Was very pleased with my online order with Grubhub for Taco Bell in Greensburg, PA. Food all was great and fresh ( ordered Discovery Box and the Mini Taco Salad. Would definitely order again.) Grubhub had my delivery on time as specified, and was still hot enough to eat. Will definitely use them again. The menu is really good right now and has many excellent choices. I ordered the chalupa street tacos and the caliente nacho fries. In town for work and was needing a bite in between site visits. The place wasn't busy, so i got everything quick. Staff didn't seem happy with their decision to work here, but hey, we all have those days. The burrito was not hot more lukewarm, and the hard taco was just a hard taco. It's kind of hard to screw that up. It's TB, so my expectations are never high. read more

The self order kiosk is a great way to order. I have time to go through and see exactly what I want without feeling rushed. It was a bit expensive, but worth every penny. The staff was friendly. The food was perfect! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because they were sweeping the floor during the busiest part of the day (lunch). There were 6 groups of people. They could have easily done it after or before the lunch rush. It was very clean and I was not sure why they were even sweeping the floor. Great experience and plan to go back soon! read more

I ordered 2 burrito supremes and received 2 small burritos where they were half filled with the burrito stuff. This is is Taco Bell's standard. Service is extremely slow. I waited 15 minutes for my simple order. Ambiance is non-existent and the place was horribly dirty. Where are the health inspectors? Problem is there are not many "Mexican" restaurants in the area. Tried to complain but it fell on deaf ears. Maybe I should open my own Mexican restaurant that gives people what they want. read more

We were missing three items in our order, so we tried to call. Nobody answered, so we had someone come through to pick up the order and they refused to give the food to him after showing the only receipt we got. We called again since they wouldn't give it to him. The lady on the phone said "we couldn't get our food, have a good night, bitch". Thanks taco bell. read more

Nothing special but not terrible, for when I'm craving quesadillas, kind of expensive... 2 small slushees & 1 large Pepsi is $12. Quesadilla meal & 2 slushees is $20. Sometimes I just get cheese quesadillas bc the chicken/Taco Bell meat in general grosses me out. read more

Slop Great service at the window. Garbage once you open the bag and see what they served you. We ordered soft Fresco tacos. They were small and very cold, and not that they were not warm, they were refrigerator cold to the touch. They were inedible. Inside looked like slop out of the garbage. Torn tortilla with missing pieces, a couple of pieces of lettuce and what looks like something that was literally scooped out of the waste. I called the franchise and spoke to Brittany who said they would take care of it on my next visit. I appreciated that but I very much doubt there will be another visit. Tori, you were awesome too. I go to the drive thru..order my food. now i don't order taco bell often so i'm a bit confused on the menu so i had a question or two and then the fuckers in the speaker think it's funny. So i pull up to the window and they go "21.68" Not even a Hello. or Hi. Just "21.68". Maybe them bitches can learn some manners before getting a job. Adjust your expectations. It's Taco Bell. You can't really get all that excited about it, but sometimes it hits the spot. Or your spouse's craving for Taco Bell happens to coincide with a night you just don't feel like cooking or doing dishes. And when the combo meal costs under $7 with a large drink, you're not really paying enough to be picky. Obviously, don't anticipate anything gourmet, but my husband is a fan of their beef tacos, and I admittedly really like the quesadilla. Creamy jalapeño sauce is oddly delicious. We never have problems with order accuracy, and this location's nice in that when we ask for "a lot" of fire sauce, they happily provide. On an unrelated note, does anyone else kind of miss the "yo quiero Taco Bell" chihuahua? read more

I received a DoorDash order for this location. Unfortunately they decided to lock all the doors. Their drive through was stupid long and once your in it your stuck and can't get out. Lost a ton of valuable time and money taking this DoorDash order. Then they had the balls to tell the whole line of customers that they were closed!!! Worst customer experience ever. read more

Every time I come here their drive through line is ridiculously long. Placed an order online thinking it would be easier and I still had to wait in the drive through line for 25 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. The wait inside wasn't any better or else I would have picked it up inside. read more

We keep trying to give them another chance, but this is the fourth time we stopped and this time we walked out. When we were going in I noticed a line for the drive through. When we entered, there were three people standing around waiting for their order. We waited to be greeted and for someone to take our order for 5 min. without anyone coming. I asked one of the people waiting if they were waiting long and they said yes. About two years ago, it was great. I love their food, but they have very poor management. Went to eat here in between jobs and I have to say this is the worst one I have been to. The drive through took 30 minutes to get my food and there were only two cars ahead of me...I would understand if the dining room was busy for this and could make an exception but there wasn't one person in the dining room...eventually I made it to the window and got my food which was two chicken burritos and a quesorito it took another ten minutes and I got on the road...when I was on the highway I bit into my burrito and it had hardly anything in it a pinch of chicken rice and the sauce no cheese and they were both this way...the quesorito only had two pieces of steak and wasn't even grilled to melt the cheese...I called the 1-800 number and they didn't really seem to concerned and this seems like a big problem to everyone who goes there...they need to check the quality of the food at this particular location cuz every time it's not done right... read more
