Probably Darion himself, but I'm not 100% sure, as this was sometime last year and I honestly don't remember. The food is always delicious and consistent. It's packed full of ingredients, always hot, and always great! My only complaint, is that I always find myself craving them on Sunday and Monday, when they're closed! She rocked it and it would probably take a half a dozen of this newer generation to even come close to taking care of the same amount of people.
