I love this location of Taco Bell! I go out of my way to come here rather than the one in Rockford. The food is made well for a Taco Bell and is correctly made to any specifications 99% of the time. I've had a few times where they were out of something but that's how fast food goes sometimes. Staff is always friendly when I go, and always serve with a smile. During the late hours it's fairly quiet here. Wait times are usually low, if you are doing an online order for pick up you can get your food in less than 5 minutes and still hot! Food: 8/10 Service: 9/10 Value: 8/10 Wait times low, lots of parking. read more

My quesadilla was not cut. The lady worker at the window was absolutely rude. I was very disappointed because I love taco bell.

Might be able to compete with the T-Bell in GR off Michigan or Leonard as THE SLOWEST Taco Bell ever... I feel like they waited for the chicken for my quesadilla to grow big enough to serve me... read more

just about everytime i order food without lettuce they end up putting extra lettuce on it

if I could I would give him a zero, I wanted to get 12 waters for a party I was attending and he said no in a terrible tone and it made my daughtet cry and my autistic son got mad and started screaming at him and it took me and hour to calm him down and I just wanted my water I really hope he gets in some sort of trouble/ consequences P read more

The food was great the staff made the nacho fries perfect they were perfect seasoned. I had about 6-7 tacos they all had a good ratio of ingredients. The restaurant was very clean and taken care of. read more

The workers were very nice, our whole entire order was basically messed up though. We ordered a 5 layer burrito, burrito supreme, reg dirty baja blast, and a large baja freeze. We got 2 supremes and dirty baja blast's... We had 2 different orders so it shouldn't have been that hard. read more

I love it but it kinda weird And it's a good place overall but it's service is trash it took 1 hour to get my food read more

Food quality was okay. It just really lacked flavor it needed more spices to liven it up. Service was good but they should wipe off drinks before they hand them to you. Fries were not super crisp more of a limp noodle consistency. read more

8:11pm and I was ordering my food at the drive-thru he was trying to rush me and just had a poor attitude. He had black glasses long hair with a tattoo behind his ear read more

I used to love taco bell many years ago. But as things do, they changed. Their prices sky rocketed on my items, they took half of my favorite items away, now it seems like their items are made even cheaper and taste like lesser quality. At least there is taco bell seasoning packets for home. I can make my own cheaper, easier and better. read more

Almost everytime I come here they mess something up on my order. Line is always super long and takes forever to get people in and out of there. I've worked in fast food before, and I know that some of the things they do is not right. Went in today and the lady handing me my food was very very rude. Threw my food into their "sanitation" tub and said "have a nice day" as she was walking away. When you work in customer service you are to leave all home-life drama at the door. Not taking it out on your customers. Very dissatisfied with my service, the employees need to learn common courtesy and how to treat people with respect. read more

Sometimes this location is randomly closed, that's really the only bad thing about it. Line goes by fast and workers are friendly. Haven't had them mess up my order in a long time. read more

This is probably my one favorite place to eat which is Taco Bell and the food selection is good but it could bring back some the original items they accept cash & credit cards but not Apple Pay yet & the place is clean and nice inside plus it has a drive-thru & I eat there twice a month or more depending on the money overall I give it 5 stars! read more

Get tired of making requests that are ignored. I asked for 4 sauce packets- 2 for each taco. Asked AGAIN at the window "Can you make sure there are 4 taco packets for my 2 tacos?" - 'Sure thing' was the response from the millenial at the window. Get down the road, open the bag - 2 PACKETS (one for each taco!) RIDICULOUS!!!!! read more

I've never had a problem here, fast service, and they offer is always correct, the workers are all very nice and have good personalities too

food is overall good, it is a taco bell after all. the one bad thing i have to say is i ordered potatoes and guacamole on my burrito and it came with neither, and the same burrito had no jalapeños that should've been on the outside. read more

