The team here was absolutely wonderful. I called ahead the night before to place a large order of 60 breakfast burritos for a team meeting that I was having. They not only had them prepared but assisted me in getting sauces and napkins and they also organized them easily for me. They were cheerful and working together as a team. First off, cashier Shannon D gave me change for a ten when I handed her a twenty. When pointing this out, it took an exceedingly LONG time to correct. Then upon arriving home and looking inside the Taco Bell bags I discovered the order was ROYALLY screwed up! I ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch combo meal with two hard shell tacos. What I got was some sort of burrito concoction with chicken, rice, cheese, refried beans and lettuce! They don't even have anything like that on the menu. The two hard shell tacos were supreme with tomatoes and sour cream. I CANNOT eat refried beans or sour cream! They give me intense abdominal pain and gas. So painful that it doubles me over. The only thing they managed to get right was the soft drink and cinnamon twists. I contacted corporate about this and have yet to receive a response or even an acknowledgement that they received my message. read more

This is the worst taco Bell ever. It deserves 0 stars. Ass manager Zach would not refund our money or give a credit for missing a quesadilla meal. We are not local so he wants us to come back tomorrow from a different city to get a quesadilla instead of refunding the cost. He would not give his last name initial and would not give head manager info. He wanted all food returned so that he could see the quesadilla was missing, but would not replace the cold food if we drove all the way back. Just the quesadilla. This Taco Bell is very slow the store manager is never out of here office she lets teenagers run and lord only know what those teenagers are doing to your food they are very slow getting your food because they can't stop goofing off long enough to get your food therefore when you do get your food it's cold and usually the order is wrong read more

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I absolutely would. I understand that it's fast food and you get what you pay for, but this place is ridiculous. Even at only modestly busy times, it's still a obscene amount of time to receive "fast food". Once the 20+ minute order is handed over, there's a less than 50% chance that anything is remotely correct, food is falling out of the wrapper, meat outside the tortilla, no napkins...total disaster. Then on tonight's visit, there was a kid in a Bob Marley t-shirt behind the counter, half way washed his hands (no soap)... took over a half hour to get food. Insane. read more
