The service was horrible I have been to this Taco Bell at least 5-7 times and 4 of those times they ended up messing up the order and whoever was working from 2:15 to 2:35 AM needs to get their shit together because how are you going to give me a taco and have it unpacked in the bag and when we ask for a new taco y'all just rewrap it and act like it's a new taco like I'd prefer I get everything correct on my order but it seems like it's a pretty impossible task to do so at this Taco Bell if anyone wants Taco Bell fuck the one on Montfort they suck ass and I'd prefer the one on prestonwood so fuck this place the majority of the workers don't know or care about what the fuck their doing but go to the one on prestonwood have a great night to the non Taco Bell workers to the ones who work there get your shit together and quit being a fucking idiot read more

Pretty standard taco bell. My boyfriend and I have only been here twice since we've lived in the area. Food is usually hot and accurate, my only complaint is that they don't mark which chicken quesadilla is light jalapeño sauce. My boyfriend likes the sauce, i do too but not as much so I order it with light sauce. It's a guessing game as to which is which. Apart from that, the service is quick and the staff have always been kind. I've never been inside but from the windows it appears fairly clean. read more

Very friendly staff and they made my power bowl picture worthy! Wish I took a picture to show before I ate it

I ordered online for pickup through the app. When I got to the drive-thru window, the lady told me "is there anything else you want? were sold out of nuggets." i specifically only come to taco bell for pepsi and nuggets. when i said no and asked her to cancel the order so i could be refunded through the app, she said no because she doesnt have that option. said i have to cancel through the app but the app doesnt give us that option. she literally said i cant do anything for you, and wouldnt give me the rest of my order. I am not out $20 and only have a pepsi. when i parked and went inside to ask for a manager, she was very nice and finally gave me the rest of my food in that order that was available. the lady at the drive thru was helpless. read more

Taco Bell - THEN YOU NAME IS ON HERE OMG LOL BUT YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE - Fast Food Near Me - Dallas, Texas

I guess they hired an new manager (short, young guy, in glasses), because lately the service sucks. Last time I visited, they asked me to pull around and they would bring my food out (two tacos and nacho fries). After waiting 10 mins and watching car after car leave with their food, I went inside to see why it was taking so long. They literally forgot I was out front waiting. Food STILL not ready. After another 5 mins, I FINALLY got my food. No apology. No explanation. They SUCK. Go to the other location down the street. They are nicer, faster, and they don't mess up your order like these guys. S-U-C-K! read more

Great staff! But first time ordering online I ordered a steak bowl and i drove home it had no steak :( only "negative" experience at this location! read more

Jasmine was an absolute delight. Service with a smile! Stay happy Jasmine! This location is amazing!

This is relative to other Taco Bell locations. But the service here has been good and timely. Food is up to expectations.

This Taco Bell says it closes at 3. Placed an order at 2, and they waited all the way until 2:35 to cancel my order because the store is closed. Y'all don't close till 3...I ordered an hour early... read more

This Taco Bell is clean, well-managed and staffed by some of the nicest employees I've come across in Dallas. Sure, there are other choices for tacos but for consistency, service, menu variety and convenience, this is one of the best taco spots around. read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Dallas, Texas

This particular Taco Bell always delivers and I have yet to have a bad experience. I visited last night and ordered a few items and decided to get fancy with the Mexican Pizza. Definitely my favorite item, but I'm usually hesitant to order it during drive thru because too many times I have opened the box to see the sauce and toppings only covering about 60% of the surface area of the tostada. On the rare occasion I dine in its not an issue because I can walk right back up to the counter and show them. I went for it last night and shared my concerns with the girl working the drive thru and she assured me it would be one of the best I've had. Not used to experiences like this from TB but when I got home and opened the box, a glorious Mexican Pizza was before my eyes with only a tiny rim of tostada visible. It was if they took the menu photo of it and transformed it into my meal. It was breathtaking! read more

If I could rate this Taco Bell a - star I would - never been so disgusted with fast food until I visited this Taco Bell on my lunch break. I ordered 2 small items the fries and a soft taco and was served cold & old food. I took one bite out of the soft taco and threw away instantly fearing of becoming ill it ate it. Not to mention they tossed my food into the bag it's ridic...like they truly reminded me once again why fast food sucks. read more

So far, I haven't had any negative experiences at this Taco Bell. My order's always correct, the drive-thru doesn't take a ridiculous amount of time, and the food tastes good. I wish my tacos were a bit hotter instead of lukewarm, but I pick my battles: warm tacos or "regrets" later. Bottom line, it's great for a Taco Bell. If you're expecting something fancy, this isn't it. read more

I went in to grab food for dinner tonight. I ordered from the little kiosk machine and got an emailed receipt did the same thing about a week ago and was able to get a printed receipt from the registers. This time around the person I believe is the "manager" said yeah you can't get one it doesn't print receipts, I let him know I was able to do it last time I was here and he began to say "yeah I don't know how to do that shit, yeah I don't know how to do that shit." Do not recommend visiting this location. read more

I always come to this Taco Bell, it's right around the corner from my house. And I must say for fast food they are always really great! Food is always hot, and out within a couple minutes. The employees are really nice and friendly! My come to Taco Bell! read more

I always come to this Taco Bell but after my experience tonight I will never go back. We are vegan and there are limited menu items that we are able to get. We ordered two spicy tostadas and add potatoes - they reply we don't serve potatoes at this location anymore then they say they no longer serve spicy tostadas. So we order bean and rice burritos no cheese no dairy. They get are order wrong in the drive thru. We park and I went inside to have them remake. I told the guy these have cheese we just want it plain beans and rice that's it. 5 girls were working that night and proceed to make the order then he comes to ask no creamy jalapeño sauce right? I say no sauce!!! No dairy just plain! Then he yells to the girls "no cheese and no creamy jalapeño sauce" one of the girls says out loud for me to clearly hear "OMG" with the biggest attitude. Basically complaining that she had to remake my food yet again. Mind you that is what she is getting paid to do! All the girls were snickering and you could tell were young and unprofessional. The manager needs to sit down with his team and fire some of those employees. If you don't love your job why are you even there? So disappointed!! read more

I'm not sure why I'm writing a review of a Taco Bell, but I feel obliged since I am the Duke of this particular location. This Taco Bell is always clean and efficient, what else do you want in a Taco Bell? You already know what the food tastes like and it's cheap. I would imagine most of my check-in's are are after 1am or 2am on a Friday or Saturday night and thank god they are open that late. Bless you Taco Bell, bless you. read more

We frequent this location and they NEVER get an order right.. disappointing. I've held back from writing a review until now.. it's not a difficult order. Two soft beef tacos w no cheese ... spicy tostada w chipotle sauce on the side... get home.. what do I have .. cheese on the soft tacos and a regular tostada.. not spicy.. no sauce on the side.. even the red sauce was skimpy... not to mention I live 6 minutes from this location.. from drive thru to my door.. my tacos were cold and very stingy on the meat ... very disappointing. read more

I came here 20 minutes before the drive thru closed. I saw 2 employees inside on my way to the drive thru yet no one took my order while i waited. Then I made my way to the window where you receive the food to see if I could talk to an employee to at least ask if they were closed already. Both of the employers hid from me. As I drove away I saw them both walking around again. Won't be coming back if this is the way they treat their customers. read more

Apparently they close at 10 p.m. now... just sat In the drive-through for 10 minutes no response. Kind of sucks I was really looking forward to a terrible taco... Guess I'll have to look for it elsewhere. Since they now don't stay open past 10 PM this is Great. What kind of a Taco Bell closes that read more
