Absolutely worst taco bell I have ever been to. Line is always completely wrapped around the building. If there are a couple of cars in front of you, you are sure to AT LEAST be waiting an hour. Then once you finally do get your food, half of it is overcooked or stale. One time I had to go inside and had the rudest interaction with some employee, that clearly didn't have half a brain. Only thing keeping this place going is the woman who works the window in the later hours, big personality and tattoos, and the white, kind of bald, big beard, guy in the back directing people and cooking. As a dasher my time is money, every time I go Is a pain but tonight especially I waited 25 mins for an order that should have been done when I got there. People that ordered inside had been waiting for an hour and were told their order was next and after watching 6 orders go out they still had no food. I finally was acknowledged and when I told them the order was supposed to be ready a half hour ago at this point they asked the name , I told them they walked away and never came back. The difference between the lunch shift, employees and dinner shift employees is actually night and day. Normally, I come through the drive-through at night and the employees aren't ever really super nice, and I came in today around 3:30 and they had the sweetest girl on the speaker. She was so kind and asked me what sauce I wanted and I didn't feel rushed at all, but she was still efficient. I'll prefect this by saying the food is usually decent. That being said, this is one of, if not the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been at. Dinner rush drive thru line is usually 15+ cars. Go inside, 15+ minute wait for the simplest order. I don't know if it's just terrible management (which is very likely) but this location seems as if it's ran by children with zero knowledge of food service. That's odd though, as there is always a "manager" on duty. This is easily one of the worst locations to order food at if there is any likelihood of 3+ ppl going to be there. Like previous people have said, it's the slowest fast food place I've ever been to. I've waited multiple times well over 20 mins in the drive through. It feels like they literally have one person working the whole store. I'm writing this as I'm sitting in line because I have a ton of time. This will be my last time coming to this Taco Bell. UPDATE I'm going to assume that "Lynn" works at this Taco Bell lol. Decided to give it a try 6 months later. Still horrible service. It was 11pm, two cars outside and one car in the drive thru. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant and I eat there at least once a week and always at this location. It's right by my house. Service is always friendly but depending on the night can be really slow. Spent a good half hour in drive through tonight. They don't tend to mess up my order much so I let the wait go. I just assume they're short handed. No I be wants to work anymore. I was disappointed tonight they were out of empanadas and I really had my heart set on one. I have been to this taco bell multiple times, and I mean multiple, to wait at least 15-25 minutes. I've tried going inside, still a wait. This is not your spot if you are in any kind of rush at all. Today I waited 15 Minutes in line, and another 10 at the window after I paid. Staff literally left the window, and I wasn't sure anyone was even there. Like a lot of people, our fast food guilty pleasure is Taco Bell. This location is by far the worst we have ever been visited. 1. The seating area is filthy and covered in food(we didn't see until after ordering) 2. Register worker was the slowest we have ever had anywhere 3. The shift manager or manager was loudly rude and critical of the staff 4. It took 35 minutes for a small order with no other visitors. Worse customer service ever, I went in yesterday through the drive thru for a pickup order yesterday (2-17-2023) around 6:30 7, I forgot to add sauce to the order so I asked the lady that has green or blue hair if I she could put hot sauce and fire sauce in the bag her response over the box was I'll try my best. Confused customer I said what do u mean ur going to try, another lady comes on the mic and said we will put it in the bag pull around. So I pulled around and the older lady looked at me and started laughing with the girl with the green hair. The man that was working was almost bald medium in height which is said was her manger proceeded to let this happen. She proceeded to laugh as she was putting my sauce in the bag as they were looking at me. So when they opened the door I said is there something wrong, idk why you are laughing at me she said I smile at all the customers (older lady). Then the girl with the green hair started laughing I said there's a difference between laughing and smiling. The girl with the green hair slammed the door. Then proceeded to open it up again and I said I will be contacting your manger and slammed the door again then opened it and said actually my manger is right here and it was the man I described in the beginning. He didn't do nothing about it and yes I did call her a bitch after bc she literally push the bag out of the door I will never ever go back to this Taco Bell. I already contacted cooperate and I will make sure something is done about this. I'm tired of poor customer service with this lady that has blue green hair. I just experienced one of my best meals at this Taco Bell!! They were short staffed and the food was excellent and we received it in less than 4 minutes!! All 3 workers were engaged with us and all the customers while never slowing down!! All fast food restaurants should take classes from these three!! Great job!!!
