They're just horrible. Ordered the fish tacos 3 for $7 and all 3 was double fried or reheated by fried. It was greasy and just disgusting. When people come to Taco Bell, they are coming for American food, not Mexican. Yes, the taco that Glen Bell introduced in the humble beginnings of the franchise that we still eat here today has Mexican beginnings; the recipe that he basically copied from the Mitla Cafe in San Bernardino. But that's a story for another time, or one you can Google on your own. Is Taco Bell the best? Not necessarily, but I, along with many others have fallen in love with their creations like the Chalupa, the Mexican Pizza, Gordita, and the Taco Supreme to name a few. People general joke about TB, but they keep coming back because it's convenient and some of these concoctions keep us returning for more because they are satisfying. Recently I enjoyed their signature chicken nuggets. These are actually wonderful and packed with all white meat. I wasn't truly impressed with the sauces but the nuggets truly stand out on their own. I not boasting that this food or chain is perfect. But it is perfect when it's late, or when we need a quick meal, or just when we need to fill that craving for this classic American fast food. I'm not gonna lie, I love my Mexican tacos, but sometimes you gotta come here and Live Mas. read more

Warm welcomed smile by Selen Madahi. Taken all my family and I ordered. Josefina cooked and prepared all our food and assisted by Selen on Pic in action. Excellent teamwork and service from both ladies. Place and restroom kept clean ,sanitized and organized. Loved music while we ate. Only SAD thing and our favorite coming here beside there Luxe Menu was there drink dispenser OUT of ORDER:( Selen & Josefina was a 5 SUPER Stars. But equipment like our favorite drink bar not working SAD experience for dining. But all our food was delicious:) Thank you Selen and Josefina. Well I have to admit that their service was great. Little Irma was running around getting everyones orders ready. Friendly and cheerful with everyone. The customer service has improved over the last several months. And their food is always fresh lately and they prep it very quickly. Wow the reviews are all accurate. I can understand the wait when it gets busier but my main issue is they don't have updated menus/prices. Took them forever to get my order in the drive thru since they weren't looking at the correct menu either so I showed them on my phone the new box deals they have. Then I got charged 40% higher price than what was showing. Not good I wish I had known beforehand if they posted it. Don't get overcharged here. read more

She's the manager at this Taco Bell, and from the moment you walk in, she makes you feel like family. Every time I come in, she greets me by name and already knows my order. That kind of attention and kindness is so rare and it's the reason I keep coming back. In a world where customer service can feel rushed or robotic, Cynthia is a breath of fresh air. She's warm, professional, and clearly passionate about making sure guests have a great experience. You can tell her team respects her, too, everything runs smoothly and the atmosphere always feels positive. If every Taco Bell had a Cynthia, the world would be a better (and tastier) place. Absolutely the slowest service from a Taco Bell I've ever experienced. My wife and I waited in the drive thru line for an entire HOUR for a mobile order of two tacos, and a burrito!! There was also a super long line behind us as well!! When we finally got up to the window, we didn't even get a "sorry for the wait" or any explanation at all as to why it took that long. Definitely will NOT be back here, this place legitimately needs to close down. read more

Made the mistake of letting my teen boys choose this spot for dinner a coupla nights ago. Paid for my/their choice immediately! We bought their "Ten Dollar Fill Up" box, an array of four Taco Bell tacos and four of their "Beefy Cheesy 5 layer burritos, plus one extra taco on the side. Shame on Taco Bell for their utter lack of any quality control, as even Ray Charles could've detected the inadequacy of the food items by comparing the undersized, not even warmed items to prior Taco Bell orders! Service is abysmal. I went to this location for late lunch yesterday. The service wasn't great which I was overcharged for a drink which was supposed to be $1 due to their happy hour promotion. The staff seem didn't want to work on a Sunday. The ambiance could be better and the tables are not clean as it should be line at In-N-Out. This is what we get when $20/hour for food workers is coming in April of 2024! The workers have terrible attitudes and zero customer service experience, or they simply do not care about anyone's experience at Taco Bell. Nearby transients treat this place like home, using the bathrooms and benches for whatever they want. Very often there is a smell of urine. ATTN: If you have a mobile order, go to the drive thru to pick up anyway. They won't work on your mobile order until you arrive The employees had 30 minutes to start the online order yet I still had to wait after they confirmed that it is "ready for pickup". I went inside and they said "5 more minutes" and I had to wait another 15 minutes. Another gentlemen had his arms crossed because his order was also delayed. The employees got through six drive they orders while we waited inside. Therefore I advise anyone who places an order online to just go to the drive thru anyway to pick up. If it's not ready by then, I would just sit in the drive thru until it's ready even if they say pick up inside. It's just a way for them to push you to the end of the line, even if you were there first. read more

Today I went to my local Taco Bell at 10:30 am. I went to walk in, and found the front doors locked. I looked in, and saw two employees inside. I then drove to the drive thru to place my order.I was told The two items I requested can't be made at this time. This is absolutely the worst Taco Bell in the area.
