The eggs were cooked perfectly and they didn't hold back on the fixings. The perfect amount of veggies for my taco à la Mexicana. The machacado was great quality, it tastes like I was eating it at my grandmas house in Mexico. The flour tortilla was soooo, it wrapped perfectly around my eggs, like a spring roll. I hate when they make a super thick tortilla, but no these were perfect! The barbacoa was great too, I didn't find any fatty pieces in my taco.
