Time and time again this Taco Bell location is a disappointment. It's either absolute laziness or lack of any preparation on their part. Many many times I've pulled into the drive thru only to hear they're out of basically everything on the menu??? That doesn't make sense. I just pulled up for breakfast and they tried to tell me they're out of breakfast again. I don't believe it for a second. I went with my friends and right when we walked in we were told we couldn't eat inside because we were teens. after eating in the car I wanted a water so my friend went inside and asked for a water cup and they denied him a water cup because "he was going to get soda not water" in the end we walked in quietly and were treated extremely rudely and got kicked out as paying customers who hadn't even said a word yet. read more

My four friends and I entered Taco Bell to place an order when a staff member approached us, and in a disrespectful manner, stated that we could not dine in because some other teenagers had spoiled the experience for us. We placed our order which took an extended period even though there were few customers. On top of that, my friend returned to request a cup of water, but the employee refused claiming that he would steal soda as a result. My friend was required to pay three dollars for a soda which should have been free. After we finished eating in our vehicle, as we were about to leave, the same staff member came out and had his friend record us, which was highly disrespectful, as we had committed no wrongdoing. Overall, the service quality was horrible. I do not recommend visiting this location of Taco Bell, especially for teenagers. I believe that pay customers should not be treated with such disrespect, regardless of their age. On top of all of this, their food was at best mediocre, and they did not even offer Baja blast. read more

I used to have this location rated as a 5 star as we always had good service and the quality was excellent. In the past few months this place is gone extremely downhill. We've been there four times in the past couple months and every single time there are items missing from our order in the drive-through. It's interesting because they tell you the amount of items in the bag and the bag is taped up so it's not super easy to look and double check without holding up the line but without fail when you get home there's always items missing and the last couple times it was literally 3-5 items missing not just one. When you go in the store to have them correct the order or provide the items you were missing there is a noticeable and palpable negativity amongst the staff and the climate in this location is pretty uncomfortable. If your in cb it would behove you to go to the Madison location or west Broadway. Avoid this location at all costs. read more

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Cheap, fast food, food. This taco bell is generally pretty good. The ticket times are usually faster than 5-10 minutes, which could be sped up a bit, but these guys are always busy. The service is generally pretty good as well. The employees are nice. the dining room could be cleaned up a bit more at times. I live close to this Taco Bell so I usually come here once every couple of months and they don't disappoint. read more

Only because I had to give a rating, it gets 1 star. This location is perfect for where my family lives. We also hardly eat out because it's too expensive with the size of our family. Tonight I picked up dinner, and let's just say THIS Taco Bell falls short literally every single time. I double checked the bag just to make sure the correct items were in it, but I didn't physically open and taste each individual item...I shouldn't need to until I get home. Well, I ordered chips and cheese, the cheese container literally had half or less of cheese in it and it was ice cold. The pop was nothing but carbonated water, the tacos had literally the smallest amount of meat on them as possible. I know there are weight limits, but this just wasn't even acceptable. Taco Bell is for those days/drunken nights where we want to eat crappy and cheap. I ate to admit it, but I love their bean burritos and their cantina bowl is similar to what you could get at Chipolte for about half the price. I also love their fun drinks and desserts. Happy Hour is the time to go! There is a little old lady that's been working here for years. One particular story I remember: one time i locked my keys in my car running in the middle of winter (blame the car, not me).
