Still love this place, still go here for my taco or burrito fix (though this location also houses a KFC too)! I forgot to say since my first review they have upped their Taco Bell game! this tacobell has the worst customer service ever and nobody cleans either!! i went inside and there's bits of food on almost every table and i had to clean my own table. i ordered a number two supreme which are two supreme soft tacos but they were toasted n felt crusty or hard so i asked for refund and they said u only get a refund if u order from app. it took over 37 minutes to get my food bc they were doing drive thru, not the customers that actually came in and had to keep telling cashiers to come up front and then their female black manager got an attitude with me. then some other taller black male employee stepped in front of female manager to get an attitude with me, no yelling just talking in a way to customers the employees shouldn't, these are the same ppl i seen doing an online order and eating from the customers bag before they sealed it and gave it to them, i hope it wasn't ur food. order from app n ask for a refund everyone!! read more

This place is legit trash. Multiple times I have gone to this TacoBell/KFC and they just decide to close randomly. OR they don't sell Taco's one night. You hear all the staff yelling in cursing in the background or hanging out front smoking ciggs. I can agree with all the other reviews. Go to the TACO bell on west chester pike or the KFC in Springfield. They are wonderful. Again I cant post too much about their food since its barely open but if I was the owner, I would go checking that staff because I double they just run out of every taco item on the screen or the entire stock pile of chicken they have. read more

Hi. I'm another delco tour guide. Quick tip: don't go here. Go to the one in Springfield. People there are at least competent enough to get your order right. Example: tonight, our order was pretty simple: three soft shell tacos with sour cream. Easy, not much instruction, pretty straight forward. How could you screw that up? Well, after waiting ten minutes in front of the drive thru window, hearing what sounded like chaos inside, with the dude asking me three times if I wanted any sauce, we get back this: three CHICKEN TACOS. No sour cream. Seriously? Where the hell did the chicken come from? Like, I get it, who gives a shit right? It's a Taco Bell. No one cares. But this is the last time this shit house of an establishment gets me again. I'm better off ripping up seven dollars and pissing on it. So you might ask yourself, "why is this guy reviewing a Taco Bell/kfc?" It's because I'm trying to help you. Save you the trouble. Literally the slowest drive thru ever! I give it chance after chance and every time, it's slower than the time before. I can go to Acme across the street, buy ground beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sour cream, then drive home, COOK my own tacos, sit down, watch the Office, and I would STILL BE IN LINE at this Taco Bell. Literally just now leaving this place and OMG WHAT A DISASTER. Order completely wrong missing items and items in bag that we did not order. We were in drive thru and had to pull to side and wait for them to bring food outside to us. The girl taking out order had an attitude, which matched when we had to go inside with her stares and facial expressions, so another person took order and it was incorrectly put in luckily she repeated it back to us. And no receipt was given. What a disappointment this place was. I ordered from South Carolina and sent some dinner to my sister who just got out of the hospital from major neck surgery and she was looking forward to Taco Bell, when it came they Uber eats not only was the food terrible and thrown together but there were items missing. Occasionally you just gotta have shrimp paste, and IMHO no place on Baltimore Avenue serves it better than this Taco Bell. My second cousin was an airline pilot in Malaysia and one of the best cooks I've ever known. She flew the lesser known flight MH371 which did not disappear over the South Pacific. It landed, and when she got home she had with her large tub of shrimp paste from Singapore. That night she made the most delicious gruel with pounded rice and charred shrimp paste. At first the retched stench can really make you question why you're alive, but once it comes out of the microwave, all melted into a styrofoam plate, it is truly something to behold. A small dab of congee cream, (the viscous dolphin milk) and lettuce, chopped apples and ketchup and you have possibly the most delicious breakfast this side of Mount Kinabalu! I never thought I would find this popular Malay dish anywhere in the United States, but this Taco Bell Store on Baltimore serves several variations of it, and their prices are great!
