If you want cheap Tex-Mex that will have you hugging the toilet for hours afterward, spare your eyes and your vat of hand sanitizer and go through the drive-thru. That at least affords you the luxury of staying in your vehicle with your own germs. This store is the furthest thing from clean. I only ducked inside the doors once to use the restroom and even THAT left me wanting nothing more than 3-4 hot showers and a lot of scrubbing. I don't go to Taco Bell for great Mexican food, I go for quick service and reasonable prices. Reasonable price I got, did not get quick. Waited for 30 mins for 4 tacos and the order was incorrect. Then when I approached the counter to get the correct food I was subjected to rude unprofessional behavior from the manager who claimed she had made the food as ordered. Nicely redone inside and out, but their service sucks. When I entered, there was nobody in front of me, so I ordered one grilled chicken nacho. Two guys came in afterward and got their food, as did a third person. THIRTEEN minutes later I still didn't have my food, and all the manager could do is apologize. I love some taco bell every once in a while. The location is very nice now, but the management is horrible. They are often very slow and literally about 85% of the time they forget something or mess something up with my order. It's a running joke with my family. I hate to sound rude to the workers but it is to the point that I always ask them at the drive thru to double check the order or do it myself if we go in. The management should be hounding the employees to increase speed quality and accuracy. It's not that hard. If it is, develop a system to make sure orders are right.
