Probably the worst Taco Bell in Texas. First of all I had to wait 45 minutes in the drive-thru. Second, I had to wait 15 minutes at the window before I even got my food. Third, my food was cold. Fourth, they didn't even bother to wrap my one taco. It was just thrown in the bag. There was cheese and lettuce everywhere. Fifth, my taco had the smallest amount of meat in it. One thing in particular about this location if you happen to be a Mountain Dew fan. This ONE LOCATION has the absolute best Mountain Dew in town. Obviously, someone who works there really loves the stuff because it tastes great 99% of the time. (to be honest, on occasion it is a little off, but usually fixed quickly) My wife and I will go out of our way while we are out running errands to get an extra large Mountain Dew with no ice from this location. Never would I have previously considered writing a review on a chain, fast-food establishment. The food is usually unremarkable and formulaic. I go there when options are limited and I expect their food to be exactly what is found at every other location- edible but uninteresting. What set apart this location, and what made them worthy of a Yelp review, was their SERVICE. I have a limited diet that includes me being unable to eat dairy products. When I explained by order (basically remove any cheese or sour cream or ranch and add guacamole instead), I was met with EXCEPTIONAL service. Not only did a supervisor specifically address me- confirming my needs for the order but when my companion and I received our food, another employee, a young lady, made sure we knew how the items are labeled so we wouldn't get the items mixed up (we both had bean burritos, two normal, two special). They got it right and made me it clear that they cared about getting it right. The service I received when they only had a few minutes of dedication was better than the places with a full wait staff where I pay triple for tacos and burritos. Seriously, well done. So my friends and I were just hanging out and these two employees walked up and were demanding their checks. They didn't get their checks and started yelling. The manager guy was being rude and was threatening to call the police. Things got spicy. And the employees were like "if you're gonna call the police, we're gonna call the police for you!". Normally I wouldnt review a fast food place for the fact that its simply cheap fast food. The customer service though is some of the best that I have received while going through a drive thru. They are always super friendly or at the very least simply courteous and attentive.I have gotten random compliments such as "I love your shirt!"