This place never had chicken ever. Always a disappointment at late night they think 12 is closing when they close at 1am. have some damn food!!!!! Not to mention they couldn't take anything but exact change. Smfh Update 2/1 star Went back again and they were out of beef. At 9pm. Not worth even stopping anymore. read more

They stopped selling Cinnabon delights after 11 am I am outraged they were my favorite thing in the whole world and now I have to wake up at like 9 am to even make it here in time because I like a ways a way very upset and disappointed read more

Would be a 5 star as I love their food. They just need to figure out the drive thru situation. Most days there is at least a 20 minute wait. Either hire more people or add a second lane. This is fast food not a sit down restaurant. Other than that though great food, great prices and a very friendly staff! read more

This used to be my favorite taco bell until they said that they lowerd the portions of the cheese anf i asked for extra cheese on my taco it seems like they took cheese off of it. I really like this place but i dont think ill come back here for a long time im going to start going to a different one. Its RUBBISH read more

Food is as expected from a fast food place. They could spend more time cleaning though. There wasn't a booth that was clean in the place.

This morning I decided to try Taco Bell for their new breakfast menu. I am glad I decided to stop. I had a sausage crunch wrap. It has hash brown, sausage, eggs, jalapeño sauce, and cheese wrapped up in a grilled tortilla wrap. This is a breakfast game-changer for me. Served hot and fresh I am so glad I decided to try breakfast here. This is so much better than the frozen heat and serve biscuits and eggs microwaved at my previous breakfast spot (McDonald's). I only wish they were opened earlier for breakfast other than 7am. Give it a try. I recommend. read more

Greenville Michigan Taco Bell is amazing. Employees are super friendly an restaurant is beyond clean.

Worst experience here, slow service at the drive thru, the person working the window seemed very inconvenienced that I ask for napkins after she dumped my frozen drink half into my car and onto me. When we finally got our food the order was wrong and items were missing. I have given this place a second chance and they continue to fail. read more

i asked for a root beer and they gave me a dr pepper, i asked for no sauce on my quesadilla and they didn't take the sauce off. in the same order. how rude. read more

Not very happy with this establishment right now; my wife picked up an order there today and we were shorted the Caramel Apple Empanadas and the Cinnabon Delights that we ordered and paid for. It is a twenty + mile drive to go back so you win and get to keep our money and not deliver the goods but this will probably cost you our business over time. read more

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food place to eat, and thankfully it's pretty hard to screw up a taco, so I usually get good food from them. I'm not sure if it's just this Taco Bell or all of them in general, but I got a Dr. Pepper from here once and it tasted like brown water. I mentioned it to a friend once and they said "it's always like that". I once got two of the chipolte chicken loaded grillers, and got all the way home to Stanton to find that one had about four little pieces of chicken while the other had about five. I basically paid for tortillas with sour cream, as there was almost none of the chipolte sauce either. I was not a happy camper. However, this seems to have been an isolated incidence, as I've always been really pleased with the rest of my food. They don't skimp on the sauce packets when I ask for a lot, and one girl remade my drink when I forgot to ask for it without ice. read more

I'm so upset that the Greenville Taco Bell closes at 12. I understand closing early if no one is out, but the line at the McDonalds down the road tonight was so long. I am sure that part of this crowd would've been at Taco Bell if it had been open. This line has cost us 20 minutes. Imagine what money could've gone to Taco Bell AND what customers could've been satisfied. My friends and I would've absolutely spent more at Taco Bell than McDonalds, but we are spending our money at McDonalds now. I also am so irritated with Taco Bell that I am less likely to come again to any location. The national chain might need to consider even having a branch in Greenville. If you're going to have a branch here, you should at least try to make the customers happy. Please stay open later in order to satisfy customers and provide a valid competitor for the resident McDonalds monopoly. I imagine you should want to be creating options for your consumer, but you are sadly falling short. I truly hope this review leads to reconsideration of Taco Bell hours in Greenville because I know that such action would make the public happier and would benefit the employees. Thank you for your time. read more
