    Tacos (3)

I stopped by Let's Taco while running my son and his friends around. It sits right on 22 relatively close to Franklin Regional High School. The place is small, but clean with limited seating. The gentleman that took my order was friendly and helpful. I ordered 3 tacos. He suggested that any type of taco was recommended with the exception of ground meat (just because it was boring.) I did asada, El pastor, and carnitas. Each had a lot of flavor and had a couple of sauces on the side to try. The asada was my favorite of the three. Three tacos was $12.

We were really hoping this would be our taco takeout go-to. We ordered a selection of chicken and beef tacos. The presentation was lovely but alas, things just did not taste that great. The meats were dry and mostly tasteless. The hot sauces on the side were nice, The charred pepper that was served with the dinner was my high point. Maybe it was an off night...

    Chips and queso.

Wonderful find with this one. Right off of 22 hiding in plain sight. Easily the best Mexican cuisine I personally have had in the North East states. We tried the queso and chips, chorizo, pollo, and carnitas tacos, and I was able to grab a birria taco as well. We also snagged a side of their fresh guacamole. I dont even like avacados, and I ate that cup up like it was my last meal. Everything hit it out of the park with a special nod to the birria, carnitas, and the guac side. The plate(s) came with salsa verde and roja, with the red packing a nice, but not painful, heat.

Let's Taco is a food-truck business that sells...you guessed it!...tacos!...but also burritos, quesadillas, chori pollo (chorizo chicken), nachos, quesabirrias (which I think are a cross between a taco and a quesadilla), churros, and beverages. Currently, prices range from $10 for three tacos to $15 for a quesabirria. Recently, I was a customer of Let's Taco when they were a vendor at the Pittsburgh Taco Festival. An employee promptly and kindly greeted me and took my order. Within several minutes, she prepared and handed over my three tacos. I had ordered three flavors of tacos: asada steak, barbacoa BBQ, and al pastor pork. All three were prepared Mexican style with cilantro and onion. The ingredients were very fresh, and I enjoyed the flavors very much.

I am from NC and every time I am in the area I have to stop by Let's Taco. The food is delicious and freshly made. The prices are very reasonable and the employees are amazing and go the extra mile. Everything I have tried from their menu is fantastic. I recently tried their torta cubana and it did not disappoint.

WOW. Very fortunate to have this new & authentic Mexican food so close to home. The chef does most things home made and does it really well. I'm excited to come again. EDIT: this location is a physical restaurant. They also have a food truck.

Delicious tacos de birria at Pittsburgh Taco Festival! Service was a bit slow, but they were very busy.

I tried to order online but it wouldn't let me order ribs from a rib place. Tried to call but "dial…read moreone for this, two for that..." didn't lead to a human answering the phone . Gave up .

Fellow Yelpers, thank you very much for writing reviews about this restaurant so that I would be…read moreinspired to try it out! :) I guess that this restaurant is actually called Off the Rails Barbeque. Their menu includes entrees such as ribs, brisket, and pulled pork as well as appetizers such as nachos, fries, and macaroni that are topped with the meats. Sides include baked beans, coleslaw, cornbread, collard greens, and potato chips. My husband and I visited this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. An employee immediately greeted us and gave us menus to look at. She told us that we could sit at any table of our liking. Many tables were available inside and outside, and I appreciated that the walls were open for fresh ventilation. We ordered our appetizers, and the employee told us that ribs would not be available to order for another half hour, so we waited for them. Our loaded nachos and loaded fries were topped with similar ingredients of shredded meat, jalapeno peppers, gooey cheese, and a sauce. The ingredients were fresh, and we enjoyed the flavors. Our half rack of ribs were tender, and they had a tasty seasoning that my husband wanted a little more of.
