I would give 0 stars, Worst Taco Bell in the world. The drive through took 20min to get through and then the morons working there decided to give me what they wanted instead of what I ordered. How do you forget the main ingredient, I ordered 2 beef chalupas and got 2 chalupas with just lettuce, I also ordered a chicken quesadilla and got just a cheese quesadilla that wasn't even cut. This is my go-to Taco Bell since it is right next to my workplace. I always pull through the drive thru and am welcomed with fast service. The drive thru worker, I think her name tag said "Evans," is very lively and gives good suggestions when asked. She's always very helpful and charismatic. This is hands-down, by the far, the WORST Taco Bell I've ever been to. Unfortunately, it is the only one near my office so if I want Taco Bell, I have to suffer through this place. 9 out of 10 times I go, my order is wrong. Several times, the meximelts, my favorite, weren't even melted. C'mon, people, IT'S IN THE NAME OF THE ITEM! It's a MELT. How do you not understand that if it has MELT in the name, maybe you're supposed to melt it? I had to bring it to their attention. That's just sad. Today, I ordered three things. A steak soft taco, a chicken soft taco and a meximelt. The person taking the order didn't even know how to ring up the tacos. Ground beef, shredded chicken and grilled steak soft tacos are all drastically different with different seasonings and sauces. He was trying to swap out the ground beef on the regular taco with chicken or steak. I had to tell HIM they were all different. Finally, another voice came over the speaker and said she'd handle the order. Even she got tired of listening to how painful the exchange was. When I got to the window, the young man took my card. You could tell the lights were on but no one was home. Clueless doesn't even come close to describing this kid. I'm sure his mom is proud. I get my order, drive forward and check it. In the bag are 4 items, (I ordered three) and my 2 tacos and a meximelt turned into 2 gorditas and 2 beef nacho somethings. I park my car, go inside and approach the counter. They take my bag to the back, without a "Let me fix that" or anything, she just walks away with it and later comes back to say it's actually right, there's just an extra meximelt in there and they used the wrong wrappers. No explanation as to why I have extras and no apology for the confusion. By the time I got my food back, it was now cold. While I'm waiting, a woman behind the counter sees a man standing next to me and asks him if he's been helped. He replies that he hasn't and she just keeps on walking without any, "I'll be right with you," or, "Let me get someone for you." She just walks away. I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. Was this really happening? I'm surprised the Taco Bell Mothership doesn't do anything about the poor customer service and overall lack of attention at this location. This location makes the brand name look bad. I think they took the worst of the worst of all Taco Bell employees ever and put them all at this location. The Mothership needs to send in help. Went in for takeout tonight. Burrito Supreme and taco combo and grilled stuft XXL chicken burrito. The kitchen seemed disorganized and the kitchen floor was filthy, with chips, cheese, and other food bits all over the floor. The young lady who took my order seemed either stoned to r half asleep. When I asked if they were preparing a Chicken burrito, they said oops no, we'll remake it. When I got home I had an XXL beef burrito not chicken. Arrived for lunch and used the bathroom first. It was horrendous. Dried urine all over women's toilet seat. Ordered food. The shift leader was willing about her hours getting cut and it took 17 mins to get out good. A burrito and a Mexican pizza accompanied with two soft shell tacos. I had to take the sauce containers to them to fill them and ask for a fork as the lobby was destroyed with nothing stocked. We were the only customers in the lobby. Very disappointing experience. I can't stand this Taco Bell, and it's unfortunate that it's the only one close to my place of work. Three times now I have gone there and they have either gotten my order incorrect, burned my food, or just plain shorted me. Every time, I get like an ounce of queso with my nachos. Whenever I get a loaded griller, it is burnt and very small. Or sometimes, I get either the wrong thing or just missing items. I've gone to their website and left a complaint, but never heard anything. Then recently, I went through the drive thru and the lady was just nasty with me when I was trying to remember the name of a certain item. I'm done giving this place a chance. I highly recommend you don't give them your hard earned money. There are plenty of places around here to eat, and another Taco Bell a little but up the road if you really have to get your T-Bell fix. read more

XXL grilled stuffed burrito is never XXL or stuffed, and usually torn and falling apart out of the wrapper. Soda tastes like they don't wash the soda fountain. Had a mixed flavor from other sodas. The food is fine; normal Taco Bell, but the problem is that they are thieves. I live down the street, so have been here several times (7+) and every time they leave items out of the bag. This last time, I ordered $50 in food to feed my family. The lady comes out to the car and tells me "it's all there" saying that she personally counted it twice. I tried to check, but $50 in food is a lot of food and hard to count everything in a car. I get home to discover that 4 items are missing. At over $10 for the lot, that's ridiculous. Try to call the number on the receipt and it goes to their fax machine. Worthless. Every time I've been there, they leave things out of the order. Every time! Went over to Taco Bell to meet the new staff (changes weekly). I see a large advertisement (poster size) behind the counter for triple double crunch wrap box for $5. I order it. My total comes to $6.55. I look very closely at the ad. There is no fine print, just $5 in six inch tall bright yellow font. I go back to the counter and ask the girl about it. She says that they are a franchise store so they add $.99. I was not satisfied so she got the manager who repeated what she had said about being a franchise. I told him that this was text book false advertising and that what we happening here was actually a crime. I spoke loudly enough for several customers to overhear, but was polite. Seeing as it's the closest Taco Bell to me, I frequent this store, however they could use some improvement. How damn hard is it to understand NO SOUR CREAM? I'll usually stop in on the way to work and eat on my drive, so it's not usually possible to turn around and go back. Granted management has been helpful when I've called about it, but they could easily read the screen to see NO SOUR CREAM. Stopped by here a few times from my way home from work because I don't have to go out of my way, Well not anymore. Working with food I understand its not always gong to be on point, or it depends who is making it or what have you. Always too sauce with Peru much anything that requires it or with (my faborite) xxl burrito all sour cream is on one side, all the guacamole on the other with very filling in between, and is consistently this way. Stopped by to pick up dinner after driving home from DC. Ordered two #4s. Asked if everything was in the bag before driving away. NOPE...pulled around the corner and they'd shorted us again!! The reason we tried to verify prior to driving home is because this error is somewhat of a consistent practice at this location. My husband went in to get the item we were missing and he hears from the back, "This guy's got an attitude!" Well he DIDN'T until then!!! Seriously??? This is how you treat your customers??!! After reading all the negative reviews, if Taco Bell has a district manager, they might want to take a look at who they are hiring and make some much needed revisions. I don't know about the last few bad reviews (maybe management changed??) but this is one of the best Taco Bell's I have been to. Super clean, friendly. They made a small mistake on my order a while back and apologized and gave us some cinnamon snacks. I usually order a quesadilla at other Taco Bell's but they bring me a warm one with cheese that barely melts. Here I order them a lot because the cheese is super gooey and melted. Went through the drive through on a very slow Tuesday afternoon and made our order. We first asked how much it cost to make an item supreme and were told 49 cents. So with that information we began our order. It was simple, two spicy potato soft tacos made supreme, one soft taco supreme and one cheesy bean and rice burrito also made supreme. Our total didn't look right based on 49 cent upgrades so we question it at the window. Judging by his striped button up shirt this was either the general or assistant manager that we were speaking with and had taken our order. He never once apologized for the mistake in price, in fact he said nothing except that will be $9.73. Apparently it's 90 cents for supreme and yes we paid it and drove off with our food. Only to find old rock hard potatoes in our tacos and the burrito not upgraded like we had paid for. This store definitely needs new management. read more
