This is the worst T-bell in the history of them. They never get an order right and they skimp on everything. Beyond terrible, it's actually comical how bad it is. Drive further to any other one. read more

If you order in the app do it 2 hours in advance unless you want some toddler to tell you to park and wait for an eon. Garbagio

All I wanted was lunch . Had so much trouble using the app after they wanted me to put in my email address . I don't have email on my phone . And then would not let me use the gift card that showed $25 . I Finally just went the drive through . And just handed her my gift card . It should not be this hard to get lunch . My order was correct and food hot . I will go back but not going to use app again . read more

Got off work super late and my fiancé and I were super hungry so we decided to go to this taco bell because it was open late. We ordered the Catina crispy tacos because from the picture on their menu it looks good & filling. HUGE MISTAKE & to make it worse they are on the pricier side for their menu so ordering four cost a lot. What we received was absolutely disgusting & we could not eat it. I mean taco bell is seriously trying to sell this to people? The pictures speak for themselves. We immediately called in & the manager claimed to us that is "how its made" & that they only come with meat & cheese. What we received was absolutely disgusting & should be taken off the menu. My fiancé was livid... & I don't even write reviews but yikes. read more

Best Taco Bell in Dallas. Lady in the drive thru always so polite so wonderful. Food always right and made well.

Can't take a simple order- how hard is no sour cream. I said it 3 times. $30 bucks for two meals and sour cream is on everything. Done with these lazy people who don't care. Waste of money. read more

service is amazing! get treated so good here everytime, the workers are hard working kind and are good at their job! the food is always soo good, always recommend this location! read more

I love this Taco Bell. The workers are always nice and they don't cheap you on your food. I've been to lots of Taco Bell's and there is a whole bunch that don't put enough ingredients in the tacos. The drive thru never really has to wait long goes quickly. They do a great job here!! read more

I'm not really a fan of Taco Bell, but occasionally it scratches the itch. I'm a big fan of this location because you order one thing and get something completely different. It's never a bummer and the people that work there are pretty friendly. read more

Taco Bell, quit struggling and get in the casket. Remember back when Taco Bell was edible...not really? Yeah, it's been about that long. I think they just said, "It's over Man. It's OVER!" And they stopped making anything that resembles something you would want to put in your mouth. It was late. I was driving by. I was hungry. They have a mango drink thing. I ordered that new crunchy burrito thing, pintos n cheese with sour cream and a volcano taco. Taco=flat, broken and sadly, the best part of the meal. Burrito=all flour tortilla and rice, no crunchy, no meat, no melty cheese. I was going to take a photo of how terrible it was, but I fell asleep. Pintos=so much sour cream it was also gross. And to top it off, the order was wrong at the drive thru. They forgot the beans and I had to wait while they made them. According to my 14-year old, "Epic Fail." read more

Literally the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. They were all super nice and had my food ready when I got there. It was all fresh and hot. Lol if I could give 10 stars I would! read more

This location has really gone downhill, used to be my go to since I live 10 min away-the food isn't the problem, the workers all seem to just be chilling around and have gotten my order wrong 3 times in a row. Usually I let it slide as they seem young and are new faces I take is as they're trainees, but I ordered a burrito and 2 chicken chalupas they have me 12 crunchy tacos and the wrong drink, also I asked for sauce at the window and they said sauce was already in the box- there was no sauce. They didn't even turn to look at us just passed us a box said everything was in there and closed the window. I'm usually always on the go so I don't check my bag I trust employees do their jobs correctly and get my order right, again once is okay- twice it happens but 3 times and then also assure me it's my order when it not? Take it as a training opportunity. Thanks for the dozen tacos but as a pregnant woman, I was really craving that burrito and chicken chalupa :( read more

I love Taco Bell. My friends make fun, but I don't care, I just love it. Some locations just aren't that great, and this one used to suck. But today, after years of passing it to go to another Taco Bell I stopped by... and this one has gotten a lot better!! Orders are actually fast now and the food is hot when you get it. read more

It's 2:15 in the afternoon. It's not busy. I just ordered and paid for a chicken burrito supreme. I got a tortilla wrapped around some refried beans with a few onions and a bit of cheese wrapped in a burrito supreme wrapper. No CHICKEN or any supremeness. Too bad I was down the road and had to be somewhere or I would have returned it. I paid around $3.50 for $0.10 worth of beans. I would have rather paid that for the normal $0.50 worth of chicken. Are they screwing with people? Is it a prank? read more

Got all my food made perfectly, they double-checked it all to make sure it was right, and overall the person was very friendly and my best experience at a Taco Bell yet. read more

Kristy is amazing! One of the kindest souls I've ever met. Thank you so much for making our experience amazing. Definitely coming back!

I go through the drive thru at 8am and give my order. After the guy in front of me gets his order I pull up and am informed it will take 15 minutes to make more eggs since they are out. WTF? Come on guys, get it together. read more

.Go here often. This is the first time ,that we went in since they remolded. It only took three minutes to get our food.Ordered two taco salads ,One with sour cream on side. That part was right. We had hardly any lettuce on our salads. We use to get a lot ,today not so much. They were not that busy today at lunch. If they keep skimping on the lettuce .We will have to tell them if they want our business ,put back the lettuce. read more

I use to be a fan of Taco Bell but this particular location is terrible. On more than one occasion this location has let me down big time. I don't really know if they have switched management but this location has changed not for the better but for the worse. We recently went by through the drive thru and ordered a couple of tostada's and a veggie Baja chalupa. By the time we got home the the beans in my tostada's were watery and the tostadas were soggy.. They added tomatoes on the tosatadas which were good but I don't think it is supposed to be on there in the first place. The veggie Baja chalupa lacked most of the ingredients and was cold. They charged upward of sixty cents for Baja sauce and sour cream. When did they start doing this? I never had a problem at other locations. They also never gave us napkins or the hot sauce we requested. This place is not like it used to be....I'm disappointed. I won't be going back at this particular location again. read more
