This used to be my Taco Bell location of choice, but after these last few times I've gone I will not be returning. I'm not sure if management has changed, but the drive thru now moves painfully slow (keep in mind their lobby is usually closed and they still take forever in the drive thru). The employees have been rude (not saying a word to me other than my total, then aggressively handing the food out the window). Props to this spot. When this location first opened last year it was a mess. The drive through took WAY too long for a fast food joint, and inside was nearly as bad: wrong orders, incompetent staff, and just plain bad service. They completely missed the burrito. So we turned around and my husband went in. Everybody's attitude was good at least. Get the burrito, leave and start finding the other problems. I asked them to mark the difference between the super crunchy tacos and the not, I was promised they would, they didn't. There was literally 3 pieces of tomato on one of them so I guess it counted as a super? And then he opened one of his soft tacos and it was basically a tortilla only!
