This used to be my Taco Bell location of choice, but after these last few times I've gone I will not be returning. I'm not sure if management has changed, but the drive thru now moves painfully slow (keep in mind their lobby is usually closed and they still take forever in the drive thru). The employees have been rude (not saying a word to me other than my total, then aggressively handing the food out the window). My chicken quesadilla had maybe two whole pieces of chicken in it, and my crunchwrap supreme was all tortilla and almost no filling. Never again!! read more

I am a regular customer at this location and always am happy with my experience. I came on 9/25 during the night and ordered my usual meal. I had a worker by the name of Tyler, who was sweating and hard at work. Despite him being an obvious kitchen worker and sweating and working hard on his shift he was able to provide great customer service and make my experience so much better! The best fucking Taco Bell I've been too!!!! The staff were extremely friendly and kind, they had me and my fiancé cracking up in the car. It was 10pm and they were genuinely happy to help us, we all joked and laughed. The best group of kids/workers I've ever met. Props to this spot. When this location first opened last year it was a mess. The drive through took WAY too long for a fast food joint, and inside was nearly as bad: wrong orders, incompetent staff, and just plain bad service. Well, they've recently been able to overcome that. Last drive through time was great and the food (for Taco Bell) was good. I've tried giving this location a chance, time and time again. Mostly because someone I'm with REALLY wants taco bell and I'm regrettably being lazy. This location has NEVER failed to disappoint me and f-up my order. They literally mess it up every single time. I ordered a very simple order, which was 4 hard shell and 2 soft shell (actually completely forgetting that I've got free tacos there that they owe me, it's been so long I just forgot) and then a beef burrito. They completely missed the burrito. So we turned around and my husband went in. Everybody's attitude was good at least. Get the burrito, leave and start finding the other problems. I asked them to mark the difference between the super crunchy tacos and the not, I was promised they would, they didn't. There was literally 3 pieces of tomato on one of them so I guess it counted as a super? And then he opened one of his soft tacos and it was basically a tortilla only! I was looking forward to Taco Bell opening. First visit crispy taco was soggy. On this visit I was looking forward to ordering the breakfast crunch wrap. It was around 7:45 no customers but no one in the front. I see 2 employees and one sees me standing there then goes back to what he's doing. WAs not acknowledged just ignored. Ok then 2nd employee sees me then comes to help me. I asked if they had breakfast then he started turning menu over. Also front register not open so at first he told me to write what I wanted. Of course I did not. Then another employee walks to front and does not acknowledge me just tells guy helping me you know I don't have access to counter register so take her order at drive thru register. I was disappointed with my crunch wrap so probably won't order that again but where is management? Poor in my eyes. They need to be prepared. Also drink area was leaked out with drink spilled all over. Management the lady who came out from the back should have been cleaning area or other guy should have. How can you just leave area like that in dining area with potential customers coming in.
