The first time I ordered here, I had some questions about some ingredients related to my dietary restrictions. I wasn't able to reach anyone on the phone, so I ordered something safe. When I got there to pick up my food, I asked my questions, and the person who took care of me was so kind and so understanding. Probably Darion himself, but I'm not 100% sure, as this was sometime last year and I honestly don't remember. The food is always delicious and consistent. It's packed full of ingredients, always hot, and always great! My only complaint, is that I always find myself craving them on Sunday and Monday, when they're closed! Way beyond what you'd expect for "bar food." My husband had the grilled chicken dinner and said the chicken breast was just ok but he was very happy with the baked potato and the salad.
