Great spot for an afternoon of chill and beers. They do a cool special during Pirates games, $3 Lagers! Dog friendly, could use a little more shade for those hot days. Otherwise it's a great spot!

Came here on a Saturday night and it was pretty busy. It seemed like the spot to go in Murrysville, as many people were waving at one another pull into the lot and mingling at the tables outside. The outdoor space is large, with plenty of picnic tables and chairs. The indoor space is pretty large too with space for a small band to play at the front. I ordered the Lilith's Cherriot beer and really enjoyed it! It had undertones of cheery, with a slight tartness, and the classic ale flavor. They also had Moes on site that day giving out free tacos and nachos, which was fantastic ! It is a great brewery to relax with friends, listen to music, and enjoy a beer. I definitely recommend coming here and checking it out!

Fun!

This place is great! Best of both worlds. Comfortable setting indoors, and out. Love the spacious bar and set up inside. Loads of beers on tap. Sampling is encouraged. I chose the Octoberfest out of the 17 choices. 8.2 percent alcohol gets you Big Bad Buffy. Outdoor seating is cool, and has covered, and uncovered areas to hang. I even saw a few firepits set up along the picnic tables. Cheers!

Outside of the taproom and only a portion of the outdoor seating available.

Love the beer and the vibe Went twice to ensure I tried all the lagers and browns. Excellent. No food is a bummer but there is food nearby. Excellent beer tender our first trip but had a grumpy young lady on round two. I would definitely go again if in the area. Dog friendly outside.

This was our first trip to this location. It's much larger than the original in Mt. Pleasant. I know that it's the old Rivertown Brewery location. When you pull into the driveway their was picnic tables all outside where everyone was at. Lots of decent room inside but not much more compared to the original location. Why is the place so large but maybe 10% is utilized for patrons. Anyhow I liked the BIG sign out front. I was disappointed they didn't have Helle's Belles, my favorite but the Pilsner hit the spot for sure.

My friends and I went on a very hot day and there was no outdoor seating on the patio so we were sitting in direct sunlight. I definitely think those tables would have benefitted from an umbrella which would have made the experience much more enjoyable. The music wasn't loud enough or there were no near by speakers so they outside parties weren't able to enjoy the music playing. They also don't sell food so if you are hungry you have to wait for the food trucks at 4pm or have a near by pizza place delivery pizza. They also did not have any sour or fruit beers so we stuck to the wine mules which were very good. Overall my experience was pretty average and I would try another brewery in the future.

Rachel was a fantastic bartender. She's so kind and has a contagious smile. We look forward to seeing her again!

Mary is one of the best bartenders. Nice selections of very different beers. Good variety of hops represented in different beers.

You order at the window or at the bar, but we've never had trouble ordering. The inside gives brewery warehouse vibes, but with a lil charm. We go with the garlic butter oven baked wings- honestly, a classic. Idk what voodoo they do to those wings but my gaaaaaad they are stunning. Buttery, garlicky, loaded with parm, tender juicy, big ole wings. There's a reason I can't get them off my mind. Then we go to the hot honey sausage flat bread. Another absolute masterpiece that I cannot get out of my head when we leave. It's not even super spicy- it's the perfect balance of sweet, savory, with a light touch of something deeper, hotter. We went rouge this visit and got a Hawaiian Hottie dog- which was good but I will say I wasn't as impressed as I am with the wings and flat breads. The hot dog felt plain, like it needed a little more oomph - and the pineapple being cold kinda throw us off. I do like that no matter what dog you choose, a single dog is a standard $6 across the board. We redeemed ourselves with the pizza rolls, a classic choice that didn't disappoint. If you're going to get anything though, I highly suggest the wings and flatbreads. You cannot go wrong. Oh and accidentally plan your visit on trivia night so you can win (3rd this time!) a gc to bring you right back. #GOUDapproved Hot Honey Sausage | $19.00 Fresh Mozzarella, Caramelized Onions, Sausage, Banana Peppers, Ricotta, Shaved Parmesan, Fresh Basil, Hot Honey Drizzle Garlic Butter Oven Baked Wings | $16.00 (8) per order. 4 - I'd drive 30 minutes out of my way just to come here. Skip to the end to see my rating scale…read more Yough River Brewing hits the three things I look for in a brewery - food availability, outdoor seating/dog friendly, and of course the beer. Went here after golfing with a buddy and had a solid IPA and a pretty good Oktoberfest. The variety available is good enough that most people should be able to find something they like. A really nice outdoor seating area with a couple of fire tables and Adirondack chairs makes it comfortable and inviting. I happened to be there on a Sunday afternoon and I think a football game was going on or just ended because there were a bunch of unsupervised kids running around the tables. Not that they were over the top obnoxious, but they were definitely distracting. Other than the timing, I enjoyed the ambiance of the place and the beers were good enough that I'd gladly make the 40 minute drive down again. 1 - Just don't 2 - You'll survive, but there are better choices close by 3 - Good choice if you're in the area 4 - I'd drive 30 minutes out of my way just to come here 5 - I'd try to convince my wife to drive an hour just to come here

The bartender, Luke, was super fast and friendly. They don't have food but look ahead and see if they have a food truck. A nice family-friendly place.
