My Burritos Michoacan were two tortillas filled with pork carnitas, and topped with green chili sauce and cheese. Rice and beans came on the side. It was tasty, but again, it was not a burrito. (Alright! I'm done belaboring this point. No burrito, no bueno. I'm sure you get it.) But, four stars because my meal came with complimentary chips and salsa, and the chips were outta sight. I liked using my chips to scoop up the rice and beans and carnitas. My meal was also big enough for two people to share. I ate my to-go meal in my car, which honestly, is the best place to eat a meal, especially a burrito-but-not-burrito meal. I bounced into Los Vaqueros soon after they opened at 11 a.m., and I was able to order my to-go food right there and then wait only about 10 minutes to receive it.
