Usual enjoy my visit there. This visit was totally ridiculous. Had a party of 12 and I knew that we'd have to wait. Was told 20-30 minutes which is fine. 30-35 minutes go by and I see them clean our table for 12. I know this cuz we are the only ones waiting. Everyone else was seated right away which I understood. 60 minutes later we are still staring at the empty table and the hostess waiting to be seated. Don't come at shift change. I arrived at 4:45. Don't know her name but she was great. I made sure I cashed out with her. The replacement, guy with the "beard" acted like I was asking for free beer and food. He came on at 5:00. So the girl at 4:45 should get 5+ stars. The beard gets -1. My friend and I came to Harrison for a girls night and we decided to head to bw3s we came on Veterans Day so it was pretty busy but the waitress was pretty nice and they did keep us informed about the wait times. I live close to this location and this was a terrible experience. The person that waited on us was not only not good, but was almost mean. I won't be back to this location. The food was fine as expected but I've never felt more of an inconvenience to someone in my life. read more

It's BeeDubs, if you've been to one then you've been to them all. They're usually quite busy and the parking lot is unusually small so you may have to park in the shopping center next door only to find out that there's plenty of room inside and no wait. read more

I love B-Dubs. Boneless Honey BBQ wings all the way. It's a great place to unwind with a drink and friends, and to watch the latest Big Game. The staff are super friendly and provide excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend checking them out. read more

Never go here. I have gotten sick after eating at this location everytime, whether in the restaurant or carryout. Salad is always wilted or brown. The teenage girls at the hostess station are the worst, I have literally had to ask them to get off their phones to get seated. I will eat at other B-Dubs but avoid this location. read more

Way Way Way to expensive, can't believe how much they charge for draft beer. Not a fan of any of there food, i used to like the blackened chicken Cesar but no more. Went to try again for lunch last week, had a beer and lunch which =20+ dollars not counting tip. Unbelievable. read more
