Horrible service. Will never go back. And it's a brand.new facility. This place sucks.

Terrible location. Doesn't even deserve one star. Drive thru line was out into the street so I order with the app and went inside to get the food. There were 10 people waiting for their food inside. Two guys that were in like to order walked out right after I went in. Another guy who was waiting walked out saying that he couldn't wait any longer. He had already paid and left without his order because it took so long. There was a woman who apparently used to work there standing partially behind the counter giving out cups. I wound up waiting 15 minutes from the time I walked in to get my order. And two of the four items were made wrong. My chicken burrito had zero chicken in it and I paid to add sour cream to a chilito, unsurprisingly, there was none. Also, purchased a drink, and the soda machine had zero ice. I sent a complaint to TB through their website but they have failed to respond, so I left this review. read more

Went there with a friend at the drive thru waited for about 5 minutes and no one took our order or said anything it was around 8:30pm there was no one else there at all. My friend drove past the window to find no workers there but when we drove past the door we could see two employees hiding. Lazy workers don't want to do their job horrible costumer service. If I could give zeros stars I would. Just save yourself the time and go somewhere else. read more

10/16/16: 0140 Open until 0300, drive thru at least. It is 0200. Still waiting in line. The operators inside NEVER answered the speaker. Not for is, the people in front of us, or the people behind us. As soon as we aren't stuck in line, we are leaving. 0205: This place is not worth our time, even though we have been waiting for 25 minutes. We pulled up to the window. NO APOLOGY. The manager or operator was very aloof. She was not wearing a headset. Instead she was wearing a personal earbud/headset. Neither of the persons working were doing their jobs. We just wanted to grab a QUICK bite and then go home. I got out of the vehicle and turned 6 customers around because they aren't doing their jobs. It's not worth these peoples times of the employees of this establishment simply refuse to do their jobs. I have sent a message to Taco Bell corporate regarding this disgusting lack of customer service, not just for me, but on behalf of the 7 other cars worth of time they wasted. read more

Ordered a Chicken Power Bowl at the drive-thru. Got home and they had forgotten to put in the chicken. How complicated can it be?

I normally love Taco Bell. This is the worst one I've ever been to. They had a 10 car line at 9pm last week and I tried to go inside to eat and when I got inside they said it was closed because the computer didn't work. This same thing happened to me last month. It's open again, folks...for a few weeks now. I ate there tonight and the service was just fine. They had the drive-thru closed by means of an employee's vehicle parked across the driveway, which I thought was a little amusing, especially considering this TB's former reputation. I didn't ask why the drive-thru was closed, it probably didn't matter. Anyway, the food was great: the tacos were way beefier than they were at another location I was at recently and there was no wait. The employees were friendly. The store was really clean. This is the second time that I have been to this restaurant at taco bell on fields Ertel road and both times have been a bad experience. The first time I did the drive thru and they were not very friendly but I had no complaints about the food. Today, I walked in and waited over 5 minutes and nobody came to the front to take my order. I did see people working but nobody cared enough to help me. Very bad experiences and I would not recommend this store. read more

If you could give less than on star this location should get it. Slow, in correct orders and employees clearly not capable of doing the job. The Taco Bell parent should put this location on notice and if they can't get it together they should pull their franchise license. This is the worst fast food experience I have ever encountered and it's not the first time at this location. Avoid at all cost. read more

Stay away! This TB is poorly run, poorly staffed, and the drive thru times are so long you might as well drive to Mexico to get your meal. Got my order wrong, it was ice cold, apparently had been sitting there as long as I'd been waiting (30 minutes). Beautiful new building, distinct lack of everything else good. read more

This Taco Bell is good all around. I've been here over 30 times in the last year and can say I've only had an order get screwed up once. The interior is showing its age a bit, but I still feel like I'm eating in a clean environment. Staff is very friendly and often a manager is walking around asking everyone if they're enjoying their food. The one odd thing I've noticed with the soft tacos is that the tortilla can be very wet on the outside from time to time. I took off one star for this. read more

Gonna have to agree with most of the other reviews - s-l-o-w. We were the only people in the restaurant and it still took over 20 minutes to get our food. They didn't wrap the tacos well, so there was cheese and lettuce all over the bag. Food wasn't bad; the soft tacos were a little under filled. They did apologize for the delay at least. read more

I sat in the drive thru line for almost 25 minutes after giving my order. I would have driven off but there was no way to get out of the line. They continued to take orders from ppl coming in behind me rather than servicing the folks already in line waiting for their food. I will not be going back to this restaurant. read more

This was the worst experience at a drive thru that I've ever had. We waited in line a half hour. There was no way to back out or we would have left. Have been here before and it was just as bad. Typical Taco Bell experience. Food was a little smoky. I put so much hot sauce on my burrito that it could've caused a five-alarm fire. Also, the beans were a little more baked than usual. The Fiery Doritos Taco also was slightly more fiery. What a fiesta! read more

This place just recently caught fire. A shame that they are no longer open. It is a total write off, and I hope they rebuild.

Whenever I decide to go here it is will past the point where they are the only option available. I have yet to leave that place with everything I ordered in the bag. Every single time. And I mean, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Unfortunately I will not be going to this Taco Bell in the future and might make the extra couple minutes out to West Chester just so I can actually get what I order. 1 time, sure I get it. Everyone messes up once. No one is perfect. But after the third time I was honestly mind blown. It's like they were trying to screw up. They make a mean 5-layer burrito during dinner time... I'm a regular at their drive-thru and their beef and bean-mix is always fresh.
