I live right next to this place and I come here often. They literally never make our order right anytime we try to edit our order to like have things taken off or add things. They literally don't do it. This is an often every single time you can just tell the workers are lazy and most of the time they're rude. They don't have good customer service at all, I get it it's Taco Bell. It's not supposed to be all that, but y'all could at least put in some effort. This was my first time to Taco Bell (I'm a Freebirds fan). I always thought of Taco Bell being cheap, fake, artificial food. But I had the spicy potato taco and it was way better than expected. Awful service. Drive-thru at 8:15 pm on a Thursday. No cars ahead. Ordered a tostada without the chipotle sauce. Then asked if the chipotle sauce is the pink creamy stuff. She said yes. I said that's what I don't want. She said ok, it will just have red sauce, no chipotle. Then I ordered a bean burrito, no onions. I got a perfect tostada. Yay... but my bean burrito could have been called a 'chipotle sauce burrito'. No joke, it was mostly chipotle sauce and a tiny bit of beans. I guess they didn't like my 'special order'. Trying to figure out if someone was being a smartass, I thought maybe they misunderstood 'bean burrito' and got it mixed up with some other kind that's got chipotle sauce on it. Every single time I go here they either forget items or mess up my order. Every. Single. Time. I buy food for the family when I go so things get thrown in a bag and hard to keep track of when I get my bag. I'm lactose intolerant and every single time they add dairy items to my food. Occasionally adding other dairy items that aren't even on supposed to be on it. I think it might be because all the employees are not paying attention including managers. They are always just joking around. This is why I find it hard to raise minimum wage for fast food workers. read more

I am a recovering caffeine addict. I attempted to drown my sorrows for many years by consuming massive amounts of Mountain Dew. I found that Taco Bell, in general, has the best syrup to water ratio. My addiction took me to Taco Bell locations all over the DFW area. You know what? NONE of them even compared to my local TB on Preston @ Rolater. Why? This is the CLEANEST Taco Bell you will find! I really admire that the owners and staff take pride in quickly clearing and cleaning tables. The blonde haired lady that is always there around lunch time is so friendly and makes sure everyone is happy. I believe she is the owner/manager. It gives me faith that they also treat the food preparation area with the same care and respect. I recommend the Mexican Pizza, Nacho Cheese Chalupa (chicken) and an extra large MOUNTAIN DEW! Today I went to the drive through to grab lunch for myself and a co-worker. My coworker asked for nachos with no meat. Jeremy, the one that works the drive through speaker a saved if I would like beans instead. I froze and didn't know. I called my coworker and she didn't answer. He patiently waited for me. I made a quick decision to put the beans on the side. I asked if this was possible since they are not known for putting sides in containers. He paused and said yes we absolutely can do that for you. ever seen Idiocracy- 2006? I see it slowly happening already. Saturday 6pm, went to Taco Bell, ordered a large tea- total $2.37. I gave the cashier 2 $1bills, 1 quarter and 2 dimes so the cashier pushed the cash button on register. I waited for my change, he looked at me and said the cash register said No change back(0.00). I slowly informed him the bill was $2.37 and I gave him $2.45-- so I should get .08 cents back. He slowly counted 8 pennies back to me.... not a nickel and 3 pennies. I took the pennies just not to confuse the cashier any more than he already is. Of course, He could have pulled out his smart phone to figure it out for him. read more

This was about a week ago but i just got this yelp app. They forgot one of my tacos and she charged my card a 2nd time because i asked for sour cream and she never gave it to me. This is the best Taco Bell I've ever visited...mainly due to how clean the restaurant is maintained. Employees continually clear the tables, sweep the floor, wipe off the drink service area, etc. Often I check the Frisco Health Dept.'s restaurants ratings. The last time I looked a few weeks ago, Taco Bell on Preston was one of the VERY FEW restaurants with 0 demerits. That's a standard for any restaurant to be proud of. read more
