Love old school Taco Bell's! Staff was efficient and pleasant, food was hot and they had my favorite cravings box.

I went to the Taco Bell in Greenbrook on 22 last night and had a problem with the kiosk it charged my account for how much the order was but then never gave me a order confirmation code or anything so I went to the counter and show them that I paid for the food, but I don't know what happened and this rude man named Dennis said no you didn't and started arguing with me saying what do you want me to do about it, I just wanted him to see that my card charge the account and what am I supposed to do about it and he was like I don't know what you want me to do he also claimed that he was the manager and there was nothing he could do. He started getting in my boyfriend's face and then flipped to me off When I was leaving. I eventually was able to talk to someone else a nice man named Parf we showed him how we were charged and he said yeah that was a glitch in their system and that if we're not refunded for it to come back to the Taco Bell and he printed out our order receipt and how it showed that it wasn't charged in the store, but we also have that it's charged on our account and he gave us a number of a man to call if we're not refunded. He was very nice and he understood our concern if I could give him a rating it would be a five out of five because he was respectful and he listened unlike Dennis who I kept saying can I please speak and say what's happening and he just said why you're being unreasonable I'm not giving you any money. I just wanted to speak and I wasn't being heard by Dennis and he showed horrible customer service and just wanted to argue. read more

I place an order for about $50 worth of food. They send me to the front where I end up waiting for about 25 minutes for an order that is not that difficult/they also were not busy. Finally get my food and go home just to find out the didn't give me even ONE sauce packet for all this food after I asked multiple times. The best part is when I open my food the tacos all looks skimped of everything along with the worst quesadilla I have ever received. Chicken quesadilla, take a look at the photo. Got there at midnight and told me they are closed despite hours stating they are open til 1am. Update your hours !!!!

Recently ordered about $40 worth of food including tacos and some burrito style items. The tacos were more soggy than I have ever seen at any Taco Bell, almos inedible. All of the burrito style items were wrapped poorly, not hot and not labeled. The Quesarito was not pressed with the grill like it is supposed to be. Very disappointing because we occasionally buy Taco bell and this location continues to disappoint. Honestly, it's a freakin Taco Bell, how the hell do you screw this up so badly? First time we came here they had just opened - took a half hour to get our food. Chalked it up to a new restaurant etc and gave it another try. Second time, took 15-20 minutes to get food. Still unacceptable. However nothing compares to what we went through last night. I'm at work, my wife stops in to get a bag of soft tacos for me and a coworker to eat since it's Cinco de Mayo. She was handed a bag of, essentially, mini chicken quesadilla wraps - they contained nothing but chicken and cheese. No lettuce, no nothing. She wasn't informed that they were out of all of their vegetables until she'd already paid and been handed a bag of non-tacos. This location, new though it might be, needs to be shut down. Franchise owner needs to take a good hard look and start from scratch or, at least, take a freakin personal interest in his/her business. Will not be returning. Best damn Taco Bell in New Jersey. Food is cooked correctly, customer service is excellent, staff is friendly, and its clean. Trust me when I say this, this is the Taco Bell i always try to go to. The food was a little bit below average the tables and chairs were a complete mess and the store itself was dead. I knew this was a Taco Bell and from the reviews I expected what I read. The service was decent the cashier was nice but seemed impatient and quite annoyed by my order. When our order was called out our order we where missing an order of chips and the tacos where the wrong kind.Overall I'm not impressed at all and would most likely not come back to this establishment for quite a while. When it comes to fast food, I like Taco Bell. Of all the options in this area this one is the best. The food is always of good quality and I think the makers are little bit generous when constructing their tacos and burritos. The have ample seating and the tables and trays are always clean. Satellite radio provides a nice ambience--especially when set on the 80's channel! read more

We were then STUCK in line due to a 1 way drive thru and no way out for 30 minutes waiting to simply place our order. If we could have left we would have!!! After that it was another 15 minutes before we finally got our order which was wrong even tho the employee made me repeat it 10x (I wish I was exaggerating) and then another 10 minutes for them to correct it. The request was simple. 2 beef burritos with only beef and cheese. Anyone can do it except for the Taco Bell in Green brook. This is not the first time we sat in an excruciatingly slow line there, but this day took the cake. I will never return to this location. On top of the slow service the employees at the window were rude, only seemed like 2 employees did any work at all while the others stood around dazed & confused, there was trash all over the parking lot, and garbage cans were over filled so we couldn't throw out the burritos they refused to take back which were incorrectly made. Also, we asked for a water with our combo instead of soda they gave us a cup of tap water rather than a bottle of water. Absolutely ridiculous!! read more

This Taco Bell is ridiculous, we ordered from door dash for a pick up, and we went to pick it up said they got the order then they said they never got it, came back with nothing from my husband. Ask them if they can just make the order on the spot and they refused to do it, I never experienced this service in my life. They ignored me, when I was asking about my order and refuse to open the drive thru door. Spoke to the manager and he couldn't do anything about it, unexceptable. I placed an order thru the Taco Bell app last night. I went to pick up my food and the order was never received. After waiting for a solid 15 minutes, I finally got my food. The order was completely screwed up. The taco that I ordered had NOTHING in it and my burrito was a sloppy mess. They just threw my order together as sloppy as possible. This place sucks. read more

Standard taco bell, very friendly service, above average food preparation. Fairly clean restaurant as well with lots of condiments available. Service is well above what you would expect at a fast food restaurant. The drive through is always friendly and accurate. The food is well made, and definitely does not skimp on the toppings. Today was my first time inside. When they saw me with my young boys, they were so friendly, even brought food to my table. When they heard it was my son's birthday and this was his pick for birthday dinner, they gave him a baja blast. Definitely unexpected but appreciated. Always ask for extra sauce on my quesadillas (which they charge you extra for) and not only do I rarely get it, it's like they barely put any on at all! If you are going to charge me extra then I should not be getting even less than a normal amount on. It's not a hard concept. read more

This Taco Bell had the longest drive through wait time I've ever experienced. There were only 4 cars in front of me and it took 15 minutes before they took my order and another 7 to get my food after that. Once you are in line it is impossible to get out of line because there's only one lane. Strategic move on their part because they probably would lose half there business from people leaving out of frustration. read more
