Sat in line for almost 20 minutes. Finally got to the window when the cashier handed me a drink which I didn't order. When she asked what I ordered, she didn't have it on her screen. Got my card back and left. Get some better staff, and have them learn how to be a bit courteous to people. read more

This place is not worth the wait in the long drive through line and poor customer service! This Taco Bell location is unorganized and understaff. On 4/27/2019, at 1:00 AM, I had a bad experience with the drive through employee and shift manger concerning my food order. I ordered the number 8, Taco meal, which is 3 crunchy Tacos and a large Drink. With the number 8 you have a choice of crunchy or soft tacos? So I stated what I wanted. This meal for some reason was $1.00 more then the last week when I ordered the same meal. I questioned the drive through employee about the up charge, she being to argue with me and was very impolite. When picking up my order, politely informed the employee that it's not nice to argue with paying customers. I asked for the manager, and that was a mistake, she was became argumentative, impolite and verbally aggressive! Warning don't shop at this location! read more

I'm honestly glad the customer service at this Taco Bell is so horrible. Because it gives me an excuse to not go their. Ordered my food off the app, went inside and waited a solid 30 minutes for food. I was one of probably 7 people inside the building waiting for food. The cashier started yelling at the cooks in the back which started a full out screaming match between all of them. All the while it didn't seem like any food was getting made. After they all sort of settled down they started making food. During this entire 30 plus minutes I didn't see a single bag be handed out through the drive thru. Everyone inside go their food. I went outside to my car and heard loud honking from the drive thru as 15 cars were lined up and hadn't moved once. Not my first time going to this Taco Bell and not my first bad experience. I could go on and on about my experiences. I think they just need better management and I don't blame the cooks or the cashier for their behavior because they probably weren't properly trained. I like my drunk Taco Bell. However this Taco Bell said no more than 1 order per car.. No problem except that when we ordered more than 1 of a particular item they questioned us why. Uh duh! Because we weren't allowed to have multiple orders per car! Wish the service would have been better.. But what can you do read more

This is by far the worst Taco Bell in the area.... You ask for xtra cheese or lettuce.... forget about it... the tacos come to you half full and the drive thru takes forever. Its unfortunate since I like taco bell and i work 2 blocks down the street but i refuse to eat at this one again. I've said that before and gone back thinking something will change but it just seems to get worse each time. I've also had time to sit in the drive thru for atleast 5 mins and contemplate why it takes so long to get food when there is only 1 car in front of you. I've been to this taco bell several times, mostly at night. My boyfriend works second shift so when we go, it's around 11 p.m. This will be my last. No complaints about the food, it's good, its taco bell and it's what you'd expect. However, each time we have went through the drive through I feel as if I'm doing a disservice to the people working by bothering them with my business. Each time, the person taking orders has been rude as all get out and at the window it's even more awkward. Today my receipt said I had Jasmine as the cashier. Jasmine was less then polite or even cordial at the window. The last time I went through the drive through (I dont know if this was jasmine or not) I was told that the person taking the order didnt have all night to wait and it was taco bell and we should know what we want right away, I literally asked if we could have a few seconds to figure out our order and that's what the person responded with. Tonight, jasmine misunderstood what I wanted, a number 1 regular with a baha blast and 4 extra hard shell tacos. Got to the window and saw on the receipt she put in for a number one supreme, I said that there was a misunderstanding and we didnt want the supreme we wanted the regular tacos. She yells to another coworker, "I'm about to leave here right now and go home" and proceeded to talk crap about how we didnt know how to order. I apologized for the miscommunication if there was any on my end and she didnt say a word, but her attitude was speaking volumes. Hopefully they have better, more customer friendly workers in the day but at night good luck. I wont be back. read more

If I could give this review zero stars I would. Went 4/26 around 9:30 pm. One customer at the counter placing an order. A manager and cashier at registers counting cash saying they'll be with us in a second. Mind you, to use the restroom here you have to be buzzed in, but they count cash at front counter. Several employees came up during this time chatting with those two while working the drive thru. No one offered to take our order , or acknowledged us during this time. After waiting ten minutes, and being refused service while the manager and cashier did their thing, I decided to leave. Funny they were counting cash, taking an order from a customer of their race, but all staff refused service to us; I guess they don't want white people in the restaurant. Will never return to this location again. Messaged through Facebook and got no response. Tried calling to speak to a manager, no one answers the phone. Tried calling customer service number, they don't answer. read more

I can see why this restaurant has under a 2 star rating. Horrible service! The drive through cashier couldn't be more incompetent. He was listening to his own music while on the clock which caused my order to be wrong. When correcting my order, he didn't give me proper change back. I was charge $1.49 plus tax for nachos I never ordered, and I only received $1.25 back. When I brought this back up to him, he rolled his eyes. I hate to leave a bad review, but I'd rather everyone else avoid a highly potential bad experience if at all possible. read more

This Taco Bell is a joke. I was there tonight and their head set fell in water so you have to drive to the window to order but they don't have a menu for you to look at when you're ordering at the window. The lady working the drive through was ridiculous. She was on her iPhone and kept putting Chapstick on her lips. At one point there was like 4 people just standing by the window talking and joking. Then when I got my order it wasn't what I ordered at all. I guess they just gave me whatever they wanted. Not going back. This place is awful read more

One of the slowest drive throughs. They NEVER ask if you want sauce or napkins, and the tacos are sloppily assembled.

There service is so slow i waited for 32mins for for 1 burrito 1 nacho supreme 2 steak tacos food good but way to slow employees where complaining about not getting breaks wasn't very clean inside either. read more

July 26 2016 - Post Remodel Review Went to the Taco Bell around 6:30 PM. The first impression was that all the tables had not been bused/cleaned. Food crumbs and refuse was at most tables. Looking to the north side of the dining room, there were about 8 homeless people living there for a while and hanging outside smoking cigarettes when not returning to lounge around. After about 15 minutes after I placed an order, I was told they were out of ground beef, and beans. The lady offered 'steak' as a substitute: When I got my 3 tacos, they were cold, the meat was cold, and I could not eat it! It was not at all good! Restroom was filthy and probably where the homeless were washing up. I thought with the remodel they would improve......they did for about one week....now it is back to very poor management, employees not very sharp in any way.... If you want food poisoning and want to hang out with hobos, this is for you., P.S. My order was wrong, and why do they ask me if it is for "here or to go"? They never, ever get that right. read more
