We have stopped at this location several times. The line here is always very slow as it seems the store is chronically under staffed. The food is correct about 80% of the time. The worst possible thing that can happen here is you wait for an eternity in line to get your order only to find out it's incorrect and you pull away before realizing and the. You have to delete the process to get your order correct.. prepare for a minimum of 45 min. The staff is friendly and you can tell that they take a lot of upset people. The staff deserves a raise.

Disgusting fish taco

They're just horrible. Ordered the fish tacos 3 for $7 and all 3 was double fried or reheated by fried. It was greasy and just disgusting. This place is close and I was enjoyed the fish taco but no more since it's like this. I regret it and may not come back again. Small greasy fried fish with left over oil or something.

Proof of receipt that Luxe Craving Box deal $7 each x2=$14:) YUMMY:)

Because they are the only Taco Bell nearby, there are no other options. The staff consistently messes up on orders and needs new management

Literally watched an employee leave the stall and restroom without washing their hands. This was the final straw for me for this Taco Bell.

Finally got to try this truck after moving to this area over three years ago. They're located just…read moreoutside the Stater Bros plaza entrance. We were one of the only customers there but as we were finishing up our food, a line developed. My wife was craving nachos so she ordered that but I only got tacos. The cashier taking the order was very friendly and the food came out pretty quickly. Food I was shocked by the amount of stuff that they piled on top of the tacos. Most of the places just give you tacos with onion/cilantro/salsa and you grab side toppings separately. I actually enjoyed it because they threw a little bit of everything on there. All the taco meats had great flavor and the salsa had a good kick to it. I preferred the red one over the green. Definitely have to come back and try some of their other items.

It's a food truck, so you're really there for the food, but the staff was welcoming and they were cranking out orders as fast as they could. I happened to show up right as a big wave of people ordered, so my food took a little longer than expected, but considering how busy they were, I can't really hold that against them. Overall, I'd definitely recommend checking them out, especially for the Taco Tuesday specials. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

The Greater LA Area has its fair share of spots that claim to have the best tacos. But only when…read moreyour taco shop has lines out the door would I truly believe the claim to fame. Passing by Taco Nazo on a Friday night, I noticed just that: lines of people lining up out the door around 5PM. And looking to explore more taco shops in the San Gabriel Valley, I popped into Taco Nazo to see what the buzz was all about. Taco Nazo is a chain of taco shops with one location in Walnut just across from Mt. San Antonio College. And walking into the place, there a were only a handful of seats. The place is fast casual restaurant and most people took advantage of this to order food to go. Taking a look at the menu, the place has a variety of options ranging from burritos, torta, ceviches, cocktails, and more. But for this visit, I decided to fall back on the classic 3 Taco Combo with 3 fish tacos and a drink for $18.75. Looking at the tray of food, there definitely was a lot to eat. Including three tacos each with a piece of fried fish, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, a pepper, a side of beans, and a layer of rice, there was definitely a lot to eat. Looking at the price to portion, those with larger appetites will definitely feel full eating here. And at $18.75 for the combo, it isn't a bad price either. However, it is definitely possible to get tacos for a cheaper price per unit at many other mom and pop places in the area. Furthermore, the dish is 60-70% made up of carbohydrates opposed to the 20% vegetables and three small chunks of fish. The taste of the food is definitely why people recommend Taco Nazo. The rice and beans were both pretty flavorful and satisfying to have on the side of the tacos. The corn tortillas were both soft and fresh as well which made it a great vessel for the other taco ingredients. All of the vegetable items in the taco tasted as you would expect: fresh, moist, and with just a bit of seasoning. And rounding out with the fish, the breading was pretty firm at the start and the fish had a light savory flavor, but I didn't recall tasting anything too spectacular about them. Taco Nazo definitely has a defensible claim to their title of "World Famous Fish Tacos". The taste of the tacos were definitely fresh and the flavors were pretty good overall. But because of the ratio of the ingredients relative to each other and the price to portion compared to other places in the area, I'd argue Taco Nazo sits at a modest 3 star rating. Giving the benefit of the doubt, taco shops aren't usually the places I tend to frequent, so Taco Nazo could truly be one of the best in the area. And for that, I'd encourage you to come by and give it a try for yourself! Not out of this world, but not too bad.

