Years later I am not shocked to see that customer service it has not improved. I came through the drive-thru on July 26, 2025, around 4:15 p.m. simple order nothing special. I pull up to the take out window and a Caucasian person was there. Not too clear if it is a boy or a girl but the customer service sucked. My mother in law and I met her friends here for a late lunch. It was nice seeing all my aunties. I walked in and the employees seemed friendly enough. The guy took my order and was nice. I decided to get a number one which was the crunchy supreme tacos which had sour cream and tomatoes inside. They had drink fountains. I definitely liked that. To use the restroom, you had to ask and the employee walks you over to the back. The restroom was clean so that's a plus.. It's connected to pizza hut. Parking is in the back. Went around 1PM-2PM on a Monday, and the line moved quickly. Ordering was easy, I didn't have to repeat myself, and glad they read out my order back to me. When I'm at the window, cashier asked if I wanted a drink carrier. I said yes, but what got me confused is why did she shove the straws into the same part that holds the drinks (with the drinks already in the holder). That would fold/bend the straw ends. I made a delivery order and my tacos were delivered SOGGY as HECK! The taco was so soggy that the shell was able to tear and bend. The whole shell and taco holder was stuck to the wrapper it came in. This has the worst drive thru layout. You're constantly blocking cars parked on the side while in the drive thru. The wait is long. Some young employee was not paying attention to a rolling trash bin that he left outside and IT HIT THE SIDE OF MY CAR. Had to move it myself and he completely ignored me when I said what happened. First time here, since the Kunia location is being remodeled. It wasn't busy at all inside so we didn't utilize the self-order machine although it looked cool. The drive thru is pretty busy though. The parking lot is huge & freshly paved. We got two combo meals, 3 taco supremes and a drink $17. Saving money and not having to cook & clean! We have been eating a lot of Taco Bell lately. This location is pretty close by when we don't want to go far from home. Sometimes I get tired of eating my own cooking, or I run out of ideas. Taco Bell always saves the day. The food is consistent, always comes out nice and hot. This location gets pretty busy. The drive through entrance leads out to a Main Street, so sometimes it's hard to wait in the line. The layout of the parking and restaurant is kinda weird. I love the chicken quesadillas. It's something so simple & I could probably make at home but my favorite part is that chipotle sauce inside. The tortillas are so soft, & my the best hot sauce is the "fire". Fast food is what It is, most of the time people only write about their bad experiences and not enough of the good. I love mexican food. Taco Bell is not mexican food. Parking is not a problem for this location. Drive thru is quick even when there is a line during the peak hours. I do enjoy the food. It's fast, fairly cheap, and tastes not bad. Service has always been good even if it is robotic. Place is very clean. I've never walked in to notice dirty tables. Even the floor is clean. Drinking station is also clean. One thing I do not like. If you do park your car, you will have to walk thru the line of cars going through the drive thru. Ok let's talk about chain fast food. I live very close to this Taco Bell and it's got the same things other Taco Bells have...but what changes from one store to another is making the items uniform at every Taco Bell you go to. (Did I mention that the Mexican Pizza is Back!?!) As a family we don't eat fast food often (usually), but we just moved back here and eating fast food is necessary and awesome too. This Taco Bell has been give a bad reputation on Yelp. I can't speak about those people's reasons or motivations. I've ordered delivery and drive-thru plenty of times and can't help to say to those low reviews "Give it another chance" and hopefully you'll see a difference. My/our items have been never been wrong, was done quickly, and with a smiling employee. Fast food usually has a high employee turnover percentage...give the new employee a chance and don't be rude. I couldn't do the online survey because they didn't bother to give me my receipt so I'm just gonna say my opinion on here about their new drive thru procedure... I don't think it's a good idea to have the workers outside take your order even before I get to drive up next to the menu board, I felt like I was put on the spot to order and just ordered simple stuffs I knew on the top of my head, and once I got to pass by the menu board I see that they have seasonal specials that I could've tried out (but I didn't because I didn't see the menu til AFTER I finished ordering) I think this drive thru method takes away from trying new things on the menu, (especially if I don't know the whole menu on the top of my head). read more

I don't care for their cheese since it's mostly oil based but the nacho sauce is ok. Tip: if you ask some places will replace the shredded cheese with the nacho sauce. The interior for this Taco Bell (Ewa Beach side) is the same as all the other ones so there is nothing to make this one stand out. And I did ask the cashier what the difference is between their Pizza Hut single pizza and the Pizza Hut's single pizza I can get right next door. Really it's about 30 feet between Taco Bell front door and Pizza Hut front door. Sort of like Shrek and Starbucks. I got the honest opinion "no difference what so ever" So what does that mean? Is it like the personal pizza is froze and Taco Bell pops it into the microwave or the Taco Bell person runs across the driveway into Pizza Hut. How can there be no difference? As far as I've lived in Ewa Beach, this Taco Bell sucks,!! They always get my order wrong or forget something in my order. This evening, I ordered through DoorDash and when I received my order, there was no drinks. I called the driver and they stated that Taco Bell never gave them my drinks. I called Taco Bell and they said to just come to the restaurant (which is an inconvenience), because we have the drinks here and it is already paid for. I went to the establishment and a worker on the back saw me standing at the counter and did not acknowledge me. She proceeded to speak in a different language to her other coworkers, and paid no mind that I was there. I waited for about 5minutes to be then acknowledged by the manager who said their dining room was closed. I showed her my DoorDash order ticket and explained the situation but because I had already called, she knew about it and just proceeded to give me my drinks. Thank you to the manager tonight who helped me just get my drinks and being understanding, but please get your workers more competent and provide customer service training. read more

When dining in, I have not encountered any long lines. Perhaps I am lucky for this? I don't know. Sometimes I'll have to wait for someone to come help me. I have been coming to this Taco Bell for over a decade now and I must say, it has only gotten better over the years. Almost every time I come here, it's late at night and drive thru. I almost always encounter a manager at the drive thru mic and they are akways incredibly nice! Even when I come at 15 till close (sorry, I am one of "those" people), they are always accomodating and never make me feel awful for arriving so late. Thank you for that!
