New location moved from the Miracle Mile down Route 22 on the corner of Duff Road. Always consistent and tasty food items. Clean store. Friendly service & staff. Probably my favorite fast food restaurant. Love the Baja Blast Mtn Dew! My top choices are the Beef Chalupa, Volcano Quesarito and the OG Mexican Pizza. I also enjoy a Bean Burrito with Jalapeño peppers. I usually get the Luxe Box for a great value on the go. Good and consistent location. read more

This was the highest rated Taco Bell in the area, with only having a 3-star rating. I can't see why! My food was orfered through the App, so I can't comment much on their customer service. There was a bit of a noticeable delay, which they apologized for and gave reasoning. When I got my food, it was all correct, piping hot, and they even threw in a few free taco coupons for the small delay! That's impeccable customer service and the best experience I've had with fast food in a long, long time. Nothing was wrong, it tasted good, and I had amazing service. 5 stars overall! read more

This place is no longer a go-to for a fast food stop for me. In fact, I have added it to my (internal) list of "places to never visit again." One bad employee ruined it, and I know that's a bit of a silly reason to stop going somewhere, but it's just junk food anyway, and I'm trying to get better at holding grudges. So, bye bye Delmont Taco Bell. One day we were in the drive-thru and I saw a sign had fallen off the menu board, so I picked it up and took it to the pickup window with me. I, (stupidly, I suppose,) didn't want it to blow into someone's vehicle or the highway. I didn't want the sign to cause damage, or the store to lose their sign. It wasn't my responsibility, and maybe I should have just ignored it. But, I didn't. I had the sign and told the cashier -- who was handling CASH (one of the filthiest, germ-ridden things around) and she was incredibly rude about it. She snapped at me she wouldn't take the sign because, "It's unsanitary!!!" Huh? I asked if I should just throw it away, and she shrugged at me. So, did I basically steal a sign? I tried to be useful and helpful, and got treated like I was a bioterrorist. I contacted Taco Bell corporate and got no response. read more

Before I wrote my review for this Taco Bell I wanted to check out the prior reviews to make sure I wasn't off my rocker. But after a quick skim I am sure that I'm not crazy. I know what you are thinking, why am I giving a fast food restaurant a five star rating, but it is deserving of the rating. This is definitely the newest in the area. Small in size, but serving up the messy fare that somehow only sits well only after eating. I have to reiterate what all others have said about the staff. Whomever is the proprietor is of this property has done their job with hiring the best people they could find. They were friendly, kind and patient. They went above and beyond for customer service. The food was made quickly and fresh. If I had to say a bad thing about this place it would be the location. It's very hard to get into, your best bet is to turn at the light and drive to this spot. It is not directly connected to the road at all. But that does not warrant a negative remark towards this location. read more

got to the place and they were out of beef. had to wait 20 minutes for beef to be cooked. how do you not have the main meat your use ready to be used or on standby, especially during dinner time. and on top of that they would not even take out order because they didn't want their wait times to be up for their stats. they could've atleast given us some sort of deal or free drink. what a waste of an establishment. read more

Ordered a burrito supreme and a taco supreme. They were anything but supreme. The burrito was half the normal size and the taco was less than half full. Oh, and they were out of sour cream. Got charged the full price anyway. The last time we tried to go they were closed, even though their hours of operation showed as open. Doors locked, cars in the drive through and nothing to indicate they were closed. This time it seems that they don't know how to make the items on the menu or they are scrimping on the ingredients. Is it poor management, lack of training, or are they getting ready to close? Delmont Taco Bell used to be a solid bet for a good fast food meal. No more, I'm going to Moe's from now on. read more

I placed an order online for in-store pickup from the Taco Bell mobile app because this location usually has a long drive through line. When I arrived the doors were locked and no sign was posted on the door. Ok, clearly a COVID precaution, makes sense. So I pulled into the parking spaces marked prominently as "curbside pickup only" and waited until 10 minutes after my designated pickup time, when the app said my food still wasn't ready. At this point I called them and was informed that I had to wait in the drive through line. So there I sat for 10 more minutes with a grumpy baby and toddler in the car. When I got to the window the employee didn't say hi, just stared blankly at me. Then I was handed cold food and they forgot the drinks until I reminded them. I get that precautions need to be taken but the pandemic has been going on for 4 months. Get your act together, update your mobile app, put up signs on your doors, or don't bother reopening. read more

Not the cleanest Taco Bell I've seen, despite their prominently posted sign saying they had won a cleanliness award. I love Taco Bell as a fat food treat, and I don't expect a high end experience, but this place was a mess The floor clearly visible from counter area was filthy with fallen cheese and lettuce. Tables in the dining room also littered with food scraps. I cleaned our table before sitting. The food was decent, but when done I asked for some antibacterial cleansor on a towel, because I have a cold and wanted to wash down our table. I was told not to worry about it .... :( Ew. read more

I have never been more disgusted by a restaurant than I am with Taco Bell. Its no surprise at all the recent reviews of this Taco Bell are 1 or 2 stars. Firstly, I ordered 2 of the Cinnabon 2-pack for 1.55 each - these were the items I was looking forwards to the most and what do you know - I didn't get them! Or even a replacement. Big disappointment. Next, I ordered a Toasted Chalupa box. In this box, for my crunchy taco option, I selected the Nachos Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme - which I had to pay over a dollar up-charge for - all for them to send me a regular taco. It was then I realized they may have run out of the Doritos tacos shells and instead of being honest to my dasher so he could contact me as I requested if an item was not available, these people at Taco Bell sneakily and lazily threw in a cheaper, regular taco instead of the taco I had paid for. They must have thought the customer was going to be too stupid to notice - either way it just shows a great lack of care on their part - as well deceitful behavior for them not to tell my dasher about it so I could be contacted. What I did get was tasted terribly as if some new person made it who did not know the correct ratios of lettuce to sauce to meant etc. Or maybe it was made in a rush - clearly whoever made it simply just didn't care. I will never be ordering from this wretched place again. Their food was terrible and the lack of care seeped into the products. I had missing items and swapped out items for cheaper products than what I had paid for. Overall, lazy, deceitful, and low quality establishment. read more

If you read reviews on Taco Bell's then this review is probably not suited for you. When I went through the drive-through at 1:30 PM there was one car waiting at the pick up window. The woman on the speaker asked me to wait. When she came back from my order I ordered a burrito supreme. And apologized for overwhelming them. She asked if I wanted any sauces and I said yes fire please. Two minutes later when I pulled up to the window I was handed a bag give them my money I got my change pulled into a parking spot and no sauce, no napkins, just a burrito in a bag. I went back through the drive-through and ordered a second burrito supreme and told them I did not receive any sauce on my first one. Since there's nobody in mine I quickly moved to the window and was handed a bag. Lesson learned, I looked into the bag before pulled away and found 15 fire sauces. So, on my second bite of the burrito something is pulling out of the burrito like a long piece of lettuce or something. It turns out it was a huge piece of plastic about 7 inches long. read more

Dont go to this taco bell, drive a few miles west and go to Chipotle or Moes. The food is way better and portions are much bigger for nearly the same $$. This was the best Taco Bell I have ever been. We ordered breakfast in the drive-thru on the Live Mas app. Everything came out true to order. I didn't catch the name of our server, but he was so genuine and pleasant. He even placed my order in a bowl (the biscuit taco), because he didn't want me to make a mess; and he gave us wet naps and mints. Such a sweet and patient man! I don't know if the other employees are like him (but from precious comments, they must be), but we need more people like him. If ever we come through this area again, we will definitely be ordering from this Taco Bell. read more