However, none of the usually warm attributes of a family owned establishment. The was a distinct lack of color and warmth. Service: The service was good. I was greeted quickly and shown to a table very promptly too. (It was 4pm so it was after the lunch crowd and before dinner.) I thought it would be a perfect opportunity to experience the best possible service.) Menu: The menu had lots of options but I was set on exploring their taco Tuesday special. I ordered one of each. Food: My first surprise was when I was offered chips and salsa for $1.99. This is usually a free item at most restaurants but I thought to myself, if they are going to charge, then it must be something to talk about. I WAS WRONG! The chips were homemade but not to order. As a result, they were cool to the touch. The portion was modest and the salsa itself was barely an elevated tomato purée. That was almost no discernible spice to it. Then came the tacos. They were the small traditional street taco size which was just fine. However, none of the 4 tacos that I ordered had any noticeable heat. They were not quite cool to the touch but the certainly were not hot either. The presentation was nice as they were set on a long rectangular plate side by side and dressed with traditional cilantro and onions. I ordered 4 different meat types but the only offered one small shot glass sized salsa for all 4 of them. Sense of welcome: They were showing one of the World Cup games. In other circumstances, I might have ordered more tacos, maybe a dessert or even a beer. Unfortunately, at this point, I didn't want to stay. If I wanted more chips, they were going to charge another $2. It wasn't the $2 that was the problem, it was simply that nothing to that point was worth staying for. If they cannot get a simple plate of tacos served correctly when there was nobody else in the restaurant, I don't think there's any reason to go back to try anything else. I would have been better off at a taco truck.

This location is only open until 9pm. I have heard so much about this historic food truck chain and was eager to give them a try. I took the recommendation from a friend who is avid about this place and ordered their number 3 combo. For 15 bucks it came with a taco, burrito and drink. To my surprise it was relatively cheap especially when most places charge 10 to 13 dollars for just a burrito. The food overall was not as complex in flavors or combination as I would have hoped. The spicy pork talk was not too bad, but did have some flaws. One the pork was not spicy at all. The pork quality also could have been a bit better. There were many chunks of just pure pork fat which were indistiguiable between the meat chunks in taste or texture even when I separated them from the taco as a whole. The taco also comes with an interesting kimichi slaw. It was tasting, but surprising very sweet. I am not certain it that is just how their slaw tastes or if that is from a sauce they add too it. For the burrito I got a short rib as my meat. The burrito consists of rice, kimichi slaw and meat. One of the biggest positives was that eat bite was packed uniformly. You had a chance to enjoy each component of the burrito from the meat to the slaw to the rice. However I was surprised there was no beans, especially with it being a fushion spot. The burrito was filling I had to force myself to finish, but it was very sweet and one note flavor wise. I could have maybe had a quarter of the burrito or half and been happy, just because how rich and how sweet it was. I am not sure it that was due to the mariande they use for the short rib, or it was because the slaw mix, or if it was just because they are too heavy handed with the sauce they add, but it was wayyyy too much for me. I am torn between coming back again and giving them a shot. I think maybe it's best to stick to their tacos so you don't get that flavor fatigue I had with the burrito.

Taco plate is $8.75 and it comes with 3 tacos, rice and a choice of beans (refried or black beans). My friend got the same and we both added a fish taco each person. We also added a cup of guacamole for $2. Total for 2 taco plates, 2 fish tacos, and 1 guacamole was about $29? I got the al pastor, Barbacoa, and asada. I'd pass on the barbacoa next time and just get the al pastor and asada. Fish taco was just okay for me as well. I think my mistake was that I ate that last. I should've eaten it first when it's super crispy because they take it right off the frying pan. Everything tastes pretty fresh and I think I saw them pressing tortillas? But it was all in the kitchen so I couldn't see too clear. Overall, not too bad. However, I still love me some street vendors more than an actually sit down place.
